We just had our entire house re-carpeted. The team at Carpets for Less did an outstanding job. From the beginning, they were all super helpful when helping us decide what would be the best for our home and our budget. They were very comparable (if not better) than other companies we looked at in terms of pricing. The crew that came to install were polite, helpful and very hard working. There were a couple of instances of water damaged to our floors that he showed me once the old carpeted were pulled up. Someone who didn’t care would have continued installing the new carpet without letting me know. Overall we are extremely happy and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family!

Had carpet 4 less install premium flooring in our home. Install and tearout went smooth and the price was right on I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

JD was so helpful, he let us borrow samples and gave us honest feed back and tons of information regarding the different floor coverings.I will always purchase Flooring from them in the future, and so does Mark Gipple, the realtor I used. I saw all the amazing reviews online and checked out their website and was very impressed. So I called to see if I could get a quote for carpet installation. When I called I asked if they do free quotes and the man on the phone said they do but that I would have to come into the building. I asked if they would do a quote over the phone and I received the answer of, “Well it’s hard to look at carpet over the phone.” With unnecessary sarcasm and attitude. I then informed him that I found the carpet I wanted on his website, so then he responded with, “Oh, well then I guess we could do that”. Then he literally huffed (giving me the impression that my call was a waste of his time) and and asked where I was was located. I told him Smithville, MO. He started to tell me that they do not offer services that far. Again, with unnecessary attitude. At this point I was over the conversation, so I did end up interrupting him and I didn’t let him finish whatever it was he was going to say and I just told him that I will be shopping around elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the impression that they left with me with.

Where do I start? This was our first experience with Carpet For Less. Dont let the name deceive you. It is not only carpet for less, it is also hardwood flooring and good customer service for less.We originally purchased carpet for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. Everything was done quickly and professionally.Before spending some time in the store looking at carpet, I never would have known they do hardwood flooring and tile as well.Based on the good experience we had with the carpet, within a couple of weeks we pulled the trigger on having hardwood flooring installed in our entry way, living room and master bedroom.The installer was amazing. He took the time to understand some concerns we had about several transition areas, and went above and beyond to make it look even better than we had expected. We couldnt be happier with how it turned out, and the price was very reasonable. The person installing the floors even took the time to fix a cabinet in our kitchen before leaving on the last day.We do have one suggestion for the owner of Carpet For Less.Change your name to Quality Flooring and Good Customer Service For Less.Well, that might be a mouthful.You have earned a customer for life.

I worked with J.D. at Carpet For Less, and my entire experience was fantastic. I really didnt know what I wanted. J.D. took the time to answer my questions, and I had a lot of questions. He gave me samples to take home, and even ordered me some additional samples. The entire process from the purchase and install was fantastic. I doubt I would receive this type of service from a big box store! Id rather shop, and support small business anytime I can.

We have used Carpet for Less three different times in the last 15 years and have always been very pleased with the quality, a wide selection to choose from and terrific installation. Our living room and hallway carpet is high-traffic and after 11 years it still looks great and you cant tell where the seam is.We check the competition and always come back to Carpet for Less.

Putting in carpet earlier than expected

I purchased flooring and specifically mentioned that I was just ordering extra to ensure I didnt have to come back for more, after I was finished with the project I went to return the extra, unopened boxes, of wood flooring. The store refused the return of more than 200.00 in flooring. They called it special order, but after I purchased the flooring I had to drive to the distributor in Lees summit to pick it up myself. There was nothing special about this order. They did not say anything about not returning the extra boxes if i didnt use them, or i would have ordered exactly what i needed and then drove again to Lees summit to pick up more. Thats just bad business.
