My husband and I have been loyal customers for awhile. I was told that my purse was okay on size and have been in the store multiple times. Have been doing so for a long time, until today. New person at door said I couldnt so hope shes worth losing loyal customers. Never again.

DONT SHOP AT THESE STORES. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SELL. NO EXCHANGES AND NO REFUNDS IS THEIR POLICY. THEY WILL TELL YOU THE ITEM HAS TO BE TESTED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. WE PURCHASED SEALED COOKING SPRAY AND ONE OF THE BOTTLES STOPPED SPRAYING AND ALL THE PROPELLANT CAME OUT. THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE RUDE WHEN YOU ASK THEM ANYTHING. WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Was told I could not bring my purse in to the store. What kind of place won’t let a woman bring in her purse? But the lady shortly after me was allowed in wearing a backpack purse bigger then my purse and another lady walked in with a big ole coach tote twice the size of mine. Guess I don’t need anything that badly here if I am not allowed to bring my purse.

Favorite place to shop if Im looking for deals or have some extra money to spend and always find something Ive always wanted or never needed and or things that I didnt even know I needed or wanted. Love you guys! ❤️

I have shopped here since day one of the opening and through all of the changes. I have to be honest....I still love to go here but I am no longer addicted. The finds before were much better. The retail side took the fun out of finding fantastic items. The price went up drastically per item and the finds are not as great. I still love to go here and find a few small things I like. Just not like I used too.

Heres a bit of FYI if you dont already know: (I had no idea prior to going), Ladies, if your purse is larger than a piece of copier paper as I was told, you can not take it in. Itll have to be left in the car. Well, because I was not going to place my purse in the car being so out in the open, I went back home. A waste of time and gas!In response to the owner:AS I STATED, I WAS NOT ABOUT TO PLACE MY PURSE IN THE CAR IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. IN CASE YOU DONT KNOW, THE TRUNK IS A PART OF MY CAR. OMG..... If you haven’t heard there’s a new CRAZE at “ITS $5”. AMAZING concept. It’s like a BIG THRIFT STORE with new items. There are PRO’s and CON’s to it. First THE PRO’s.... you can find GREAT things for $5 and as the week goes you can get MORE items for $5 and it’s no telling what you may find THAT IS THE ONLY PRO. Now the CON’s....you have to DIG in these big black bins and you don’t know what is in these bins. Boxes are open some are empty the bins are DIRTY and from what I seen today stuff is broken and boxes may not have all the items that are supposed to be in them. I bought I pair of iPhone headphones and they did NOT work. There are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So make sure you check your items before you leave the store. They have plugs set up for this to happen. They offer military discounts on certain days. I was informed to check their Instagram page for deals as well. The items I did find were for the most part worth the dig at $5 I saved a lot. I would recommend this store if you got TIME to spend to DIG. Go check themOut....

Pretty cool store. Im not quite sure how it really works being that today was my first visit but from what I gathered they do some kind of bidding on items during the weekend. Or something? Really Im not sure. I do know that you have to download the stores app to check out and in doing so the items you purchase are further discounted off what the tagged price is. I will add more info when I obtain more.

Staff is RUDE. Cashier chewed me out and accused me of holding up the line. She said I was bagging at the checkout counter and holding the line up. I didnt bag anything, put it back in my cart like I was supposed to. I got snotty back and asked her if she saw anything bagged in my cart. Sarcastically apologized when she saw she was wrong. Line was held up because she was having trouble counting to 34.

The have decent costing bags of candy and sometimes from different places types of candy! They have stuff on each sides that you may love!

Lots of junk for sale. You can get some good deals for your money, but wear gloves to reach into the bins. Some of the stuff is opened and unusable. There are some really good deals.

This store is the next generation of the $5 Store which has expanded. But theyve split it into two sides. The east side, regular stuff, starts out as $10 and gets less expensive during the week after Saturday. The west side is mostly Clothing at 60% off. Theyve done some kind of crazy blocking off to control the flow as you walk through, too.

I enjoy working here. You never know what you may find. Great deals with the app.

Well....a lot of warehouse overstock, random items, close to expired items, damaged items and various Amazon returns. Some prices are good, some are not.

