Not professional at all. We was there thus week and the short, fat guy with glasses who I am told is the manager is just rude as all get out. Charged my husband for every little piece of a steering column. Used to include the steering wheel but now that guy charges for the column, wheel, and every button and wire on the thing. Maybe yalls should teach him how to ring parts and teach him what parts are what.We wont be back. Smdh

Today I was planning on going to budget to pick up a tire for my mom but god had other plans, my tire decided to commit suicide on i35 literally 20 min there I’ve tried finding tire shops and to no avail so me and my dad decided to pursing our original destination so we pressed on.those 40 min felt like 3 hours i had a grandma telling me to stop had a state trooper ask me if I’m ok. But then…. I saw the big sign we went in and asked the front desk lady got a Ford 7 lug wheel with tire (mind you it was pouring hail fire) I looked and looked and looked and nothing I bought a tire from there and I asked is I could use a tire a machine or something cause I’m not from the area and no tire shops are open the awesome staff lended me a tire puller and installer even one of the employee lended me a tire pump for just enough to get me to a gas station(forgot her name)another one his name I believe was Elijah helped me put the tire on my rim while it was a Lil showering and went out of his way to get his personal jack and help. So over all these people are honest and deserve recognition every single one of those employees working 4th of July

This place is amazing 👏they always have at least one of the parts im looking for and always at low Prices and sometimes they have great sales Specials and discounts for veterans and there even very friendly and helpful they have cleaning stations up front to wash and clean up and even offer Warranty you can pay for a dollar a day..as a professional automotive mechanic I highly recommend this place for discounted parts and or hard to find parts 👍👍👍
