Our pool pump stopped working so of course our pool was unusable. The response time was unbelievable and the repair was completed quickly and the price of the repair was extremely reasonable. We had to wait for our new hot tub due to COVID but it was worth it. Icon pools kept us informed of the progress. On day of delivery, they were right on time, professional and informative. They set it all up, taught us how to use and take care of it. Love it!! And the extra for the lift assist top is well worth it, keeps your top off the ground.

I called to see if they had DE Powder instock the lady on the phone had NO clue what I was talking about. First, her response was um I dont think so. I asked if she was sure because that is a product they usually carry. Then, she said well um Im not sure Im I dont know um. I told her I will just come by. Sure enough they had it. Maybe have people working who know your chemicals and know what you have in stock. Could have losst business if your staff doesnt know nothing about pool chemicals. Glad I didnt ask about different types of chlorine.

Although quite busy, staff helpful and even went to the man cave looking for special gaskets to help me.

We purchased a hot tub (Aspen Arcadia) from them and everything was great. Prices were very reasonable and the installation went smoothly! I would definitely recommend Icon Pools to others for purchasing a new hot tub. I cant say anything about their pool service as we didnt go down that route.

Moved to a new home with a pool. First time pool owner with no idea on how to take care of one.Opened the pool, took a water sample in and they analyzed it. Gave me very specific directions on what to do next and set me with up the proper chemicals.Water was clear in 30 hours! A new sample in 5 days and some finishing touches with chemicals and I now have a beautiful and enjoyable pool!Thank you!

New, friendly, courteous. Learning but attentive.I try to support this local store over Leslie’s and Banks but sometimes lack of knowledge is disappointing. Appears to be some turnover as openings were canceled for the end of May and June. I’m not sure they’re back in full service.

I over shocked my pool and turned it white! It looked like someone dumped a bucket of paint in it. Casey knew exactly how to fix it! Worked and turned it around in 8 hours. Casey and Tayna saved our pool party. Totally recommend him and his company.

Mya was great as was everyone else. They let me try out the pool cleaner overnight (Dolphin 300) and then returned it the next day and made the purchase. The only thing was I wanted the carrier to come with it, brochure said it was included but they all said it didn’t. I bought it on a hunch they were wrong and sure enough it was in the box! This is just a friendly FYI for them. Great store with great people, especially Mya.

In the past, two well known KC pool companies told us our pool was very complicated to open and maintain (including the company that built it years ago) so this year we looked for another pool company and Icon was recommended by a friend. From Day 1, they said it was no problem and they had it up and running so much faster than we anticipated. I’ve already recommended them to our neighbors.

Took 2 boys to the pool. The pools computer systems was down and I did not have cash. They would not let the boys swim. Those boys were crushed. They turned us away. Shame on them.Suggestion... Dont turn people away because of your inferior software. Those boys should have been able to swim for free. Its not like people we waiting to get in. Do the right thing or get bad press. That simple.

I dont own a pool Ive never bought anything my daughter works there the people are very nice and they have some good prices and they seem to be fully stocked so if you live anywhere around the Belton area I suggest you try it out

This is my second season using Icon Pools. I moved to the area from Tucson last year.They are always reliable. The price is reasonable.Angie and Jessica in the office are amazing. They are always quick with replies to inquiries when I have them. They are very friendly and attentive. Excellent customer service is rare, but, you will get it here.Good job and thank you.Edit-So, this was my experience up to this year-good. I had them at five stars. Everything has went off the rails since the opening this year. The pool is never cleaned properly after they leave. I feel everything is half done. The pool guy sits in the vehicle a long time and hardly any time is spent in the back with the pool. Algae has built up on the skimmer shelf and below the diving board. The salt water system has yet to function because they either dont check it or dont care and the salt level is still too low. Casey has excuses for every complaint and tends to shift blame back to the customer. Seriously. I honestly cant figure out what Im paying them for when the salt water system is not functioning and the pool is never left clean. They have been coming out weekly for a month now. We opened the pool in early May. The attached photos are what the skimmers look like after 4 weeks of their service. The water is clear, but everything is always half done. Lazy tech. They dont clean the steps and obviously dont do skimmers.The only thing positive from this years experience are Jessica and Angie in the office. They continue to be polite and helpful. Casey is an excuse man. He will never own his crews mistakes. Pretty weak Casey. Pretty weak. Youve got my number, call me if you want.

This will be the 3rd summer for me going to Icon Pools. Ive always received excellent service and they have always been able to solve any issues Ive had.

Rant to Icon Pools! Initially hubby and I loved Angie and her knowledge of pool care and products. As first time pool owners we asked a LOT of questions including the process of closing our pool for the winter. Due to lack of knowledge and experience we paid to have Icon come out and close it down for us to cover all bases. We purchased the recommended pool cover and chemicals along with the service. When they came to close the pool down we assumed they would give us a quick run down of what they were doing, where the plugs and such were stored and any follow up care needed during the winter. NOPE! The crew didnt even speak to us. I thought it odd but quickly received a follow up call from Angie to see how our experience was. I asked a LOT more questions to see what the crew did, where the plugs/caps were, and what WE needed to do or expect for winter care (again, stated that we have never owned a pool before). Again, I thought everything was good and I was prepared. Now comes the RANT..... When my son called and said the cover had come off (in 19° weather) despite reassurance that the cable and winch would hold tight and the pillow kept the cover from collecting too much water/debris and consequently sinking into the pool. So I called Icon and asked if they could come back out and simply secure the cover again. I naively assumed the customer service that I had experienced would continue. Sadly I was very disappointed with the attitude my husband and I were given from both Blake and Angie! I heard over and over the contract States that there was a charge for them to come out and provide this service, they cant control the weather, and they couldnt possibly do this for every customer. I DO acknowledge these things were mentioned in the contract, however, in my own experience of lease/contract administration I have always given a summary highlighting the important items THEY needed to be aware of (any fine print) and if any issues came up I have always reminded them of the contact details and THEN PROVIDED A ONE TIME ACCOMMODATION for the customer. I explained again that I was a brand new pool owner and asked if they would make any kind of ONE TIME accommodations or exceptions to the contract (charges) considering its only been 24 days and I paid about $400 for this winterization. Again, I received very poor customer service with quite a bit of attitude from Angie. I was told there were several things I could have done such as purchasing some clips for the pool to secure down the edges or using bungee cords and cinder blocks. I explained if I had known this information from the beginning I would have happily purchased either one of these options (increasing THEIR SALES) to prevent what Im experiencing right now. Overall, if youre spending money with them the customer service is great. However, if you want them to show their true colors and customer service just ask for a little bit of help and understanding as a new pool owner and you will find nothing but attitude and lack of help. My husband and I will never purchase another thing from this company or step foot into this location again. It is quite sad as we were very excited to support a local small business over a big box business. We purchased our pool from a big-box store and the installation person explained to us many details that we should look out for including how crabgrass might grow in between the walls of the pool and damage our pool. Due to this information we have been proactive in spraying for weeds and such around the pool. This just shows that there is a level of customer service that will help you anticipate any issues or problems that you may have so you can take care of them before there is an issue. Unfortunately icon pools, and Angie specifically, do not believe in this! I have an extremely long history in providing White Glove customer service that makes this A VERY disappointing experience.
