Excellent place to work and they really invest in their employees. I am new to the company and have been very impressed with the way they handle on boarding and support. I also enjoy the way they approach business and customer markets

If you are an Electronics Technician with a degree look else where and stay far away. Management is ruining this place. They pay far less than the average for an e-tech position and there is hardly any e-tech work to do. The work they do is important to our military but how they deal with there customers is atrocious. They have one RMA tech. who wonders and smokes all day and lets customer repairs pile up, while youd like to be fixing them yourself. You will spend most of your time flipping switches and turning knobs and recording data. They started me 3.75$ less than I was making right out of college. The production manager claims to know your job but can hardly assist when problems arise. He is a fraud in my opinion. The Floor Supervisor/E-tech supervisor is very arrogant and plays with his phone all day while bantering! The benefits are very mediocre!

I have been at Milpower for over a year and they treat their people with respect and appreciation, they treat you like family, They want to see you succeed in your job, its a learning experience, always learning something new, people are nice and managers are helpful. Overall great place to be.

Sent in my resume and Holly emailed me asking when i was available for an interview. I responded a few hours later saying anytime as i am very flexible. I didnt hear back for 3 days so i called her and asked what was going on.she said she couldnt set up a time because she was busy, she would call me back the next day. I never got a call back.
