Jessica is amazing, took care of us with 2 vehicles needing repairs. She was upfront & honest with us. I feel safe in my vehicle now. A little pricey to be honest . But I appreciate the little bit of discounts we were given.

Our almost new tire split for some reason as we were traveling to visit our son. The wonderful people at Mavis helped us get on the road again. They were extremely helpful, explained and showed us the problem, and we appreciate them!

Got tires and alignment done on my 18 Silverado 3500. After they did the alignment multiple times from multiple stores steer wheel is crooked and if I hold it straight to turns to the right. After the 3rd time I basically was told thats how it is. Even though it wasnt like that before they aligned it. I used to do alignments its a easy fix but needs a alignment machine. I do not recommended getting alignment from theses guys.

The front staff were very nice and worked with me on price and were very polite.

No handicap parking. They made me wait two hours for a wheel alignment and coolant flush, to only tell me that they were short staffed and could I come back. As I was wait I was looking around and the floors was dirty, and havent been sweep in a while. Bathroom was OK. Place need some TLC. When I call back for my appointment on Friday still it was a possibility they still may be behind, so I canceled and scheduled with Jacks Tires in South Beloit.

We were traveling and had a bad tire which they very kindly fixed at the very end of day. Very thankful.

Had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, and realized I had a giant screw in my front left tire on my truck…called around and ended up talking to Jessica at 4:30 pm, close to closing time. She told me to bring cash and one of their crew would take care of it. So I white knuckled it (had to put enough air in to make it and didn’t have a patch at home) from Rockton to Beloit…. Klaitin (I hope I spelled your name right Klay!) took care of my tire rather quick. Newer employee, fine young man. Thank you Jessica and Klay!!!

Owner is very nice and easy to talk to. Very informative as well as the mechanic. They are willing to show you the issues with the parts needing to be replaced. They even offered added discounts without me even asking.

Theresa was very friendly & knowledgeable. She gave me a discount off the parts so the price was good on replacing tierod & alignment. The mechanic shows you the bad parts while on your vehicle which is nice. They dont charge you for checking your vehicle which is nice. Would come back again.

The best way to describe this location, is Ghetto and TRASHY, and thats being polite. Jessica has to be not only the worst, and most unprofessional manager Ive ever encountered, her whole demeanor, and environment of the place screams garbage. For a much better and PROFESSIONAL experience I strongly recommend the Janesville location.

Went in with possible ABS problems on my 4WD vehicle and I was not sure what problem was. My mistake there because they said that it was a wheel bering loose and have to replace the hub assembly. I asked what guarantee I could get that this would fix it. They said that it would. It didnt. They said that they told me I would have to replace both sides, which they did not tell me. They had said in a off hand matter that it is recommended to do so, but not in a way that suggested that it might be what I have to do to fix it, which is why I asked for the guarantee. I took their word. They then had me make an appointment to have the other one replaced. Twice the price of parts and labor for a fix that I can no longer trust them to fix. It really bothered me to the point of canceling the appointment and just suffering through the fibromyaslia and do my own repairs as I have in the past.

Very impressed with the service and experience. Would highly reccomend.

Jessica is extremely helpful and this one star review does not reflect her at all. However, the mechanics have failed to fix the main issue I went in with 3 months ago and have returned 3 times (yesterday being the last) with no improvement to my vehicle at all. The problem still persists. I have spent way too much money there. Won’t be returning.

I wanted to just get an oil change in Beloit, WI. They got me right in to do the service. I asked what the price would be but I never got an answer. After about a half hour, I heard them taking my wheels off. I complained and wanted to get out of there. An hour later they told me that I needed brakes. I asked for a print out of the check points of what they inspected (tire pressure, windshield wipers, coolant, air and cabin filters) and for the cost of the brake job. They don’t have a check list. An hour later, I finally left. Terrible experience!

