This was our 2nd good experience. Bobby in the office is very helpful and Fernando and Jorge on the install side were smart and exacting. AHC has good prices, good quality and good suggestions. If we ever move again, we will go to them for the 3rd time!

We recently used American Home Center to replace our old and worn out sliding glass door with a new one with the integrated blinds. They were punctual and very professional and extremely detail-oriented. The one employee (I believe his name was Robert) offered suggestions related to using larger trim than we previously had, and it really made the door a focal point in the room. We absolutely love the door! Our only regret is that we didnt replace it sooner.

They recently replaced 1/2 of the windows in our house. All interactions were prompt and professional, and installation day went quickly and smoothly. There was a minor issue with one window we discovered the evening after the install, and they came out the next day within 2 hours of me emailing them. I needed my windows replaced and I dreaded the companies that would be coming and going with expensive estimstes and refusing to leave my home for hours while they tried to get me to sign on the dotted line. Then my neighbor had their windows replaced by AMC and told me about the easy process. So, I went online and got my estimate...boy was that easy! And they are so true to their price, the online price was within $200 of my final cost! I had all of my casement windows replaced and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. I love the no haggle price....I love the show room... and I love the customer service. The day of installation they arrived 30 minutes early...which I love (thank you for respecting my time)! They were so professional and methodical as they installed my windows. They we finished, cleaned up everything, and gone by 2pm. I had 17 casement windows installed (which equates to 34 windows). All workers were employees and that is a great thing for the homeowner. The workers knew the routine and they knew the standard of quality the company demanded. It has been 10 months since my windows have been installed and I love them!!!! No leaks...they all open and close without issue, and they have been awesome both during the winter and summer...and I love the look inside and out! If you are considering windows, doors, or whatever...dont hesitate. You cant beat the price, service, nor quality! I am going back again this year for french patio doors. Sorry for the long review....but I wanted you to know how great the experience was...you will not be disappointed.

I love, love, love my new windows! The company was absolutely great to work with from start to finish. Totally professional, cleaned up and was very helpful. They did the work in May - replacing my windows on the first floor, have already had them to measure the upstairs to replace those next spring. Also, the pricing was great, no surprises other than how beautiful may house looked with these new windows. I highly recommend them.

About 5 years ago, I bought a set of 3 storm doors from American Home Center. Mr. Willett came to my house and gave me a bid, downselling me from the most expensive type of door as overkill for my needs. I appreciated his honesty, accepted his bid, and his installation crew arrived on time and did a great job. So here it is 5 years later and a handle latch was no longer working as it should. I called AHC to ask about a replacement or repair, and Mr. Willett himself, at no charge to me, came out, replaced the handle latch, and improved the door closing mechanism. I really strongly recommend this company and Mr. Willett.
