I have a culligan whole house filter and they couldnt find me one. Whats up with that. Amazon had no problem.

Service person was good. Found a leaking brine tank.this could have been missed since it leaked into a dry dirt area..Happy happy.

Right now I would give ZERO stars if I could.Going rounds with people in the office, my situation has been going on for months. Oh but Connie .... forget it, her attitude is lousy. Ive left messages with a couple different individuals to get someone higher up to call me re: my issue, even for the manager...silence. I call again to inquire and follow up, get Connie and she says SHES following up with ME . *smh* no one from that office has EVER called me back.Needless to say, their office people are pretty rude for being in customer service. There have been a handful over the 10 yrs over the years with them that took attitude with me over their equipment. No more walks...strike, youre out.Youre better off outright buying one...no BS .

We moved into a place whos water softener system ws messed up and in needed a water softener system fast. Culligan of Bemidji had great service great technicians and good prices. The system was installed quick, clean and have not had an issue since.

We have been Culligan customers for over 25 years. We had lived in Rapid City, SD for 23 years and owned three different homes during that time period. We always called Culligan and had them provide us with the various services we needed. We have always had Culligan water conditioning services. We also purchased reverse osmosis units and had excellent water. Even our houseplants loved it. Our coffee makers never wore out. Last year we moved to Bemidji, MN. We bought a house that had rust in the toilets and the washing machine. The water also had an iron smell. We called the Culligan office in Bemidji and a representative came out the very next day. They installed a Culligan water conditioner and our problems ended immediately. As always, we are on a regular delivery schedule and have a regular delivery person. Everyone weve dealt with at Bemidji Culligan has been very professional and very nice and we are 100% satisfied with their service and product.

From the very beginning we have had trouble with the installed equipment. in trying to get it fixed the bemidji office has been combative (connie very much so) and put us off. saying oh try it now and again after their equipment failed. the time to get here and fix it could have been weeks, that we would have to continue paying for a service we couldnt use. we asked that something be done sooner. so, this trip out. we were told oh yes.. there was something forgotten in the first place, you can pay 10 dollars a month more to get it or 500.00 total. i said i wanted the service stopped and the sink put back together the way it was in the first place.. he said no, i wont touch that. its broken. i called the manager back because then there would have been an empty hole left on the top of the sink for water to spray or leak into. he also said well its broke but then complied and said yes it will be put back the way it was in the first place. i have never had such rude and inconsiderate behavior from any service i have ever had. i will NEVER have culligan again! i will also place this on the bemidji business report.

I love the new email alert that tells you when the driver will deliver and what to do if youre not home. This enhancement makes the price paid much more worth it since the driver will now put the softener salt into the softener every time, instead of just piled up outside my garage.

Culligan of Bemidji is very professional, and does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Their work is complete when finished and they offer superior products. Worth the price for good service and dependable products.

Nora was super nice and very informative on the knowledge of each product we asked about. Nothing pushy and we could just say this is what we would like to have as our finished water for taste and smell and the available and recommended products seem to clean the water very well from what we had a month ago.I have found out that a follow-up testing of the water (ppm) is available with brining in your sample(s) of your finished water to compare the initial sample from the first test to show the water quality from “before installation” & “after installation”. It is great to be able to verify the numbers and overall quality change. This provides tangible proof in quality to me and the other customers who have either purchased or are renting systems verifying that their money is worth the result of finished water. That is an an awesome standard of showing proof that the products work as stated.I must say that there is a difference between my before and after finished water. If you are like us where we just don’t have a calibrated instrument to check the water quality I would ask you to take your samples in. If you are thinking about “could my water be better” take them a sample and they will show you the proof!I completely recommend Culligan to any and all of my family, friends and Co-workers - you will not be disappointed and a bonus ** much much better affordability compared to a Kinetico Quote** As a 26 year retired Army Veteran I can say that I feel that the Culligan products are worth my purchase price and can taste and smell the difference in our household water!

We moved into a place that has well water and an older (1993) Culligan water softener. We had a lot of concerns regarding the quality and hardness of the water as well as the efficiency of the water softener. We also had questions regarding the whole-house sediment filter and reverse-osmosis filter for drinking water that were in place when we moved here.The initial representative spent a great deal of time on the phone with me (about 20 minutes) answering questions in easy-to-understand terms. We set up a check-up service appointment (very reasonably priced, less than forty bucks) and a service technician stopped out a few days later.The service technician called the morning of the appointment with an ETA. While at our home, he checked the water quality/hardness, confirmed the correct operation of the softener, discussed how to regenerate the softener and how to add iron removal powder to it. He showed me how to gauge my reverse-osmosis systems efficiency using an inexpensive TDS Meter I picked up off Amazon (fourteen bucks), and when the expensive membrane filter should be replaced. He went into the crawl space with me to inspect and discuss the whole house sediment filter and the reverse osmosis filters.Culligans attention to detail and professionalism throughout made this a very positive experience for me and I can say without reservation this was money well spent for the knowledge and peace of mind I now have regarding our homes water.