Ive been to alot of other places and I prefer going to Mavis in Beloit Wisconsin. Theyve been on point with great pricing, great service and great explanations with options. Make sure you call ahead to confirm your appointment. I called at 2 p.m. yesterday (Friday) and made the appointment for 10 a.m. Saturday(today). So I drove to the Beloit location from Janesville(Wis) and when I got there they said I miss my appointment at 10 a.m. yesterday. What!?Not cool! They do have very polite customer service they just need to learn how to punch the right date in when making an appointment!😵(Driving on a 🍩😕)👎

I will never bring a vehicle here for new repairs. Prob to fix what was supposed to be fixed already tho. After paying for pads and rotors the brakes sounded like they were grinding in my wifes van. She brought it back and they told her it was thenbrakes wearing in. A week later she brings it back and they tell her she needs new calipers and the pads and rotors were ground down quite a bit. After replacing the front calipers, now a few week later she tells me its still sounding bad. We bring it back a 4th time for them to tell us that it needed to be lubed and tried to charge us for a half hour labor at a discount. Still sounding like it needs to be fixed but i dont trust to brong it back to this location.

I called on Tuesday to order a tire mavis told me it will be in Wednesday at noon then it wasnt mavis told me it will be here Thursday at noon again its not now mavis is tell me its not coming until Friday at noon I feel like Im getting jack around plus lie to by this mavis company other tire companies can get me tire in a day.

Stay away from this place. The waiting area and restrooms arent clean. When I was waiting to get my oil changed, one of the people working there told a consumer that they needed to get there struts replaced every 25,000 miles. I cant believe you all would try to pull something like that. Also getting to to the main reason I wont go back there. I decided to change my own oil about a week ago. When I got under my car I noticed my oil filter cap was all chipped up pretty bad from tools. I tried to remove the cap but it wouldnt move. I had to used a pair of channel locks to get it off. The cap was on there so tight that the O ring was crushed. The old filter appeared to not have been changed for a long period of time. The stamp said it was made in 2016.. I doubt you have stock from back then laying around. The only good thing this place has going for is it is that corporate is behide them. I called and complained and they at least paid for a new old filter cap since they were the only company to work on it other then the dealer.

I come to make alignment on my car but unfortunately they cant do it because I have coilovers on my car Im ask if they can lift a little bit to make the alignment but they say no they cant and they send me to another location 20 miles away and say they can do the job but after 20 miles driven they say they cant do the alignment..... 😢😭😭😭

Just moved to Beloit from Rockford and was suggested this place by a fellow postal worker. Went in for an inspection of a rattling under my car and they were kind enough to lay out for me on paper everything else that may need attention. They showed me under my car all of the issues mentioned and told me where I could go to get them resolved quickly and cheaply. Great place, comfortable waiting room, knowledgeable staff, and Jessica was very straightforward and helpful.EDIT: Only Jessica is trustworthy at this establishment. The other employees tried to con me into having my alternator replaced when the problem was my starter. They buy good reviews with free inspections, take them with a grain of salt as I don’t think many people come back to change their reviews. I do not bring my car here anymore nor will I ever again.

We are from Sioux Falls, SD and our tire blew right out of Rockford at 7:30pm we called and the shop stayed open after closing at 8:30pm to fix our tire so we could make it home safe. I was with my 4 small children as well as my sister. The tow truck pulled up right at 8:30pm to NTB. The staff was so amazing and we are so thankful! Thank yall so so much!!

Called, surprised they were open on sunday. Extremely knowledgeable. And tires were in stock, at a lower price then I had found. Service and staff excellent. In and out fast.

The service at this location was very good and friendly. Just know that when you call the number on the internet you are not talking to the actual store. And they dont tell you all the costs. I had 4 tires put on, a front end alignment and an oil change. The internet number person didnt tell me about the $16 per tire installation charge, or the $7 charge for an extra qt of oil or the $6 charge for the oil filter. Call the store directly to get the exact, no surprise charge. Thanks Jessica for taking good care of me. You are awesome!

Jessica, the owner, commands a climate that puts people before profits. While they didn’t have the part I needed and I never ended up paying for any services, I was treated and supported like family; they allowed me to keep my car stored in their shop over the weekend while I searched for the part.

Wouldnt patch newer tire cause tire wasnt purchased there they advertise tire repair online then when you go for tire repair appointment they tell you they cant repair and try to sell you expensive tires all the lower end tires are always out of stock but they have the $200 a tire in stock of course

I’m very disappointed in my service today. I came back here because I had previously received great service. However, after today’s event, I will not be a return costumer. While getting tire work done, it was suggested that I would need to replace lug nuts. I agreed to this and they went to work on my tires. However, they do not keep this inventory on hand. Prior to securing these, they started work on my car. Ultimately, I was asked to go to a auto supply store to purchase these myself and bring them back. I was offered the car of a worker to get these. That’s a huge liability concern for a company! The store was across the street so I ended up walking there to get them as I was stranded at this point. This maintenance that I had been told would only take an hour when I set-up the appointment turned into a more than 2 1/2 hour ordeal. I did get 50% off my bill.

