1 star only because there is no minus...my son needed a supposed new alternator and electronic throttle body and when I called a discussed this he quoted me 250 to 300 which I thought wow thats cheap, they said to have there anytime after Wednesday, but couldnt even get work til Monday...they charged him more then double of what they quoted and they were rude and extremely unprofessional. Never will recommend them or use them

Very Busy, Call ahead but they do great work. Pricing is hit or miss on weather or not its a good deal or expensive.

They broke a sensor replacing my wheel bearings. I asked them to fix that and replace my steering rack while they had the car. They ripped my flex pipe and didnt tell me, like I wouldnt notice how loud my car was. They charged me to replace the flex pipe. They didnt fix the sensor. They used a bolt that was too small on my steering rack, causing it to rattle and clunk. Every time they touched my car they broke something and they dont even know how to replace the sensor. If I could give zero stars I would.

Lot of people are giving this place a bad name but they dont deserve it they fixed my pumpkin my rear end was slipping cheapest price in town quoted and done in a reasonable amount of time.

It snowed the day before. Their shop was supposed to be open for business at 9 am. I got my car towed to their shown up around 9 15 am to find that the parking lot wasnt even plowed so they couldnt even to begin to help me with my car that was sitting on a tow truck. Rude man with the comments how long it would be to have my car looked at. Had to get my car towed to another place. Never go there again not even to change my oil.

They ripped me off! I brought my chevy cruze in because my car was misfiring. They pretty much guessed and assumed it was my valve gasket ,didnt even do a proper diagnostic. Switched it and the car was still misfiring they charged my 400 for a part that I didnt even need . They told me to come back twice and both times they didnt even look at my car so I took it to another shop and within 30min they figured out that it was a bad coil pack. THIS COMPANY IS GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL . DONT GO HERE!!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for years so I feel a little mix in leaving this review. Up until this point I loved this car shop. Unfortunately last week I took my van in to get 4 new tires and to get a front end alignment, due to my van pulling heavy to the right. My dad tells them to do an inspection also as we are leaving to go to California and taking my van and to make sure everything is okay. Well they put 4 new tires on, and when we went to pick up my van I look at the receipt and they charged me for the tires, an oil change and a front end alignment. Immediately after I started driving my van it was still pulling to the right hard. So we take it back 20 minutes later and the guy says that they did the front end alignment before they put the new tires on, they did it with the oldtires, but would redo it for no charge with the new tires on. I am thinking they are a car shop and should know better then that, but okay. Then I go to pick my van up today and I was told that they had to change a tire rod, which can be extremely dangerous. Then he said they didnt even do the front end alignment at all because of the damaged tire rod. At this point I am really upset and kind of annoyed because when we picked the van up the first time, he didnt say anything about the tire rod and gave us the all good to go, as in the van was completely ready to take 2000 plus miles. But that wasnt the case, so he said they didnt do the alignment because they had to fix the tire rod. He claims they ordered it and it didnt come in until the this morning. My question is why would they have me come get my van, knowing that it had a damaged tire rod and knowing they didnt do the alignment because of the tire rod. And also why was I charged on my receipt for a front end alignment which was like $70 but it wasnt done. So they charged me $70 for a job they didnt even do, and was about to let my family and I take a trip to Cali with a damaged tire rod knowing that it wasnt safe. If we hadnt complain that the van was still pulling to the right, they would of never admitted they didnt do the alignment and we would of never known about the tire rod nor would it have been fixed. And I say that because they called me the first time to tell me that my van was ready to pick up without all of that being done. I really like the owner Scott, but they need better communication in his shop so situations like this wont arise. I will return to them, but I will be very cautious from here on out.

Brought my car in for a speed sensor because my car was not accelerating properly and that was the engine code that came up long story short I brought it in paid $400 for a $80 sensor and the same engine code cam back up and then the next day when I brought it back wanted more money to fix the problem they should of fixed in the first place and then it came back on another time so I had to bring it in a 3rd time until it was fixed avoid this shop if possible.

