My father and I went here to have his car washed and detailed. Everyone was very nice and it didnt take very long, however, when we got the car back, the windshield still had bug stuff on it and the windows and mirrors were smeared up, the floor mats had been vacuumed but still appeared quite dirty, and there was still debris behind the wheel wells! I had to wash the windows myself after we got back home. My father is 79 years old and he and my mother bought the car here brand new and paid cash for the car and also purchased a lifetime service warranty! I think he ought to be able to get his car washed and get back a cleaner car than that!

Josh is awesome. We talked about what I was looking for and wanted. I not only gave him all my information he drove my vehicle there to be appraised so I’d know how much it would be trade in value. Not just once, but 3 times he personally drove vehicles that he thought I’d like. With each one I told him the things I didn’t like about them so with the 3rd he brought I fell in love at sight. Update: although my initial review was great, I am going to have to update it based on our recent experiences there.One week after purchasing our Ford Explorer, a piece of the exhaust fell off. After looking at it, they schedule us 2 weeks out to get it into the shop to get it fixed. We dropped it off believing it would be done that day. 8 hrs later, we call and find out that they have to send the car out to a different repair place that won’t be able to fix it for at least 2 more weeks. After griping, they finally get us a loaner vehicle, which after leaving the lot, we find out the wipers are no good and it’s pouring rain outside, so then we have to take it back to get them replaced.Very frustrated with this place.Will not be going back to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.************************************Carlos was awesome. He not only helped us find a car that we really like, but he was also a real joy to work with. He is a very funny guy and was fun to talk with. He made the car buying experience not feel so long even though I know we were there for hours.

Multiple times Ive visited i had problems. On one car Dodge dart i noticed they picked it up wrong from the bottom and bent the rails but i said whatever cant prove it. Now not only did i wait in line because they decided to treat a customer blocking the entry to express lane.. They also cant even wipe dust off the top of the engine. Also while buying the car salesman asks you to write reviews to get free oil change that you also wont ever get. Uploaded pictures of the Express Lane blocked where i had to wait to get it for at least 10 minutes then second picture of the top of the engine after oil change.

Fantastic experience at this dealership. I hate car dealerships - and I’ve had so many bad experiences with high pressure salesman. Not so with this place! I worked with Noah Sharp and he was fantastic. I made an appointment over my lunch hour, made a deal, and came in after work. Never had that quick of an experience. Did I mention I had my kids with me at the end? They accommodated me and my small children with a smile on their faces while doing it. I got in and out so fast it was great. Drove away happy in my new car, and with a very fair deal for my trade in.I would definitely buy from here again.

This is the best and quickest experience we have ever had buying an automobile. Jose was great at listening to what we wanted, he let us have an adequate amount of time driving the Jeep to make a difficult decision to trade in our Charger. Also there were specific things I wanted in a jeep and he and the sales Manager were great at working things out for us to feel good about this trade. One of the worst dealers that I have visited for service. STAY AWAY..I went in for an oil change.They used conventional oil instead of synthetic after I requested synthetic oil. After my bill was handed to me I noticed that the incorrect oil was used because of the bill amount. I questioned the service advisor and she lied stating that synthetic oil had been used. The tech left the air filter top cover unlatched. There was oil spilled on the engine cover.I had made an appointment for more work and I decided to cancel. Never again will I visit this dealer for service or anything else.

Took our Jeep in on a Monday and it wasnt fixed till late Saturday afternoon. It went in for a purge valve, shocks that were supposed to be shipped in overnight (never happened) and a water pump. Because the shocks never showed up they waited till the last minute to fix my brand new jeep that was 10000 miles over the factory warranty. I have had nothing but a bad experience with there service department. I also own a 20014 Ram that I bought new. So Ive been going to them for a while. This review just isnt over one vehicle.

Steve Preissler and his manager did an amazing job and gave me a great deal on my trade. Unfortunately i was unable to pull the trigger do to certain financing issues(wife wanted to use a certain lender, that lender was over her preset budget). Steve was able to find me a different lender that was affordable but was not the preferred lender. One day i will win the battle with the wife and i know Steve and his team will be there to get me the right vehicle.
