This is my best discovery for this year. Quality of service is perfect. I really enjoy going there with ny cars. First time went there for a muffler and all was done pretty good. The staff too is very friendly. Missy is so kind!

Brought in my car for an oil change they discovered there was a small leak in the filter Quickly got the part ordered and brought over the same day. Definitely won my business over for any work I need in the future. Elliot was a tremendous help.

Delay in starting repairs, and not fixing correctly caused me to have to return later, at additional expense. The staff is friendly, and courteous, but there appears to be a lack of communication between them. I communicated by phone several times what was to be done and why, but each person said I needed to talk to the person I originally called, because they had no record of the service requested, albeit talking to 3 different people on the phone. My check engine light came on after my first visit, and the vehicle was returned due to a problem with the initial installation, causing another problem, as well as a new rough idle. I asked them to investigate why the check engine light was now on. I picked up the vehicle, but the rough engine idle and check. engine light, which was not present before,was never investigated by them. I plan on taking my vehicle to Precision Tune, next door. Other clients have told me they were also having to return to refix problems they were to address.

Friendly, efficient and economical service. Took less than 45 minutes for my inspection where others said itd take 4 hours and cost twice as much. Spotless garage...

These guys are legit surgeons! Omar is chill I brought in my car for a timing belt service and a speed sensor replacement. If you want your car fixed right the first time check these guys out. Both times my car was in and out same day. I appreciated how they got right to fixing it that day not days later. For the prompt service they provided it’s worth every penny.

Professional and clean. Waiting area was large and also clean. Work is confident and deliberate, but the work is excellent auto repair.

Check engine light came on at 7pm on a Saturday night. Searched high and low for a shop open Sunday morning early and they were. Pulled up and was greeted, explained what the issue was, immediately handed over my keys and was told I could wait in the waiting room. Lovely, clean waiting area. The worker explained what the error code was and it took about an hour to fix. Changed my wiper blades as well. I am very pleased with the service and will be using them again and will recommend.

The worst service. I paid $600 up front and they solved absolutely nothing. My car is actually worse. I had to call repeatedly for updates, where I would be told they found the problem and were almost finished with time estimates on when they would be done, which they failed to meet. For 48 hours, this is what I kept hearing. They are incompetent and unprofessional.Dont go there.

Amazing shop that is super accommodating. Came into the shop late in the day needing an emergency fix. We were passing through town and needed a new window regulator to be able to bring the window back up. They had the part and made the time despite having other cars in the shop. Waiting Lounge and restroom are also super nice which is that added touch to show they care about their shop. Thank you to the team there!

Pros: They installed, aligned, and rotated my new tires properly (I’m assuming they did since they haven’t fallen off yet).Cons: They did not do the tire pressure (PSI) correctly for none of the four new tires, so whileI’m on my way home, I get a TPMS light.

Elliot seems to be the most experienced and hands on in the shop. I watched him several times help mechanics and the service felt honest and I was confident in what he was telling me. I decided to take my car to Perfect Auto Repair & Muffler after seeing the good reviews online, and they actually live up to be true. This is the only place I could find that did not charge me for a diagnosis of what was going on with my car brakes. Not only did they check it out for free, but I now had the option to walk-away, purchase the parts + get the labor done by them, or buy my parts from elsewhere, and only pay them to perform the labor (which is what I ended up doing). Short wait time also. Recommended.

I’ve been bringing my car here for 3 years. They know exactly what they’re doing. The Technician Elliot is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only people I trust with my car.

I had the timing belt replaced along with a coolant, brake, and transmission fluid flush in my VW TDI, the guys here did a great job. There was an issue while the job was being done regarding a warped part which they had to order directly from VW. They only charged for that part because everything was taken apart already for the timing belt. This issue put a strain in not getting the vehicle back the next day as promised, but they compensated part of the bill for the inconvenience. I brought the car in around 3pm that day and about 15 min, they were already pulling the TDI into the garage to get started on the job. Luis and his crew is top notch in my book. I will be returning. Ive been going to perfect auto for a little more than 3 years. The mechanics at this shop are SOME OF THE BEST IN MD! Master mechanic Ro, is extremely knowledge, and very skilled. Any issue Ive had, he was able to not only diagnose it correctly, but also knew which one of his guys could effectively get the job done. Ive never came back twice for the Same issue. Even the front office is grade A. For the last several months, Ive dealt specifically with front end tech Oscar ( BIG O ) On a few occasions, Oscar has not only done what he said he would do to get my vehicle done, but he also takes pride in staying on top of the mechanics when it comes to getting my vehicle in and out faster. Oscar is extremely professional, detailed with his explanations and fights to save the customer money! At most shops, the front end tech will try and sell you 100 things you dont need or try and convince you to get additional service repairs. Oscar keeps is real, straight to the point no fluff. He speaks directly to the mechanics, then tells the customer exactly what is needed to fix the problem. They fix, you pay, your gone... No hassle! The outstanding customer service, impeccable mechanical skill set, and fair market pricing is the reason Ill continue to bring my vehicles to perfect auto.