UPDATE 11/08/2018: Yesterday, we stopped by while traveling through, and it happened to be 10 Items for $5. I purchased 30 items for $15 and found some FANTASTIC items! An Amazon Wand, Essential Oils, a Derma Roller, facial products that online are currently selling for between $10 and $30 (I paid 50 cents). 100% recommend😘. Best thing since sliced bread!Previous review- Weve been here twice- both times while passing through Belton. It was not at all what I expected. Its a much bigger place than it looks from the outside, and the entire place is full of huge bins of stuff to look through. (If you dont like to sort through items and dig for the best deals, this wouldnt be fun for you).The staff were all great, especially because I had no clue how it worked at first. Lol. Certain days are certain prices. We went on 5 items for $5 day both times. Phone chargers, phone cases, screen protectors, etc. My fav find was a container of Virginic brand Bamboo Activated Charcoal toothpaste. We saw almost instant teeth whitening results. Within 1 week, it was insane (in a good way... lol). I finally found it on Amazon after running out of it, and its the only brand I use now. Well definitely stop by every time we pass through. 100% recommend😘.

Formerly Its Five. Every time I shop here, I score something Im excited about! I most recently went on a $2 day, and got a few bottles of avocado oil, a heating pad, a large bottle of Yum Yum Sauce, cough syrup for crunchy people, and a coffee percolator, among other things. You just dont know what youll find. Highly recommended. (If TJMaxx stresses you out, skip it, because this place involves more rummaging and lower prices. I like it!)

Bring your external power-pack for your phone bc youll need it! Instead of priced listed on aisles or stickers, you have to scan the QRcode for every single item on the bargain side. On the bin side, the percentage off starts small on Monday & goes to 90% off on Friday. Try to park close bc you cant go directly from the bin side to the bargain side w/out taking your purchases to your car. The bin side is extremely messy, parts/packaging missing,but if u have patience, u can prob find a few gems.***Pro tip:Wear masks and gloves bc lots of folks rummaging around in bins. Shop safely. All in all, it was okay,but plan to spend time. I didnt even go thru the many racks of clothes. Next time.🖖🏿😷😁

Very disappointed to find out that almost everything they have now comes from Wish. Very poor quality products that you can buy cheaper on the website! Bad business.

I live this place too much and if you good at fixing stuff, Friday everything is 50 cents, and alot of it works. Saturday its brand new be ins full of expensive amazing stuff 10 bucks each, well worth it get there early, and every day it gets cheaper and Friday what they have left is $.50 each, I cant get enough of it!

Fridays deal was great even though I didnt find anything I wanted to buy. It was 10 items for five dollars. I think I enjoy the hunt more than anything. I gave four stars because I noticed that there was a lot of packages in the bins that were empty. Overall my experience was good though.

If you like digging for good junk, like I do this is the place for you! My friend and I went on a Friday so we got the 10 for $5 deal. It was FANTASTIC😀. We spent the whole day there and dug through so much junk. I got 3 dog coats, a collar, dog boots, paw washer, some ear cleaner and so much more. It was a great day for dog stuff. The one jacket that didn’t fit either of my dogs, I gave to the ASPCA. Each item was .50 cents!!! I got cookie cutters, birthday cards ,a baby carrier and a bunch of cell phone cases. I LOVE this place. It’s a great way to get some retail therapy on a shoestring. I spent $27 in about 5 hours. It was a really good day🤩🤩. I do suggest you have some gloves because there was a lot of broken glass in the bins and unknown liquids that had spilled.DO NOT bring your sensitive feelings because some people get aggressive for a bargain

Instore 8/1, my receipt clearly stated $30 spent. I checked my online banking and was charged $33. I did not authorize $33. Watch your bank accounts people! Someone is making extra cash ripping us off! I filed a dispute with my financial institution. Retail Rebel is not the same as Its $5, changed for the worst. Side Note: I emailed & called the store in efforts to clear this up before posting a negative review. The phones are not answered, nor are emails.

