The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Stephanie and Alicia for going way and beyond with my storage needs. I didn’t have a reservation, but they were able to reserve a parking space for me that same day. I’m very thankful with all their help, they treated me like family. This facility is clean and well-lighted. My stuff in my unit has been safe for years.If you know the code, you can access after hours. Office personnel are polite and accommodating and helpful.The facility also supplies dolly-carts for moving your stuff. In my recent visit, the dollies were not available after hours. That was a new (to me) policy, and inconvenient, since I had to carry my boxes from the lobby to my unit.

Stephanie, their manager, is absolutely amazing! She called me back a few times to ensure that my storage unit is reserved after I booked it on the phone, and was so patient on the phone with me until I completed the reservation process. Awesome customer experience, now I feel much more assured to store my things at Public Storage.THANK YOU STEPHANIE! You da best.

Awesome people! Very friendly, went over everything, from storage access to information about other available units. They will charge you $ 10.00 for the lock.No more than one car is allowed to cross the gate at the same time, whether you are entering or exiting the property. This means that if there is a car in front of you, you still have to wait for the gate to close, then enter your code, proceed and stop to wait for the gate to close.They really care about keeping your storage unit protected.Definitely recommended.

Excellent customer service provided by Steph, we arrived at the premises as soon as she saw us she walked out of the office and greet us and escort to the office. We go through all paper works and within 10 minutes we have a storage registered in our name. She took us to the storage building and go through the procedures of getting in and out of the buliding.