They always take great care of me. Just like every mechanic there’s a lot of waiting involved but they are always accommodating in allowing me to leave my car overnight if need be and they are great with prices and payment. I came back to have my front wheel aligned however, they only do all the wheels. Rather than paying the full price since I had been there before, the gentleman at the front desk took $10 dollars off which I really appreciated. He was very nice and the service was fast!

So I took my car to perfect auto and they did an astonishing job fixing up my vehicle. The convenience of dropping it off before it opens and it be taken care of while at work deserve 10 stars alone. I’m a women and Hispanic women it’s very hard to find someone who won’t take advantage and steal your money, overcharge, throw in a whole bunch of words and mechanical problems you don’t understand or know about. The person who helped me was first a man I didn’t know his name I crazy price was thrown at me At a different shop and then Luis stepped in from perfect auto and body to break it down for me and gave me a better price and made sure I understood what was damaged the mechanics came out every hour to update him on how things were going it was an environment that was based on team work and communication. I highly recommend this shop and will become a regular But sadly he’s taken

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My experience with Perfect Auto Body has been horrific. Ive brought my vehicle in repeatedly for the past 2 years for repeat repair of control arms, suspension, brakes, rotors, etc., and each time the work was not performed properly. Parts were not returned to original state or left off completely or cheap quality parts were used. I also had a engine replacement simultaneously on my other vehicle where Perfect Autobody glued a part on the engine instead of replacement, not to mention the engine had to be replaced (3) times for incorrect installation where gray clouds of smoke everywhere when you start the vehicle which had to be taken to another mechanic to direct Perfect Autobody how to fix. The inexperienced mechanics and the management is horrible. I have paid thousands trying to correct the issues with my Lexus that has only 90,000 miles, since the parts were under warranty with Perfect Autobody, I continuously brought the vehicle back for repeat repair just to be charged additional money upon retrieval. I retrieved my vehicle days ago and they successfully horrified me where every light in the dashboard was on and I got my vehicle out of there immediately and drove 5mph to another shop to certified mechanics to get to the root of the problems to correct whatever was done. Unfortunately, I chose Perfect Autobody from the reviews which were good and that was a HUGEEEE mistake. Im writing this review so others dont experience what Ive experienced and still experiencing. They screwed my car up til its still in another shop since retrieval last week where they are trying to correct all the mistakes. I also have discovered that there are many others that have had my same or similar experience. If you use them, GOOD LUCK..... youre going to need it!!

UPDATE 10/11/2017My check engine light has not gone away since a little after I first visited this place. And it is because I did not change the O2 sensor. I asked twice when I was in the shop if theyre sure that they dont want to change the O2 sensor in addition to the service they told me I needed instead (which was more money). I feel because I had the part and they wouldnt make much money they opted not to do the service. I dont understand how mechanics checked my car out to see the issue and didnt see that was one that needed fixing. Now I have to find the money and the time to get this fixed when I was trying to get this handled the first time around. The young man at the front desk was very nice but I will not be returning.I came in midmorning last week to get quite a few things fixed on my vehicle. They were very accommodating and were able to squeeze me in. The wait wasnt long. Carlos was honest with me about what actually needed to be done for my vehicle and answered all the questions I had. Despite not knowing a lot about cars he made me feel very comfortable. They do almost everything there which is a major plus. I would definitely come back.

