I have taken a hoverboard, a couple cracked screen phones, and most recently a PS4. These guys have great customer service. My PS4 is like new. Phones were done very quickly and also like new. Highly recommend this store! Greg and Ben assisted me and they were great. Good employees better hang on to them :)

Ive had this place fix our daughters tablet a couple times , the charger port , the battery etc. Well the screen busted and since we have so much money wrapped up in it we decided to fix screen even though the repair will cost more than worth the battery less than year old apparently bad to when inquired about the battery the employee got very heated and short so he said he will return the tablet the way it was only the one edge was cracked and one corner now the whole screen is completely smashed I dont recommend these guys at all very unprofessional !!!!!

I cant say enough good things about UBreakIFix. They are simply amazing. The staff at uBreakiFix is technically competent. They make repairs in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. If you bring something to them and they discover that either there is nothing wrong with the item or that the item is not repairable, they will not charge you for the analysis. How on Earth can you go wrong with this place? I just want to say thank you to the uBreakiFix staff... Michael, Ray, Greg and Zak. You are the greatest!!!! There was an incredibly charismatic and sweet guy at the counter. He was professional and didnt make me feel guilty for not wanting to spend 300$ on a new screen for my tablet. I might break my phone on purpose just to interact with him again. 10/10

My daughter had an issue with the charging port of her iPhone 11. We brought it to the Beloit Ubreakifix location on a Sunday afternoon and were blown away by the service we received! The gentleman that helped us was very friendly. He quickly identified the issue (part of charging cord was lodged in the port) and fixed it within minutes at no charge! We will definitely be back for any future needs. Thank you!!

Used them several times. Replaced a hard drive on iMac. They found what iOS worked best with that version of Mac and loaded that on. No issues for months.Repaired a battery on an iPhone.Most recently my wife took our daughters iPad in because there was an issue with the charging port. They took it behind the wall, came back out a minute or so later and said, Good to go! They couldve kept it for two days and talked about all the trouble they went thru and charged whatever... but they did the honest thing and thats so invaluable nowadays to have a place you can truly trust.Thanks guys!

These guys are great! I went there with an iPhone that wouldn’t charge anymore. I figured I would have to buy a new port. They took 10 minutes to clean it and sent me on my way. No charge! Works great! I will definitely be going there for any of my future needed repairs.

I stopped in quick because my charger would not plug into my phone. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed my phone in 1 minute! Super friend and knowledgeable!

These guys are AMAZING. HDMI port on PS4 Pro broke. 2k Pro-am team in a tournament, and I NEEDED a quick turnaround. When i walked in the store, they told me 2-3 weeks. I said, how can money make this much, much faster? Lol I paid a bit extra and my PS4 is back in my house not 26 hours later. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Def recommend.

I went to the Beloit location to have my grandsons I-phone repaired. He needed a new screen and home button. The phone worked for less than one week before the screen would freeze and wouldnt allow him to use the phone at all. Do to my schedule and them closing at 7 I did not get the phone in to service. I tried taking the phone in after the 30 day period and the staff refused to service the phone at no cost.My first review was 1 star but thanks to Michael, my grandsons phone was repaired at a minimal cost and my opinion of the company has changed. His customer service was amazing. He assured me he would do everything in his power to rectify the situation. He kept his promise and for that I am grateful! I encourage everyone to try them and ask for Michael!! Thanks again for your great service!!!

Fixed the screen on my Google pixel 4xl. Same day and in the time they said. The back of the phone delaminated a couple days later and they reglued it quickly and under their work warranty. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Glad they are a Google repair partner.

Called and he said bring it in will take about 30 minutes. It took 30 mins and I had new back camera glass replaced that I didnt even know they could do for like 78$ new phone would of been 1200$..guy was super nice 👌

Stopped in with a phone that couldn’t charge. Hour and a half later charging port was replaced and I was able to keep doing business. Friendly, prompt and great communication throughout repair process. Thankful for such a convenient solution!

My coworker called here to get a price on the phone but this long haired dude wouldnt stop rambling so she hung up. The guy called back, which where she worked was City Hall, and proceeded to snitch that she was using the work phone for non business related purposes. Pretty unprofessional.

If I could give a negative 50 stars for this place I would. My daughter dropped off her laptop to have the charging port replaced. They told her it would be a week max to get it repaired. I stopped in there and paid for the repair before it was fixed to help my daughter out since she is a college student. To shorten the story - my daughter called every week to check on the process to which she was told we fix phones first or we dont have the part. They NEVER contacted her until she left a negative review and then used intimidation tactics to try to get her to remove her review. They sent her a text message telling her to come get her laptop that they were cancelling the order because of her negative review. I met with Michael, he was the one who took the payment. I had to drive out there again with my card so they could credit me since they now refused to do the repair. Michael would not even come out from the back, he sent someone else to deal with it. He can use the excuses of covid and shipping but it boils down to you told her a week max. You had it for 5 weeks, did not update her at all during those 5 weeks, and then used intimidation tactics to get her to remove her review and when she didnt refused to do the job. What kind of company is this? I will never go to the Beloit store, will never recommend that store and will continue to inform people of how this store operates. Michael you should be ashamed at how you treated a quiet and polite college student, I hope your mom, sister, girlfriend, wife or daughter never has to experience how you treated MY DAUGHTER!

