Always clean, great buys. Staff friendly and helpful! Sadly, I was told this store location was closing, thats very sad, is my go-tp store for crafts and great fabrics!

This particular JOANNs is going out of business so the remaining stock is at phenomenal prices! Its sad that they are going to be gone as it was the only craft store in the Beloit area.

It is usually difficult to find anyone in the Beloit store that knows anything about the products they sell.After asking 3 associates about fusible web, I ended up searching the internet for the answer. This company, which is based in Hudson, Ohio does their employees a great disservice by not training and giving them product knowledge and basic customer service skills. This in turn, trickles down to customers, like me.I will say this though, there is one young lady and a young man that have helped me in the past and they were very knowledgeable. The three I met today didnt know fusible web from sew in interfacing.

I am not satisfied with the level of attitude some employees have there. Right now is definitely not the time to be rude when were all going through the same thing. I dont know the girls name but I do know telling my mom Are you asking me or are you telling me? When she was just trying to understand was HIGHLY uncalled for!!!

They are currently having their going out of business sale so there stock is low on just about everything, except fabric. They are not honoring the sales flyers from Jo-Anns.

I visited because they were going out of business havent quite reduced the prices much yet as they are fully stocked and they have moved any large ticket items to other stores so might return as inventories dwindle more and prices are posted lower

Best place to get just a plain ol t-shirt for doing iron ons and stuff. Every size. Lots of colors.Oh and lots of other craft supplies that Im sure my mom knows what they are. She digs this place too.

I love going into JoAnn Fabrics shopping,with their awesome sales & you can earn your rewards their staff is very friendly and helpful. I started buying my spring Floras this last spring & I made some Beautiful arrangements. Now my Fall Floras,I cant wait to start putting them together!! And then my Christmas arrangements,I cant wait to see their Floras & Crafts. I give them a five 🌟 😊

In your Beloit Store in the past 2 weeks and have had 2 bad experiences, I order a spool kit, they let me put the order in and then went to pick it up it wasnt in the bag, I had to call the manager and ask where the kit was? I ordered fabric today, got a notification the order was ready, arrived at 10:42, no car in site. They told me to call back at 11, you guys have awful customer service.

Their crafting selection was pretty sparse but the staff was super nice.

I went there for fabric to make a fleece blanket. I picked two different fleece and asked the lady to get both a yard long. At home I noticed they were both totally different sizes

Interesting place, especially for crafters. Wide selection of supplies for craft projects.

You can find just what need whether its fabric or if its paint supplies. The staff are even willing to take your opinion into account when ordering products for the store

Theres not much variety. Untidy, messy balls of yarn, and the wait for a cashier makes wish you didnt need those 99 cent buttons. Try finding an item you can use their coupons on, youll be hard pressed to find one.

Everything in the store was neat & orderly. The staff were friendly. Some of the shelves were empty but that might be because they were making space for new product.

The people are mostly very kind and helpful, It is not the large store that some of the JoAnn stores are. It could use a sprucing up😒.

I usually find what I want or a comparable substitute. The staff have always been available and helpful. I prefer the Beloit store over the Janesville store. Janesville is physically bigger but the atmosphere is not. The store in Beloit is friendlier and many times customers have had conversations about their projects and do not hesitate to ask questions or for opinions from each other and staff, like a community. When I was last in the Janesville store it felt all business. The only staff member I spoke to was at the checkout counter. There were four other staff on the floor but I did not see or hear them approach the few customers that were there. I helped a woman in the yarn area. Maybe it is too big.

Stood in line at the register waiting patiently. I finally have up went to Shopko used the restroom came back and got back in line.

Terrible service, the worker that was there at 11am was extremely rude. Talked over me and also was blaming me for not informing her with the right information. She wasnt listening to what I was tell her and was just talking over me over and over. I shouldve just went to the Rockford store.

They had a great sale.

Run down store with not a lot in stock. Corporate needs to help give it some TLC. Nice employees.
