I regret not getting the rubber pad for my carpet dont let them talk you into any other pad. Its not their place to tell you the rubber pad is more expensive or they cant get it. Its their place to do the job correctly and that is with a rubber pad.

The installers were very professional and efficient and the room looks great very pleased

Carpet Market installed plank flooring and carpet in a house that we were remodeling. The owners were very nice and the bid was very competitive. The work however deserves nothing more than three stars. They said they were going to do a few things that they did not do, and there are spots that the floor feels spongy where they did not take the time to properly prepare the subfloor. In areas that they did put one underlayment in I do not believe that they fasten it correctly as it squeaks terribly underneath the linoleum. There are gaps at the ends of some of the planks and Im just not sure why they didnt extend it all the way to the wall like they did the rest of the planks. Upon the next house that I work on we will be exploring other options.