Aug Update: Policies have changed, apparently. You can reserve a spot to go in before the general public but if youre not there at least 5 minutes in advance of *their* clocks time, your reservation is null. Bin placement makes shopping very awkward (presumably placed for distancing purposes but only partially effective). Food and clothing has mostly hived off into the Warehouse side store (dont need a number, more like a regular place). A few bargains to be had. Masks worn by more shoppers than employees and that aint saying much. All in all, a steeply declining experience....June - 4/5 - Price now $10 but there are also a *few* higher value things. Still messy but thats because of inconsiderate shoppers. New reservation system, too. Dont think Ill be shopping there nearly as much.

The people are very friendly and the idea is a good one if you dont mind scavenging for deals... But its basically a yard sale of new items dumped in large bins. It feels a bit like a feeding frenzy. I went in looking for one specific kind of item, but didnt find it. I didnt have time to bin- dive to seriously search, and even if I did find one, I really needed about 5 of them.

Neat selection of odds and ends kind of a pain checking the prices on everything and make sure you check each item some are different even if its the same item, fun shopping though, dusty items bring sanitizer for your hands

Terribly overpriced merchandise. I dont understand why its so high. Marshalls,TJ Max and Ross are way cheaper. I didnt go to the side where you dig in the bins. I stayed on the retail side. I dont think this place will last long.

My favorite place ever! Every time I go I fill up my cart with incredible items. Sometimes even 2 carts! I saved over $1000 a few times on purchases! I go on Sundays in claycomo. Their store is my favorite and the staff is great. Very nice people and they are always friendly and nice to everyone especially the regulars. Every Sunday feels like Christmas to me! Most amazing store ever! I found so many incredible items, retailing for over $100-$1000!!

Listen, this place is chaos. Pure chaos. Huge black bins, nothing signed, or organized. But if youre willing to dig, and have patience you can find some awesome things for cheap! The weekends are obviously the best time to go because thats when it is restocked. Last time I went I found a brand new $60 infrared straightener that I got for $5. Just be ready to dig, and make sure to have plenty of time!

Absolutely the best store ever... I cant wait until Saturday Morning to go shopping. It only May 1st and I am almost done Christmas Shopping and it is costing me a fraction of what the items are actually worth. I have found everything from Egyptian Cotton Sheets to Salon brand shampoo and conditioner. I have had dreams about going on Saturday and I never know what I will find and I always manage to fill up my card with amazing treasures.

So today was my first trip to It’s 5, and it definitely won’t be my last. The merchandise is mostly returns or closeouts from online retailers at deeply discounted prices. Going on a Monday, I expected that most of the “good items” might be picked over. I was way off. There was plenty to be had, and while you are digging through bins of merchandise, the friendly staff are working hard to keep the bins organized and clean. If you’re the type who likes thrift stores because “you don’t know what you’ll find”, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

I was just introduced to this amazing little treasure hunt today! I had never heard of it before and man am I glad I know about it now!! I got some amazing deals and its too easy to go crazy in this place. Us girls ended up spending about 2 1/2 hours in here and none of us left empty handed. I will be back with more of my friends soon!

This place rocks! Went in for the first time yesterday(2/9) and found bolt cutters. Retail new value is $600 and I found them for $5! I was number 110 so dont think a high number means anything. There are so many amazing deals your bound to find something even at number 220. All of these $5 dollar stores are great with really awesome staff! Thanks for all you guys do!

Place is a blast however, bring some latex gloves.Would be nice if they would provide some trash cans so you could empty trash out of the bins as you go.Found some interesting...and kinky... things here.

I love it’s $5! Every week is like a new adventure, and for $5, I’m excited to take that adventure any day! Plus, the staff is AMAZING, by far the best crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every week is like a treasure hunt, but with an endless amount of treasure!Truly I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fun time and a great bargain. The employees work so hard to make sure everything is clean and tidy, including the bins. While there are a lot of people there, it is still worth the Saturday morning wait. You can find a broad assortment of things from granola to car accessories to clothes to cosmetics as well as every kind of phone accessory made!....or almost every one. Staff is helpful, funny and excited to be there also. You have to try this place!

If you like to hunt for bargains this is your place. It is a bit of a mess, unorganized, and you need to know what youre doing going in. Get a basket wear some disposable gloves and dig in bins of return merchandise from Amazon. You might find the newest iPhone for 5 bucks, or you might just end up with a old broken toaster.