Mike at Mavis Beloit did a great job assisting me today on repair work. He took the time to explain in detail the repair work and walked me through the repair process while my car was on the lift. Great customer service!

Overall decent experience. Staff seemed nice the only downside was the amount of time I had to wait for the work to be started.

Would not recommend. Only person wearing a mask working there wasn’t wearing it half the time. Was rude with addressing people. Even talked about how they shouldn’t do services but would on the side if you slipped them money on the side. Did not have any soap in the bathroom and was not able to order any.

Experienced a tire issue traveling on the interstate. Called AAA, who was unable to assist us, they made a recommendation to a local auto repair shop, who didn’t want to deal with because we would be arriving 15 minutes before closing. That company referred the local NTB. Thank goodness they did! What service, quick, reasonably priced and friendly!

I have trusted Mavis for almost all of the service on my vehicles. I took my truck in for brake pads, thinking that the new grinding sound I was hearing was a worn pad. After inspection, the crew found that I had a seized caliper in the rear and that the prior maintenance to the rear system was less than desirable. This meant a significant change in the cost of the repair as both the drivers side and passenger sides needed to be serviced, including pads, rotors and calipers. In a bind, and short on available funds, Jessica and the crew went above and beyond to save me money and stayed late to ensure the job was finished correctly, and that my truck was safe. Im forever greatful and Ill only take my vehicles to them if the service I require can be taken care of by Mavis.

When I scheduled my oil change appointment online, I wasn’t able to find any pricing information. Then, when I tried to call the store I received a busy tone - multiple times. When I walked in, I was not greeted and I was told to “hang on” while I waited to check in for my oil change appointment. The oil changes are over priced. The only reason there are so many good reviews is because there is a sign inside that says if you leave them a 5 star review, you receive a discount. If you are looking to have service done, I highly recommend Dewey’s Towing & Auto Repair. They extremely friendly and reasonably priced.

So it seems this is a recurring theme... I had an appointment for new tires at 11:30 and I was told it would take an hour. I confirmed again when I got there, wanting to see if they were unexpectedly busy. I watched 3 employees stand in the front for over 45 minutes while my truck sat right where I parked it. What is the point of an appointment if there is no accountability? I understand that stuff happens and sometimes things just go wrong. What I dont understand is that if there was a huge backup and you cant keep your commitments, why not say something? Most people are understanding, if you show you actually care. They did not and were certainly not busy up front. Do you really need three employees standing in the front of a service center anway? I ended up leaving and canceling my tire order. On a positive note the goodyear company was excellent to work with and I will use them again, just at a more reputable location.

Had the tires I needed and got me in the next morning to get them installed. Always prompt and friendly service. Quality work every time. We will be back for sure!

Good afternoon. Today, I had a reservation for 9am, for 2 tires to be replaced and an oil change at the Beloit, Wisconsin store. (Order #s 8386 & 8387).After arriving at the store at 9am, I was the third person in line and it took 20 minutes before I was called to the service desk. It then took 15 more minutes for the representative to finish my order and paperwork.Im not sure what time my vehicle was actually pulled in to be serviced, but its 2pm and I have not received a phone call or any other notification stating that my vehicle is done. I had another individual scheduled to take me to pick up my vehicle by 1:30pm. This individual could not wait around any longer, so now I have to an alternative way of picking up my vehicle hopefully before they close for the evening.Im glad I didnt stay at the store to wait on my vehicle. Ever since they switched from NTB, the service has become sub-par. During my last two visits, my TPS sensors were switched around. (Not just front to back, the back driver sensor was switched with the front passenger one.) Im certain this will be my last time using this store for any of my vehicles maintenance or tire service.

Worst customer service ever! I made an appointment for tires on a Tuesday for that following Thursday. Dropped it off first thing on Thursday morning. By 5pm it was not even touched even though I assured TWICE that it was finished but couldnt find the paperwork. I went in only to get blamed myself for telling them only to call me when it was ready. Then they claimed I called a call center in New York. I called the number right there in the store and the phone there rang right in front of us! The woman behind the counter was angry with me! Refused to do anything about it and said they would try to get it done before 8. I left. Yelled at, lied to. This place cannot be trusted it seems.
