The only thing positive i have to say, is that it is convenient to stop in the morning on my home from work. Their selection and variety are at a minimum when it comes to groceries. For a wider selection and better variety i would recommend Woodmans in the Beloit area. Also, in the mornings there are no cashiers, it is all self check out. The facilities are average in cleanliness and level of maintenance. As most Walmarts go, this is the norm, so nothing outstanding or extraordinary here.

Online Pick up was scheduled 5-6 pm. I arrived after work at 5:30. I called to advise that I was here and gave the number of the bay. Shortly received a text that the groceries were ready. An hour later someone stopped by with a pad of paper to get my name and said your groceries are coming out. An hour and a half goes by at this point. I called the store to discuss with manager and stated I dont like to complain but my wife and I are both sick and she is at home. We didnt want to get others sick so we came to use this service. Normally I shop at Woodmans but gave it a shot. The manager stated that everyone was working over there and theyll get to you there is nothing I can do. I politely thanked Jenny for her time and excused myself from the call. I called my wife who was at home sick making arrangements for her father with terminal cancer. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not shop here. Shop at respected local grocers even if you have to pay more.

I just had back surgery so my mobility is limited and that’s my fault and my problem but day after day this location doesn’t have ANY carts 🛒 inside the building. Two people at each entrance, 2-3 people at each side specifically for self checkout and 3 people in the customer service area. Maybe train more people or hire more. I should have to walk into the store and be told to go find a cart in the parking lot and perhaps if it was a one time thing I’d have forgotten it but it’s EVERY day now and your employees are getting frustrated with your customers when we simply ask for a cart, like it’s our fault somehow. Do better Walmart.

This is the dirtiest,messiest,most unorganized Walmart.Unfortunately its the closest store to me. No matter how many times you report bathrooms are dirty or in need of paper,it seems to get overlooked.Trying to track down a human being who may or may not have a price scanner because items are not marked,and I cant use the Walmart app since it updated. It will tell me the item is not found in this store when Im scanning it.Bring back the previous app..and clean the store!

I did go to Walmart yesterday and I was looking for something I saw it, but couldnt reach it out cause it was on the top. I asked 3 people thats working there and they was putting stuff in stock. They didnt even call other coworkers for a shelter they just say hey we cant get it Hopefully you can it when you come back to the store anytime soon. So those people really work for Walmart or?

This walmart has gone down hill quick! The carts are all busted up and hard to push. Employees are always on their phones, never enough registers open and is stocked horribly. The baby section looks like they just threw the products where every! The fresh produce is always rotten, and if you need help with anything just forget it and go home because youll never find an employee to help.

I go in there and shop for stuff. Usually find more then I was looking for. But, its a good place to shop.

I am handicapped now so i use an in store scooter which are never avaliable at this walmart due to the fact they only have a few of them. Second when i can actually get a scooter there is no stock on the shelves and everytime you try to ask an employee about an item they act as if you are disturbing them. Crates are unloded from the middle of isles to where you cant even get around the stack. And you dont get any help. I believe this store is on its way to closing if they dont make some changes soon.I worked as a cashier for Walmart in the 90s and there are many things this walmart allows that we where not allowed to do then. 1 was if a customer asked about where an item was you showed them where it is not just point to the direction its at. but this walmart has gone so far down hill that even though i live only 1 mile away i would rather drive across the river to a store that respects its customersFrom an ex walmart cashier get you store together Sam Walton would not be happy

All in all its a good store. Clean. Staff may have been overwhelmed or maybe they just have a few that are just there for a pay check, but over 3 days I found some really great employees and a few that maybe dont need to be in the customer service type jobs (yes its like that everywhere I know) but dont put someone who dislikes people in the front as a greeter (most likely covering for the actual greeter) still. Other than that its WalMart and if you understand the layout you can find just about anything you want. Also if you are from a smaller place having private security in the lot and store may come as a shock. Not sure what the reason for it is but I didnt have any issues day or night. Overall my 3 days were pleasant.

At least its better than Janesville they still have a few full service stations open

Cool air inside but all fast check out lanes except for 2 and there directly in the middle of all the self check out lanes.

I picked up an order I ordered online. I love the fact you dont have to go into the store.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is 3 free refills on all soda, and pop corn. They theater is yhe cleanest movie theater weve ever been to, and the seating is extremely comfortable, as all chairs recline. Plus, it costs less going to Beloit than Machesney Park or Rockford, IL. The general manager also spent time asking customers how their experience was and what each liked and what each customer would change. We will keep coming! We wouldnt change a thing.

Walked in at 5pm to get a fried chicken and NONE (except for an open one) anywhere. When asked if they were making any I was told itd be 30 minutes. On my way out I mentioned it to a manager who couldnt be bothered that I was talking to him.I hate this store and the rude employees who work there. Pretty much done shopping at any of them as they are all the same!

Skimpiest selection of any Walmart in the country that Ive ever been to. The shelves are all half bare or completely bare. Dirty and looks like it hasnt been updated or remodeled in 30 years. Just straight up ghetto.

I go to this wallmart for pretty much all of my shopping. This particular trip i only needed one thing so it was relatively quick.

If you are thinking of doing grocery pickup...dont. Had two times now where it has taken over an hour. You are better off just going to woodmans.

This Walmart is a slacking Walmart. Always have issues when using my Walmart + membership to get next day delivery for household items. The driver was out for delivery then the order just cancelled. Contact Walmart and chat agent says the driver could not find my apartment. So Walmart likes to hire people who can not locate an apartment via GPS?? Well why they working there then?? I suggest Walmart stop hiring people like that because it makes this location bad news..

Beloit Walmart was so dirty that it was sickening. The rest rooms, the floor and most departments was messy. The Grocery store part was dirty and the produce looked bad

The Roscoe, IL and Beloit, WI Walmart always have the best selection around. I travel more than 30 min just to use them as they are cleanest and friendliest store locations. A clear cut above the rest.

Walmart has good prices and plenty of selection, however, the owner of WalMart refuses to offer the Morning After Pill to womyn through WalMarts pharmacy. Their fruits & vegetables are not very fresh, & gluten-free items are being slowly removed from shelves.

A pretty average Walmart, not the friendliest staff but a reasonably clean store. As someone who used to work at Walmart in a different state, it is odd that they rarely have more than one or two staffed registers opened. Overall an okay store a decent shopping experience.

The employees are extremely rude and could care less about customer service. Products I intend to purchase are out of stock 9 out of ten times. If the employees were friendly and cared more for their customers it would over shadow some of the other reasons for a poor experience.

The Beloit store manager, Jenny, has a terrible attitude and shouldnt be working in any sort of customer service position. She was very rude when nicely asked to correct a price on an item that was verified to sell for a lower price in their store. Her response was go to another store if you dont like it!

Everything is being rearranged so nobody knows where anything is when you ask, but its that way all the time lol

Ive been here a few times over a week time and will be going back a few more times in the upcoming week trying to pull into the parking lot is easy but getting back out can be a tad of a struggle ! The best way is to use the light off of Cranston to your advantage ! They have a nice set-up was easy to shop this location but the product isnt as vast as other locations Ive been to so its okay not a 5 star after all this is WallyWorld 😆The pro the staff are friendly !
