The best quality and best bouquet

This is the second year in a row that we did not receive the edible arrangement on fathers day. my daughter had to call in again and again. fathers day is 3-days gone and the arrangement is still in the making... this is ridiculous. they wont refund the money. after so many did you get it? did they call you? no they said it got delivered and accepted no, we did not receive anything the gift its pointless now... worst experience

I ordered an edible arrangement for a colleague and provided the wrong address. When I realized my mistake, I called a week later and spoke with the manager, who delivered a new arrangement to the correct address free of charge. She was very accomodating and helpful and I very much appreciate the amazing customer service, even though it was completely my mistake!

I ordered for 10 am and they made me wait 30 mins.
