We walked in the showroom and not one of the the representatives stood up to take care of us. There were no other customers in the store.After explaining what we were looking for they gave us an estimate that was double everyone else. Maybe it was due to the fact that we only needed 2 cabinets but they definitely did not want our business!!! Don’t waste your time!!! So disappointed!

Cabinet are beautiful… but the customer service experience with this company was horrible, cabinets was delivered with a couple items on back over (which was not told to us). Waited for over 2 months for back order items to come in for them to try to make us drive for over 1 hour to pickup after charging us for delivery and installation in our initial order. Once they received your money they can careless about making sure everything is completed..Russell over sales rep is very unprofessional, he does not communicate very well, lazy and will give you his a** to kiss are spending thousands of dollars…You have to physically show up at the location for them/him to do their job, otherwise you are completely screwed.. they will make excuses that they are so busy to return your call and give updates, but when you pop up on them they are sitting at a desk doing nothing.Great cabinets but not worth the time and money spent on a horrible experience.

The Worst experience please dont waste your time or money !!! Me and my husband are remodeling our new house kitchen and decided to move forward with cabinets to go because we liked what was presented on their website! When they delivered the cabinet they where NOT assembled for a CUSTOM MADE ORDER!! Some of the piece are missing and some are damaged!!! When we try to reach out to the customer service the told as to just make a claim! All this situation is creating a delay on our project!!

Personally...cant speak for others but I wouldnt use or recommend cabinets to go..paid for the cabinets directly..during consultation the consultant Marie Gignilliat wasnt clear on a lot of things like advising I would need to purchase the sink and microwave in advance. If you have had your kitchen done this is common knowledge however this is my first kitchen remodeling project..its my understanding the consultant quit or was fired..if you cant hire individuals that are knowledgeable whats the point...the knobs werent tightened on the cabinets after installation they were crooked...mind you I paid cabinets to go...in full..they also left some material I have no idea what it was and there are some scratches on the inside of the cabinets...go elsewhere..nor was I EVER contacted about how the installation went by anyone from cabinets to go..was I pleased or displeased..Im sure I will be contacted now..

Top notch customer service at the Beltsville location every time. I love my Kensington Mist cabinets. Ive done kitchens and baths for my clients with their other cabinet styles and butcher block countertops. Stylish, affordable, quality. Winning.

Bait and switchI saw their ad and submitted the requirements to receive a quote. Then someone called and i asked if they were competitive compared to quotes i received from home depot and another cabinet make in Maryland. He quickly said i should buy from someone else. He didnt ever offer to match the price as shown on the website.Also, he said their cabinets were NOT preassembled. Not a big deal to me but they sure didnt put that in the ad.I felt their marketing was misleading and would want to do business with someone who misleads to get people to click.2 star for nice website and salesman being direct. Although lack of effort.

Once they have your money all customer service goes out the window. Will never purchase from this location again.

I just ordered cabinets for my laundry room. I have used their cabinets for three kitchens, house condo at the beach and a remodel for a flip. Most affordable and great product. Easy assembly too!

The cabinets are well made and go together easily. We purchased cabinets for a full kitchen, island and master bathroom. No complaints with Derek. Hes a good guy and very helpful.BUT!!! Distribution is a complete disaster. Received most of our cabinets within 3 weeks, but they messed up one cabinet repeatedly for over 9 weeks. Wrong color, didnt get on the truck, missing, out of stock, etc. Lots of excuses. This prevented us from finishing our counter tops and I finally installed plywood. We also received a damaged dishwasher panel, which they agreed to replace, but it took nearly 4 weeks, during which they sent us a box of drawers and 2 weeks later, the panel, and, oddly, another panel 2 weeks after that. No idea why. Corporate customer service is a mess.Good product, poor execution by management. Order early to allow time for corrections in delivery and youll be very happy.

I truly appreciate the help and professionalism of Cabinets to Go staff, and especially Derrick McCoy, I have a small kitchen but with Derrick’s design it looks a lot bigger than it is. I am a bargain shopper and went to many places to compare price and quality. No one was even close to the quality of the cabinets that Cabinets to Go brings to its customers. It is exactly what I wanted. Even though I had a small problem with my measurements they were able to accommodate a new plan and design with a minimum change to my estimated budget.
