This is a fantastic location to get a quality four-wheeler, side-by-side as well as a few other things. The staff are knowledgeable and are decent people too. The variety is good and they also sell some decent used options. The store looks good and is a nice environment to check out vehicles you might want to buy. For potential buyers they let you test drive vehicles, which really helps with the decision process.

About a half a dozen employees were busy talking on the phone so after ten minutes I left. Im considering buying a new Can-Am Spyder somewhere.Thanks for contacting me after my review. I do feel that Bemidji Sports Centre is a good place to do business. I was just frustrated about not being acknowledged in any way while walking around the showroom.

Dropped off bike tires and had changed. Was late in the day, ( closing time ). So had to pick up next day. Im getting closer to getting old Indian back in the wind. All the new features of new location left me wishing I had more time to brows around.

Went for an air filter and oil change kit and all the other fluid got them to me oil change kit was wrong called they made it clear it’s my fault because they were busy not the first time but it’s getting to be to many time as an excuse for getting the wrong parts but it’s the last for me taking my business elsewhere

That is the case with Bemidji Sports Centre in general, and with Rick C. specifically. Rick is a top notch technician who kept me in the loop every step of the way. Additionally, he was my voice to BRP when it came to securing service rebates - he made sure every i was dotted and every t was crossed. I felt like I had someone in my corner, and when it comes time to buy another machine, there is no doubt where I will be going. Service you can count on is important. I just bought a used Arctic cat t570. I spoke with Brandon who I believe is a manager there. Good guy and decent salesman. We agreed on a price I could work with. He told me over the phone that he will have the shop fill it up and do a last minute service on it before I pick up the next day. Upon picking it up and bringing it home we lost parts of the hood on the highway because it wasnt put back together completely. Then when I went to unload it there wasnt enough fuel in the machine to get it started and back it off the trailer. The oil was also extremely low. The diamond drive also hasnt been serviced since June of 2016. Its November of 2017. Very disappointed in these guys for my first time ever going through a dealer.

Have been purchasing here for years. Motorcycles, quads, and a sxs. Along with a fair amount of accessories and maintenance supplies. I won’t go anywhere else. The people here are knowledgeable. They truly care about you and your experience. Well-run.

I went in there yesterday for the first time to see and inquire about an entry level bike such as a Honda Rebel 500. I walked through the motorcycles checking features and prices for close to 20 minutes. I even addressed a question about an odometer directly to a younger woman with a baseball cap and camouflage blouse. She turned and walked awaylike I was invisible. I looked around for an additional 10 minutes, then left repeating under my breath, They absolutely do not give a ****. I have been waiting to go there for 3 months to look for my first bike. I just retired and want to learn to ride. The place looks nice, lots of inventory, great location. Guess Ill have to look elsewhere. ?????????????????

Everyone I worked with here was amazing. I called at noon on a Saturday looking for a jet ski they didnt have in stock. To my surprise, they were the only dealer I talked to that not only sourced the jet ski I wanted from somewhere else, but also stayed late to set it up so I could be on the water that evening. Absolutely phenomenal experience dealing with everyone. Great customer service and a desire to go above and beyond. Cant thank them enough. And the jet ski is great as well.

Ive had a number of good experiences with Bemidji Sports Centre, and one bad. My routine service appointments have all gone well. Last year I was strung along for the better part of a week regarding when my replacement rear tire would show up. I ended up delaying a trip, then driving through the worst thunder/hailstorm Ive ever experienced, with a bald rear tire, because my tire never showed up, despite numerous promises to the contrary (see attached pic). I was in fear of my life.This year, I brought my bike back again to fix an oil leak (bad O-rings, presumably overlooked or damaged during my last service appointment, around 1k miles ago). I pre-ordered the tires from denniskirk this time. The service went well, the billing was fair.Bottom line: They are *extremely busy* at Bemidji Sports Centre. Expect ~15 minute hold times if you call in. Expect your messages not to be returned, when left. Expect parts not to show up when promised, nor any follow-up to be done. After thinking about this all winter, I dont think these short-comings are deliberate. I think theyre swamped and need more help in service. Its unfortunate that the difference between this so-so business and a GREAT! business boils down to a couple more employees. Unfortunately, theyre the only player in town.

I had a $30.00 appreciation card that would not honor for a new bike that I bought there. So I bought my new bike down at larson cycle in Cambridge. I hope that they still like the 30.00 that they cheated me out of.

This place will not service what it sells. I have purchased several Vehicles here over the years and they will not work on anything that is over a certain age. Left me stranded in Bemidji with a dead battery a couple years ago. Stopped in and ask them to bring the bike over and fix it. They refused to work on it because it was quote too old. I will not do any business with them anymore.

On a recent snowmobile trip one person in our groups snowmobile broke down. We took it to Bemidji Sports Centre and had an outstanding experience!!! The sled was under factory warranty, they were abe to get us right in and had Arctic Cat overnight the parts. Dropped off just before closing on Monday, diagnosed Tuesday, repaired and back on the trail Wednesday Noon. We could not have asked for better service. The service manager did an excellent job of communicating with us. Keep up the good work and thank you again

My Polaris ATV wouldnt start so I took it to Bemidji Sports Centre. They found that I had a bad starter, but the the cause of that was an old and failing ignition switch. They fixed both, loaded it onto my trailer and off I went. Other local shops couldnt even find a problem. Hats off to Rick, Tyler and the other guys in the service department.

On a road trip from Florida to west coast. Suffered a fork leak on my 2003 VTX1800. Called from 100 miles away late Friday afternoon. These folks had the seals in stock and called a customer with a Saturday morning appointment and asked if he would allow us to have his spot. He agreed. We stayed in Bemidji that night, was at the dealership at 8:30 on Saturday, and out by 11. Pricing was reasonable, service was outstanding! I absolutely recommend this business!

Brought my motorcycle there to get the carburetor re-jetted, shortly after I got it back the carburetor started leaking gas and I was told it would be another $430 to fix the carburetor that they tore apart and put back together. When I went to pick up my bike I watched one of their employees drop my bike in the warehouse and bring it back to me like nothing had happened. Now my brand new exhaust is scratched up and my front brake lever is bent. I will never be going back here and they will never get a recommendation from me.

Looking for a left over sportsman 1000 atv in wisconsin. Every dealer claims that there isnt any left in Wisconsin. Well, for none being left in Wisconsin, I found over 5 already. Just that they are all the red ones. So I called this dealer to see if they have one. They had a orange one, but nothing else. Not wanting orange either, I said I will continue my search. Well this cool dealership knowing he isnt getting a sale from me in green bay Wisconsin went above and beyond to locate the atv I was looking for and have me location and number of several dealerships that have one in stock. More than any dealership near green bay did for me. They all just wanted to sell me a new one. Thank you to the salesman that helped me out. Im hoping I can missle a deal tomorrow on an atv I want vs what they want to sell me.

I bought a brand new polaris 570 from these guys. It doesnt even have 40 miles on it and i have brought it back 3 times to get fixed and the third with parts falling off of the machine. After the third time brought it home and put five miles on it before it stalled out and would not start up again. I talked to the owner of Bemidji Sports Centre about trading this wheeler in on a different 570 and how it doesnt even have 40 miles on it and his exact words to me were Cant help you out Buddy I will never go back to these guys ever again
