Very please with Lumax and how they handle everything. They always kept me in the loop with timeframe and even stayed late so I could pick up my mower. This was actually the second place I took my mower, the first shop had the incapacity to help with warranty work and said i was 100% at fault: a new engine was $500-700, not with Lumax. Lumax got the job done and I didnt pay a penny out of pocket because it was indeed covered under factory warranty and not my fault. Thanks again you just saved me lots of money and i will be back!

Bought a new push mower. Gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and was a great help with my decision.

Definitely will be back for any repair or replacement of any of my machines/tools that help me keep my lawn kept. They did a great and timely job repairing a issue under warranty sold by another dealer. Another shop had my mower for weeks w/no progress, Lumax had it for less than a week.

This company took over 2 months to repair our mower. My husband had to call weekly, then daily for updates. They kept having excuse after excuse (parts, etc). We have used them in the past and had a better experience, but it just seemed like communication (on their part) was very poor this time. Felt like we were never going to get it back!

Customer service is second to none. Doesnt matter if you spend $10 a year or $10000 a year, Ralph and his team treat you right! I wont buy another mower anywhere else. You are just as important after the sale as you were before the sale and that means something these days.

Recently I had my zero turn mower, which I purchased from Lumax, in for service. After keeping my mower for several days I was told that they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Ok, I can understand that, but what I cant understand is this. My mower was Clean, full of gas, and had properly inflated tires. Upon its return it was filthy, out of gas, and the right front tire was completely flat. There were inches of dried out grass within, under, and even on the top of the mower. They claimed that they ran my mower for an hour, but it takes several hours to completely empty a tank on a Toro Zero Turn mower. Obviously they werent being straight forward pertaining to its use. Furthermore what company returns a customers property in horrible and unsanitary conditions? And to top it off, with a flat tire, which doesnt even look like mine. This company never returned my email pertaining to these issues and only called after I left a upset customer phone message. Guess I should be thankful for that. Finally, they offered to fix the flat, but of course on my dime, since they will not take responsibility for my tire. They were so nice to me in the beginning, which led to me buying the mower. But now, just another number, as they try to empty more cash from my pocket! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

This place is awesome. Quality products and Mechanics. I find myself here once a week or so for blade sharpening and replacement. They also repair our equipment and I would highly recommend them.

Extremely helpful with the testing of my starter, and they had it in stock to replace my bad one. However, at $219+tax, it was a quite pricey. I ordered the exact same starter that they had for $55 online. Excellent service, expensive parts.

Just brought in a year old Stihl chainsaw for service. Today - a week later and over $100 in cost - I picked it up. Got home - won’t start...after 100 or more pulls on the recoil. Lousy service.

Parts lady must have had a bad day, zero help with a side of bad attitude....and I had all the serial numbers she needed.

Took my chainsaw in with parts to have bar oil pump replaced. The mechanic started it up and said that it looked just fine. He could have said ok and charged me for not knowing. But thats not what happened.

Poor communication which lead to charging me for something that wasnt at all communicated to me before the service. I called, having never been to the store, to have my unit picked up for what the manufacturer said qualified as covered under the warranty. The issue ended up not being an issue at all and Lumax charged me $35 for running a full diagnostics check on a brand new machine. I talked to two people and explained that Im being charged for something that was not communicated to me up front or before the service work was completed. All I got from Lumax was I have to trust that my girls communicated this to you. Communication is vital for any business, especially for a new customer whos never been in the store. This is just bad business! I would not recommend!

Counter help is rude and not interested in serving me as a customer. 2 different times now. Shop is weeks out on service. There seems to be a need to hire more help to be more efficient.

I have found my new Stihl dealer!When I moved to Belton on Labor Day this year I thought I was going to have to search to find any Stihl products lo and behold Lumix has great people working in their place with friendly people and they know how to service the customer

I bought a Gravely 42 zero turn mower from Lumax in Belton. The girls up front took care of me and Ralph (owner) was very friendly and knowledge about the products. The prices were as good as any and they included free delivery for me since I was nervous about driving a zeroturn mower on two skinny ramps onto my personal trailer. Ive mowed 3 times with my gravely mower and would highly recommend gravely mowers and buying it from Lumax Power.

Terrible experience. Totally screwed us out of $35. They charge a diagnostic fee to look at our mower under warranty. They came up with a repair that would cost $165 on a $300 mower. Lost my $35 when We picked up the mower and felt screwed. Never take anything here ever. Total rip off. (Wish I had read Mike M.s review below. Same experience for me)

I had the following issue with Lumax that was not solved in a satisfactory way:I had a mower that needed warranty service. I was told over the phone that pickup and delivery would be covered under warranty.After my mower was serviced and delivered, they required the pickup and delivery fee. I spoke to a manager who was not understanding and simply threatened to hold my mower hostage until I paid the fee.
