Nice butcher shop in Belton with very friendly staff. To start I tried some jalapeño sausage and it was very good. Will come back for sure.

I lived in Texas 6 years ago and miss their sausage link the jalapeno link. Nothing around Omaha compares to their sausage. Sure wished they would ship, as I would certainly buy, as I am sure others would also.

I prefer to buy all my meat here, it really is better quality than the super markets. They have the best Jerky I have ever had so I always pick up a half pound every time I come in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Owner is supportive of his staff and customers and is always innovating new and tasty selections!

Always my favorite place to buy sausage and hog head cheese its the BEST! They have a lot of different meats even deer if you eat that...I dont and they have spices, jams, pickles, bar b que sauces all home made i dont mind the drive to Belton from Killeen to get there.

WAY overpriced for average quality of their products. Sausage is decent but jerky (both pork and the beef) is very tough...actually had to cut it up small with a butcher knife just to eat it. Try them at your own risk...I never will again.