This was thee BEST experience that I have EVER had dealing with car service !!! I usually go to the Mercedes dealership for everything... never again. From the moment that I walked in I was in awe of the service. DAN was super wonderful and pleasant... a breath of fresh air. I’m not exaggerating! I was referred to this body shop, and I am so glad that I went! Dan was super attentive. He only recommended what I needed, no hassle, no extras! This body shop lives up to its name, “PERFECT” in every way... the service, the cost was AFFORDABLE, the pleasantries, the patience, the attentiveness... I was in and out in less than 3 hours! I found my permanent service shop! Thanks Dan and staff for making this process seamless!

Dont waste your time! I originally brought my car here to have my bumper tightened/replaced. After waiting 2 weeks, they replaced it with an off color and it looks exactly the same as far as the tightening goes. Terrible shotty work! Adding insult to injury, they removed my washer fluid reservoir which I didnt realize until I was ready to add fluid ( weeks later)thus Im sitting here over 2 hours for them to fix THEIR mistake! No apologizies offered or anything!

Decent service and wait time. Some of their staff were very ignorant with other customers, and thats unnecessary. One of their staff actually answered a number of questions I had regarding brakes and rotors, as well as the frontal axle. This is key, especially if Im considering your venue for service. One of them showed me the difference between an older, used axle, with a loose boot, and a new one. The difference it makes in having smoother driving is significant, worth the investment. Brake pads and rotors seem to be in good order weeks after being replaced.

I have been bringing my Audi to Perfect for a few months for service and when my daughter got a Volvo there was no where else I would have taken the car.Dan, Carlos and Omar have the best customer service! They take the time to explain what needs to done and go above and beyond to give you the best price and the best service! I live close and my car wouldnt start so Dan came personally to give me a jump and then took me back home after I dropped the car off. Excellent customer service! I cant say that enough.I had some issues with my daughters car being as though it was an older Volvo, but they didnt stop until they found the issue and fixed it. Dan worked tirelessly with my daughter and I to get her car up and running so she could be safe. I will continue to work with them and use them for all my auto repairs.I would definitely recommend Perfect Auto for all your auto repairs and body work.

The best auto workshop in town!! Any kind of car related work Ahsan and Omer and Luis are the guys to go to. My schedules with work are really tough and taking care of my cars have never been a problem with these guys, they always accommodate me and take care of my cars with the utmost honesty and professionalism. So 5 stars for these guys!

I Meet Omar at Taco Bell roughly 6 yrs ago i was working in the drive through part time very humble Man respectful as well he informed he would be opening an auto repair across the street maybe a yr after opening I took my car to his shop I had a very satisfying experience his staff very knowledgeable I have had several cars service at Perfect auto 2 Mercedes Benz a 300 and gl 450 and Infiniti M35x no problem issue resolved and I Highly recommend on account Perfect Auto is Fair and easily beat dealership prices also Luis is excellent at his Job

Just had my first visit to Perfect Auto and Body, Dan the service advisor couldnt have been more pleasant and professional. This was by far the most honest auto repair facility I have ever dealt with, the show and tell with Dan was very informative and straight forward. Then Omar took over to give the costs and what was necessary or not, everything up front . The service technicians completed their work in a timely manner, no standing around. All in all a very positive experience!!

Every time I go to this place they have me in and out in a time that is definitely worth the price. Everyone there is so welcoming. The mechanics look like they work hard on each car on the lifts. Omar and Dan are the best guys that keep you updated on whats going on under your car. Perfect Auto has yet to fail me. A colleague of mine introduced them to me and they became my usual. Radiator, oil change, I even came in with a bent rim and they replaced it! Been coming here for years and i wont stop. I intend on buying my daughter a car from an auction and Ill be having Omars tow company take it to their shop for fixes AND inspection. Im telling you, they handle just about every single thing you can think of.

The guy was a smooth talker and a “yes man.” He would say anything to you to convince you to leave your car here. Don’t let them convince you over the $80.00 check your problem and they deduct it off your bill.

Im from north Jersey and came down for the weekend, my car broke down on the highway and I had it towed to Perfect Auto. This has to be some of the best service for a fraction of the the dealer price Ive ever encountered. These gentlemen, Carlos, Dan & Omar worked around the clock to get me back on the road. They even stayed 2+ hours after closing to work on my car. I have so much respect for these gentlemen, I wish there was a shop like this in New Jersey. 5 ⭐️ Service all the way around.
