I travel a fair bit and this Starbucks always has the nicest folks working that truly care about your day. Additionally the coffee is always made correctly and as quickly as possible even when there is a line. Way to go Bemidji Starbucks team!

We had a great service experience around noon today. A long line at the drive through and out of items. HOWEVER the line went quickly. The out of items were noted. The staff offered knowledgeable alternatives and the results were awesome.Id hire this team at my business.Nice job.

Very bad experience here. The other baristas were super sweet but the barista kate was super rude. She was unfriendly and made me feel not welcomed.

These people were insanely nice. I had a brand new gift card and it wasn’t going through, so they gave me my drink free and a new gift card. Amazing !!

Had to go thru drive thru twice couldnt take 2 separate orders she said then when we got thru drive thru the girl was very rude had to remind her its ok to have a better attitude an smile ..drinks were good

Great people and place, but twice now they have not had Carmel drizzle. That means no Carmel Machioto twice. Super bummer. But great service

Carter, the on duty manager was extremely rude and argumentative!Treated my daughter poorly and was very hostile and eventually couldnt handle the confrontation of being incorrect on our drink order and slammed the window and told us he didnt have to serve us.

This Starbucks is the worst I have visited.We ordered two drinks and watched the barista give out order to the vehicle in front of us, and they handed it back through the drive-through window after it had been in their van. When we pulled up they tried to hand us those drinks. We asked them to be remade because even if we werent in a pandemic, thats not appropriate. We watched them PRETEND to remake our drinks and then try to hand us the same original drinks. They refused to remake them. We contacted corporate.

I just dont care for their coffee. You can make a much better cup at home with some creamer at a fraction of the price and you dont have the hassle of going somewhere and waiting. Who wants to take half an hour to drive then wait to get a coffee. You could do something productive with that time.

Just visited this Starbucks. Normally, theyre pretty good, however today, I actually had to wait over 15 minutes for my drink and people who came in after me were getting theirs before I did. I had a very simple drink. I thought I would save time by going in, but Im thinking the drive-thru is probably quicker.

Nice to have in Bemidji. Closes at random times though.

Great place with great drinks. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing from a customer perspective. I would love to be able to spend an hour or two relaxing here. They keep the place spotless :)Edit 10/29/20: They are also phenomenal with making sure your drink is how you ordered. I was so happy that they were willing to make my pumpkin latte with oat milk and omitting the whipped cream. It was very flavorful and almost dairy free (I can no longer handle much dairy, but the PS sauce is still okay for me). So glad their baristas care. Youre all doing so great!

Fast and friendly but lacks in selection. Ive been to several others and they seem to offer way more. As a stand alone building they should offer the whole selection. Coffee cups were also limited to 2 kinds.

The quality of the drinks is fine, as is the customer service, but man this location is slow. Even now that the inside has opened up for to go orders, you can still expect to wait in the drive thru line for upwards of 25 minutes, longer during peak times. :/

Currently visiting from out of town. I always get nervous going to any other Starbucks that’s not my main one, but the partners here are super friendly! Gone twice this week and they are so wonderful! 10/10!

Its a Starbucks adjacent to another Starbucks across the block; go figure.I go there because the old lady likes to go there for a specific drink that is too long to explain here, but I refuse to go through drive through even though its quicker per protocol.Take the time and go inside to enjoy the service by the Baristas. They are pretty cool and need to justify being there to compete with the drive thru, and there are always plenty of Impulse buys to contemplate.

This Starbucks has a wonderful atmosphere, good coffee and awesome staff. The reason I give it four stars is because I prefer coffee from other places. But they do have some unique flavors, like vanilla bean. The drive thru is nice but is like most of the coffee places in town.

We pulled into the drive through 15 minutes before closing and there was only one person behind me and 5 in front and the worker puts the closed sign right in front of me! then I have curb on one side and now a sign on the other! so Im pulling ahead so I can get to a place where I can leave cuz I drive a truck, and she just comes and moves the sign and snaps at me! was I supposed to back up into the person behind me??? very bad service ☹️

Starbucks always has good coffee and its always fresh. Only thing I wish they would do differently is have some padded chairs in their seating area.

Convenient location with ample parking. We ordered Cinnamon Shortbread Lattes and Lemon Bread. Everything was tasty.

1st time in a long time that it seemed like the staff couldnt care less. People at the counter were almost an inconvenience. It wasnt busy, there was no line. While asking for an order and getting drinks out there was no interaction, no eye contact. It was very cold&unwelcoming at 10am. I gave 4 stars because our order was correct.

Not properly marked as. Being Closed on internet. VERY disappointed. As a traveler that Starbucks is a treat for we dont have any up North in Roseau so I rarely get it and love tje coffee.

I typically get the same drink here. Nitro Cold Foam Cascara. The drink is wonderful, however out of say, the dozen times Ive ordered it the drink, about 30% of the time its either made incorrectly (given regular cold brew but charged for nitro, or ice added to the nitro drink, though team leaders confirm that isnt part of the nitro recipe), or they are out of nitro in the middle of the day.The service is generally pretty good. Friendly baristas, relatively quick service. When the drinks are made incorrectly, they quickly rectify it, just disappointed in how frequently it has occured.

First time visit at this location, no problems. Nice to have another Starbucks in the area. Very clean.

Friendly staff, speedy drive thru. My only complaint: everytime I go there, they take the whole card reader and hold it out the window for you to put your card in. I feel like this takes a lot longer & the poor girls gotta stretch their arms out really far sometimes.
