I would never go back to that place again cuz he do not communicate with you about your property you pay for services to be done you supposed to be told what he going to do so you could tell him what you dont want and what you do want he do what he want to do with your property I dont like that I didnt pay for that now I have to undo everything he did wrong.

My computer was running slow then stopped working altogether. I called JR Computer Service and Rick told me to bring my computer into the store. I did and I am very happy! Extremely helpful! Rick knows anything and everything when it comes to computers and their components. Has helped me multiple times with installs on gaming PC- today he stayed 5.5 hours past closing time to help me try and figure out issues with my graphics card; literally tried everything possible to help! Offered to pay for his time but didnt charge me anything!

The gentleman knows his computers. Fixed my 10+ year old computer with a very reasonably priced hard drive, transferred all my files into the new hard drive, and printed out a list of all my programs. Quick turnaround and when I had another problem getting the keyboard to work, he installed the software I needed for free.

Stopped down to upgrade my sons desktop, he had everything I needed in stock at fair prices. Picked up a sharp looking RGB case and CPU cooler, along with a big SSD. My kid is going to flip out, the case even has a remote to switch the LED colors. Thanks again.

He then diagnosed it right away so that I could see what went wrong, and then repaired it in less than 24 hours. He also gave me good advice on which router I should buy next.