Laptop was fixed in a couple hours! An issue that I believed warranted throwing away a $600 laptop cost me $30 to fix!!!!

Got my phone fixed and it was a 5/5 experience. Rey fixed my iPhone 7+ and repaired it to solid condition, and cleaned the entire body of the phone. Was professional yet personable at the same time. And the price was affordable needless to say.

They did an AMAZING job fixing my phone inside and out! Well beyond my expectations!

I was told the repairs on my laptop would take a week to fix maximum. It has now been over a month they have had my laptop and I have gotten one single call from them with an update. Who knows when they’ll get around to actually fixing it since they state even when they have the parts needed to repair my laptop that they do phone repairs first and are their “priority”. I have college classes coming up in a couple weeks and this has made getting prepared super inconvenient. Once I posted this review the Beloit store decided instead of fixing their mistake that they would instead cancel my order and not fix my laptop unless I change my review- talk about a weird intimidation tactic. After this incident I will drive the further distance to go to the Janesville store that provides me with much better service. In the five minutes I spoke with the Janesville store, they not only were prompt with contacting me but offered to temporarily fix my laptop so I could use it while waiting for parts. The Beloit store had my laptop for a month and never offered doing so. In conclusion, go to any other ubreakifix store in your area because they will be way more professional than this one. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.And as much as they want to say they contacted me more than once, they definitely didn’t :)

I have a Samsung 7 that is in perfect condition and I love it so I do not want to buy a new phone but today the phone went dead completely dead, I couldnt get it to charge or turn back on and I was freaking out because I use the phone for EVERYTHING. Went to ubreakiFix and Ray was amazing definitely put me at ease told me it was a simple fix (new battery) and it would be ready in 2 hours. I left came back met with Michael who was also amazing my phone was ready and I left very happy. Great place, great customer service and great prices. Highly recommend!

I got my phone fixed and it was fine. The issue is that my dad got a screen protector that was supposed to be better than a glass one but it wasnt. The phones screen protector, and screen was cracked. The phone after a few minutes was unresponsive. The phone still hadnt passed the 30 day insurance. We tried contacting the company cell helmet to no success. We then called the store to see if there were any other options to which they responded with none. We than suggested if they could contact the company, they did without success. They told us that theyll call back to us but they never did and it has been over a month.

From the initial phone call to repair completion, the staff was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction above how much they could charge me. Never did I feel pressured. Never did I feel talked down to. They are great listeners and presented me with several repair options. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any kind of electronic repair. The free diagnostic perk is awesome and super helpful. I took my ps3 and ps4 in and got results next day. Ray is extremely nice and professional and made the experience that much better. Also prices are better than anywhere else around here.

I could definitely leave a mile long review and have you scrolling for hours about how these guys went above and beyond. These guys coming to town personally saved me so much money and stress. They use good quality parts, are very meticulous about their work, and dont charge you an arm a leg and your first born. These guys went above and beyond so much I wish there was like a gold star or something. My sony xperia z5 gave them hell and they rose to the challenge.

This is the ONLY place I will go for my phone repair!!!First off, they have one of the greatest, most professional employees I have ever dealt with, His name is Ray. I made an online appointment, Ray called me back to get more details and to assure me my phone could be fixed as they are a authorized google repair facility (I have a Pixel 2XL) and they had the parts in stock to fix my issue. My front camera did not work and I thought while they have it open they could replace the battery... Ray said No Problem The plan was to replace the front camera, battery and whatever else they thought it needed. I get a call 2 hours later to say its all fixed and that the camera was unplugged!! Now, any other place would have charged me for a new camera!!! but Ray was Honest and fixed the one I had... Not only did he fix the issue, RAY SAVED ME MONEY!!! This is why I will only go to Ubreakifix in Beloit!!! Fast service, Honest, knowledgeable and super friendly staff, what more could you ask for. You have earned customer for life!

Brought my phone in to get the battery replaced after a bad experience at the store nearest to my apartment. The UBreakIFix team in Beloit was friendly and helpful, and very transparent about the whole interaction. I will be able to get my battery in a fraction of the time as the branch in Milwaukee for literally half of the price. It might be out of the way for me, but its worth it for the excellent customer service! Keep up the great work! :)

These people wasted my whole day, even into the next trying to simply replace a battery. Samsung insisted that they redownload software and when it wouldnt die to glitch on their end, they refused to give my phone back. I came in 5 TIMES to get my phone, and it was returned after putting the old battery back in. NEVER, EVER GO HERE!!!!!
