Staffs are very friendly and know what they are doing, Danny the manager is very very helpful in finding the right laptop computer for my need. This place is highly recommended. The price and service are very reasonable.

I made a mistake when ordering a product from GeekFurb on line. I didnt realize my mistake until a couple of days later. I contacted GeekFurb with no hassles they canceled my erroneous order and helped me select the proper component. The product arrived and was exactly what I needed. So I did have an issue with a computer but it was replaced with another. The process took a week or so which was unfortunate, but the care I received far outweighed anything else. Zero Stars should be an option with GeekFurb. Purchased 2 laptops in Aug recieved Aug 28th...neither one would charge... reported to Geek Furb...It is now Nov 8th, they finally sent me a return label, listed postage required. lolwish I could just get the 2 months x 2 laptops of head ach and down time back.Cannot fix stupid, shame on me for buying a refurb computer from GeekFurb.

Would give zero stars if I could. Person I dealt with was very rude. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a computer store- I’d rather take my chances with ebay or alibaba.
