Our companys insurance sent us here on two different occasions, we have fleet vehicles. Overall good experience, they are good to work with and easy to communicate with. Alex, their CSR, kept me informed throughout the entire process for both vehicles. Both look brand new and were completed within a good time frame. They were fast, friendly and professional.

The BEST auto body shop place to repair/fix your beloved car in Maryland and around Washington, DC area. The owner and the workers are the best friendly people.While driving in Washington, DC on busy and crazy Saturday night, a crazy driver who shall be sent to driving school punched my Toyota Camry 2018, the car I love to drive on crazy Friday night on U-street, north west, of Washington, District of Columbia, while he was backing at ExxonMobil gas station. I was so mad the whole night since I did not know where to take my car to get repaired.As usual, I went to Google to get some unknown communities coulselt. I tried my best to figure out which auto body shop is the best for my best car get repaired as soon as possible. I tried carstar garage and I was hundred percent correct.They repaired my car as soon as possible. It did not believe how they did.The do have very clean shop.So, I highly recommend this auto body shop if you love your car.

I give this shop five stars across the board because The employees there were efficient, fast, friendly, transparent, and much more. I used them to replace my catalytic converter because someone stole it. They were understanding. They worked with the insurance company seamlessly. And frankly I just can’t say enough good about this garage. Will absolutely work with them for any other car issues in the future. They are fair.

I came here for auto body work after a pretty bad car accident (badly damaged doors, bumpers, fenders, and more) and these guys took great care of my vehicle. I dropped off my Land Rover Range Rover and they communicated clearly what the price range would look like and their process. They gave me routine updates on the status of the repair and it looked good as new when I picked it up. I would strongly recommend this spot because of the quality work and their customer service.

The guys here at the shop are respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job of repairing my Hyundai Tuscan. I really like that they went above and beyond the job. They clean both inside and out as well as buffed out small scratches not related to the accident.

I received first-rate, top notch, professional service from the time I first placed the call to schedule my appointment -- to this afternoon when I picked up my car. I had an amazing experience after getting my car repaired after an accident. They did a great job with the repair everything was neatly done and they cleaned the interior before I picked my car up. The staff was completely helpful and informative and friendly . They explained all repairs that were needed and didnt force us to fix them all. Definitely one of the best body shops Ive ever done business with. Ive worked in the car industry for 6 years and dealt with dozens of shops. This is definitely on my top 3 list. I took my 2019 Infiniti Q50 in due to a motor vehicle accident. The staff was very friendly and got my car completed in a timely manner. Most shops leave paint dust, overspray, orange peel or some sort of defect on the vehicle. My car came out like it was freshly detailed.

I have a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon and was recently involved in a car accident. I was referred here by a friend and has a wonderful experience. The staff there are welcoming and I received check in phone calls to let me know where they were in the completion of my vehicle. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I was in a fender bender and since I was not at fault, this repair was covered by the other persons insurance. The repair looks fantastic, cant even tell anything happened! I really appreciated how they handled everything; they arranged my rental car, took care of sorting out the additional damage they found (called the adjuster etc.). These may be standard things in the repair industry but it was nice to not have to worry about anything, and they went above and beyond to get it done. They really took pride in their work (as they should!! Looks great!); overall a great shop, great repair, and great people!

Discovered Nescar through the list of approved shops from my insurance provider. The repair work looks great. Id never know the car was in an accident. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and they kept me updated the whole time. The staff, including Nestor, were very friendly, and I will definitely use them for any future work.

Horrible customer service. I was informed they were going to call my insurance involving a warranty issue at another carstar that performed a repair on my vehicle and told me they will call me back. After an entire week, I didn’t hear anything and called them multiple times to get a status. They kept on telling me they will call me back once they get an update but never did. Do not trust this location or Carstar!!! After calling daily and constantly being out on hold, they finally told me they were waiting on my insurance. When I called my insurance company asking what was taking so long, my insurance company said they have never heard from carstar regarding any claims. They said the log everything for their protection and do not have a single record indicating they actually called or contact them. They clearly do not know how to honor their warranty or take care of their customer. It was an absolute waste of time. Do NOT trust them to honor their life time warranty. My insurance ended up referring me to a different car repair and they immediately took care of me.

Went here after a run in with a deer based off of my insurance companies recommendation. Couldnt be happier! Friendly, professional staff, and quick turnaround based on the amount of damage. Matched colors perfectly. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Pretty good customer service did good body work on my car

The staff at nascar are so helpful. My car was finished when they said it would be finished. When I took it home on a Friday then I noticed a scratch/dent that wasnt there before they had my car. By that time they were closed. I called today (Monday) and they told me to come in and they would look at it. They told me that once I leave the gate theyre not liable for any damage (two days has gone by already too) but they fixed that dent they caused and also another unrelated dent I had that same day. No charge. No hassle. Nestor is great and this is a great body shop.

Cant say enough about this place. I had fender and rocker panel work done here on my 17 WRX. Looks good as new and they took care of me every step of the way. The staff is a bunch of awesome people and more than fair. I highly recommend!

As someone who has never been involved in an accident, I must give a big thanks to the team at Nescar Garage and to my friend who referred me to them. From arranging tow of my undriveable vehicle to their shop, to assistance with setting up my insurance claim, to getting me set up with a rental car, they were a big help & to top it off they left my Honda Pilot like new, within a reasonable amount of time, considering the extent of damage. I recently learned that they are moving locations, still conveniently in the same area. As a first time customer, I have to say that I am impressed and absolutely satisfied with the work preformed on my vehicle. I did not simply experience good business, I also experienced affirming and convivial customer service and communication. I do not recall his name, but the gentleman who took the initial photos of my vehicle did not seem anxious, in a hurry, or like he was just excited for more business. He took his time, talked with me for a few minutes during the photos, and then walked with me back into the shop and departed with a hand shake. At the desk as you walk in the door Esther was polite and informative, as well as educated on what work was or would need to be taking place in the shop. Though there was additional work and expenses found that went beyond the initial estimate, it was communicated well and I felt I was giving the extra cost to a company that actually cared about work that actually needed to be done. As an added bonus, the ambiance of the waiting area and the restroom was fantastic, upbeat, and classically automotively minded while still being original and pleasing to look at. They have a fine supply of keurig coffee available, and there is no trouble finding a place to park. Taking into consideration 100% of the experience I had, the only possible thing I could offer as an improvement would be to reset my vehicles clock back to the proper time after reconnecting the battery. Lets face it though, on a +$2500 project if the clock not being reset is the only concern a customer can have, than it absolutely was a project well done. To bring an end to this review, I will say the spotless exterior wash they provided after the work was completed made it very evident that the newly installed panels and parts perfectly(at least to my eyes) matched the existing paint on my van. Thank you so much for your service Nescar Garage of Beltsville; while I hope I never have to do business with you again, if I do I know it will be a pleasant and worth-while experience.
