I called to ask some questions about getting a photo printed. The associate on the phone didnt have any idea of what her store offered and instead of directing me to someone who could answer very basic questions about price and how to bring my photo in... she asked is this a prank call and hung up on me.I called back, got a manager and within about 60 seconds got all the info I needed. Very frustrating to deal with employees who have zero people skills.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. My wife was scheduled to run out of medicine on 8/29/2021 (Sunday) and sent her a generic text on 8/27/2021 (Friday) saying they were trying to reach her doctor. There was no mention of the urgency of the situation and no followup communication of results. Wife went to pick up her prescription but unfortunately due to CDC guidelines it needs prior authorization, something they should have probably started weeks ago but failed to contact her and let her know. Now my wife has to do without her critical medication because the pharmacy failed to resolve their issue in a timely manner. Unfortunately our insurance prescription plan is administered by CVS so going somewhere else is not an option. If I could give zero stars CVS definitely deserves it.

If I could give this facility zero stars I would. I come here because my health insurance is connected to cvs and I can get my meds for free. But it is almost not worth it. The service is the worst I’ve ever received. The staff is disrespectful, mocks you and laughs at you when you ask any questions about your prescription, and every time I go to pick up medication it takes at least an hour. Not an exaggeration either. They always confirm my prescription is ready and when I arrive, it is never ready. I’ve left this facility crying on multiple occasions due to how rude the staff is. I’m finally getting my medications sent to an alternative cvs due to my experiences at this one. Do not come to this location unless you want to be treated like dirt.

I use to enjoy coming to the pharmacy because the staff was kind and upbeat but now it’s horrible. The past 4 times I’ve come up they didn’t run our insurance and tell me that I never provided it when I most definitely did. The worst experience I had was yesterday when i needed to pick up my sons medicine. I had called at 10:00 am and asked if it was ready to be picked up and told yes that it was. When I arrived at 11:00am an older woman working the drive thru was extremely rude. I told her I was there to pick up my sons prescription she told me that it was not ready and that it would take 2 hours. I informed her that I had called an hour ago and was told that it was ready. She was very rude and told me to be patient and then went and grabbed his prescription off the shelf. She slammed it down in the drawer and said “here. Bye”. I will most definitely be using a different pharmacy from now on.

Heard that the heat was shut off because someone said it was hot inside the store. It’s negative 11 windchill. The store was cold and the employees had gloves on.

So, I called yesterday to confirm whether or not they had a decent amount of a certain prescription....the lady got on the phone, I told her my situation and that I wanted to make sure they had the amount before I came in today.....I called to make sure it got filled and this lady tells me oh no Im sorry we are all out.....and because this has happened before I became very frustrated....I have Degenerative Disc disease and spinal stenosis, I ran out of my pain meds today.....my doctor isnt in till tomorrow....the lady I talked to today ended up hanging up on me.....I called the manage and was still very frustrated....I would like to know who is running around CVS pharmacy acting like a pharmacist and telling customers the wrong information

Went in to pay a bill when I got here there was two vans parked in the lot that should of been for customers only. When I walked in the door I was not greeted by a employee that was behind the counter. I went to the manager, and his way of talking to me sucked so I left. WTFH

This store was so organized and fully stocked with all my needs. Cristina was super helpful with trying to help me with what I was looking for. This CVS was one of the best I’ve been to!

Used to be good, I wont be using anymore. Was frustrated when they dropped 24 hrs, but the final straws were when they said they called insurance about a problem and they didnt. Now they were supposed to call the dr and they didnt. Why am I doing your job? Im done!

Very efficient staff and service. To bad corporate doors not allow belton mo store to go back to 24hr service. There is not another pharmacy in the area.

I cant believe their not open 24 hrs anymore!!!! Another corporation putting profits ahead of customer or community service. What are patients suppose to do when they get discharged from the hospital or er and cant get their rxs filled? Thanks cvs!!!!!

The people here are always friendly. If youve been to one CVS youve been to them all and you know that youll spend more for the convenience but in a pinch Im glad to have one in town.

I have an Rx that is not generic and when I go there even if I call in advance- they have used generic so I have to wait until they change it. This is not rocket science.