They did a valve job on my grand am,did a pretty good job but my idle is off since its done.

First I would like to say that I highly doubt the 1 star reviews provided on here, they dont sound anything like this place. Not to mention, who brings 4 vehicles to someone if the place keeps ruining everything they touch........didnt happen. I have had nothing but great luck with these guys. The owner is honest, fair and even charged me less than I was quoted when it didnt end up taking as much labor as he quoted and also didnt require a part of the wheel bearing to be replaced when he thought it would.

Brought my truck here to have a tune up, oilchange, and exhaust leak done. They did everything but the exhaust leak; I was charged for it but it wasnt done. I am verydisappointed I paid alot a money. Im sure my review dont matter and it wont affect your business but its not fair or right to say you did something and didnt and charge me alot of money for it. You even charged me for parts that was not used on my car. Shame on you for taking advantage of me.

I took my 2008 Pontiac g6gt in for full suspension replacement.they went above and beyond what most shops would have done.the front suspension went off without a hitch.the rear however,had broken bolts that were rusted and took alot longer than it was expected.they stated late,and got my car done the same day.I have found my new mechanics.they are professional,kind and very fair.excellant service.i will go here for all my automotive needs.great job guys.Thank you

The owner Scott made it his business to find out what was going on with my vehicle (Horrible Vibration)... 3-4 days of me bringing my 2010 GMC Terrain to him and never charged me a dime until he found the problem..( Broken Exhaust Manifold)Ill be taking my vehicle to The Shop for any and all regular maintenance and or repairs...

Guy replaced my entire ac unit without asking me first. Charged me nearly 700 and claimed to call, which he did not. However, that aside, mistakes happen. They are good mechanics, honest. If you go here, just make sure to keep in contact. I dont fault them, obviously 4 stars, just keep on contact and you are good.

Had my transmission rebuilt at a price of 2500 dollars and it stopped running the next day..they told me they couldnt help me when I took it back...

Ive had several repairs done here! all my questions get answered, i fell confidant about the repairs and advice.

I brought 2 trucks there to have the tires swapped and 1 of my trucks balanced. I am from Arkansas and I ended up going on the interstate 4 hours after I got them balanced there and it felt like my front end was about to fall off, I looked at my wheels 1 didnt have any weights and the other 3 had way to many. I ended up taking it to walmart and having to pay for my tires to be rebalanced again. I paid $25 to have them balanced at The Shop. After I got back to arkansas I called that Monday and after arguing with me he refunded me and shorted me $1 saying it was only $24 but when I was there he said $25. I dont recommend this place to anyone.. And they dont torque your wheels either..

In the last year I took three cars 1 motorcycle there have had problems with every repair keep being told he will make it right and he never does he badly damaged my 91 Corvette putting in a heater core assured me there would be no rattles or squeaks in the dash and he broke many parts and did not put in Fasteners and screws and there are loose pieces rattling all over he cracked my Targa Top he cracked the molding in the back using a power screwdriver instead of a regular one and refuses to do anything to make it right I also believe that I was charged $1,400 in repairs I did not need on my 07 Pontiac G5 I took it in told him it shimmied when use brakes at Highway and clunk when I hit a bump $1,400 later did exactly the same thing replace rotors stop shimmy still clunks what was the $1,400 in repairs for I also brought in my Bonneville said traction control light comes on system stability light is on he told me it was fixed I paid him four blocks later both lights came on he fixed my motorcycle havent been able to ride it for 2 summers since he did he has told me and told me I will take care of it I will take care of it now he tells me and my Corvette is not worth the repairs when he told me last summer it was trophy Worthy and he didnt say it wasnt worth the $700 heater core repair but now its not worth $1,000 plus and damages that he did to be repaired there may even be as much as 3000 I was quoted they havent seen under the dash yet very dishonest Liars

Charged me to put in a trans and didnot put one in an tried to keep the new trans i bought and gave them ti put in total scammer
