Great when it is well stocked. Not too crowded in the morning hours. There are plenty of self checkout counters so checking out is also very quick. Parking always available.

Used AAA and it didnt take that long for the tow truck to arrive. The driver secured the car and did an excellent job! She took the car to Walmart where we were replaced the tire!

The Belton Pharmacy Staff are a bunch wonderful people. They are always willing and ready to help. I have never waited very long to get my prescriptions. They all are about making sure that your every need are well taken care of. Friendly and courteous group of professionals.

The auto service center is top notice! They found the nail in my tire, replaced it and got me on my way quickly. Go see them for your tire needs!

I love Walmart is a great place. But I have been visiting Belton for the past four years, now is my permanent home. I feel the customer service used to be much better. The upkeep of Walmart was cleaner, now I see garbage and carts outside of their space. I know this is not important to some folks but I feel the presence of a place says a lot about the city. Overall is a great store.

I love this big Walmart in Belton! I live in Cameron but I travel all the way to this one because its much nicer than the one thats closer which is in Temple. Great sales, great selection, friendly workers, and very clean!

Its walmart. Not much to be said other than non involved staff with customer care I personally didnt need it but a elderly woman walked in and out of areas looking for something. I asked her if she needed help and we found it. Meanwhile multiple staff in the same area paid her no mind at all.Target is a friendly and more fashionable place to shop

Need more checkers thousands of dollars go in the store in one day you could at least have people to check us out . Without really long lines!

Richard is the best he is timely kind courteous and makes this service center the best ive ever been to... ive been back here for tires and oil change many times because he does a good job in a timely manner. Walmart takes time to care for your car. I had an issue with my tire, a leaky valve stem. I somehow got the tire aired up and proceeded to Discount tire..Baaaad choice I waited forever, and all they wanted was to make me buy a new tire. They said they would not fix it and sent me away in an unsafe emergency situation. WALMART FIXED THE ISSUE FOR $3 DOLLARS. NOW I am bringing my 4 cars to WALMART FOR SERVICE, AND ALL MY FRIENDS TOO.. THANKS WALMART..

This store is so much better than the super Walmart on 31 st Street Temple and has more inventory than the one on West Adams Temple. The one on West Adams staff is very friendly and helpful. The Belton store is better stocked both in amount and variety. The minute you walk into that store you notice the cleanliness and orderly fashion of the store. Belton store should be the bench mark for the Temple store which is continuously deteriorating.

Rude !!! Asked if they had a movie called Secondhand Lion. She actually yelled at me and said, I dont know. Then stomps off. When she came back, told her to forget about it. Left my cart and left the store. Ooooh, I wanted to smack her face.

I shop here 2 to 3 times a week here and everytime Im here in the morning, afternoon or a weekend they only have 1 cashier. They are understaff and I heard they want to get rid of cashiers so people use self checkout. Wal-Mart needs to stop taking for food and they want us to bag ourselves. But its not fair to the elderly or the handicapped people who have to drive a cart.

Walmart is a necessary evil to me. This one was clean and well stocked I can say that.

I am new to Central Texas. This Walmart is an easy in and out. However some customers are in too much of a rush and make you feel as though you are in their way.

Truth told.. I hate Walmart. Id rather go to any other store. However, convenience and necessity make it almost an unavoidable stopping point somewhere along your travels. Fortunately, for some of us, there is an HEB Somewhere close!! Id prefer to go to HEB. I think youd like it too! HEB.

Not sure what has happened to Belton Walmarts grocery pickup in the last few months but it seems to get worse with each visit.

It’s a typical Walmart. Spacious with a huge selection of items. Store was clean and somewhat organized. Good prices on most items. Poor quality produce and meat. Employees are just that. Hardly any registers open so it will take awhile with their slow cashiers unless you want to do the work yourself at the self checkout.

This is a very uncluttered and friendly walmart. It is never just slammed busy and I love that they do not flood the aisle ways with product so you can walk and traffic flows freely! People are friendly. They have a subway, bank, nail and lash place, and a nice walk in gas station out front. One of the best I have been to! Be prepared masks are required and there are lines outside. And its hot..so be ready to wait. Or do delivery!

This is by far the nicest Walmart Ive been in. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is nice and helpful!!!

Always friendly employees there. Well stocked and clean. I love going through the self checkout but, you can go through a regular checkout line as well.

Worse customer service ever. Waited for an hour and a half to look at a computer and no one ever came to help. I will not be coming back here and will tell others how horrible this store. Going to the Walmart in Waco.

Nice Walmart. Just make sure you get out about 5 minutes before they close or the evil clown will be waiting for you in the entrance area with the lights off! And then hell get the door for you & say have a good night. Just sayin...

Went up to see about an oil change. Drove into one of the service lanes , waiting 15 minutes. All the while service techs are walking around my car, in front of my car and never did any of the 5 people ask if they could help me!! I called auto department. When lady answered, I asked her if they were busy she said yes. I said must be not one person has offered to help me!! Belton walmart you are slipping!!! I always get great service by friendly people!! Both lacking today !!! 😡😠

It could use more employees, caint hardly find anyone to help you in the store. When I did all they did was complain that they dont get enough hours.

I need to replace a watch band on my Fitbit. A very nice young man offered to help me. He did everything within his power to get it replaced. They did not carry the band I needed but he recommended the best way to get one even though it was not from Wal-Mart. He told me when I received the band he would gladly replace it on my watch. Also this Wal-Mart has my bank so I was able to complete my banking in the same visit. I had filled my car in the Murphy Rewards station. This is so convenient.

I will never use the wal mart lube in Belton again. My son took his truck there and asked for an oil change. He told them he did not want the air filter replaced or any other add ons. They did it anyway and forced him to pay for the extras. $40 lube became a $75 ripoff. Won’t be back there

Starting at the entrance of Walmart and the sales check out register some of the employees here at this Walmart have bad attitudes.. I assume these employees dont want to work or the employer of this store is aggravated. And some of the employees are not designed to help people.

It is Walmart, what can I say? You go there for the price and or convenience of not having to wait for something to be shipped. I know of very few people that go to Walmart for the experience. This one is no better or worse than any I know.

As usual! To many people stocking the shelves who wont move out of the way so I cant get to nothing! The photo department no one know how to work the picture/ CD maker I believe is called a kiosk! Most of the self lines was shut down and ima not sure what they are spraying inside the store, however it irritates my sinus and I start to sneeze n cough. And my eyes burn anf I gotta get outta their!

Everyone working diligently to restock the shelves after the storm. Watched an associate open boxes on the bottom of his pallet just to give the customer what she was looking for instead of making everyone wait. And he did it with a smile on his face.

I just moved here from Pennsylvania and this Walmart supercenter has nothing like the Walmart supercenter in Pennsylvania there was a lot more choices and fresh fruit and vegetables and to go fruit and vegetables container this one has known sort of anything their fruit and vegetables to help containers and Ive been there three times already.

Great Walmart it is not as busy and has quite a few self checkouts which I love. The only negative is they carry a lot less and usually less stocked then the other two Walmart’s in Temple.
