Best place I have found in all the Peninsula for professional car repair that will not break your bank. They are also some of the nicest people you will meet. Ive been there 4 times now with car repairs for my sons 2004 Honda Accord. Dont listen to these people who think a tire repair should cost $5 and also expect them to do their work for free. They have overhead like any other business. They are fair with their pricing and not expensive. Also, on the forth time there, I didnt get charged for them to test the battery and put the car up on the rack to see if the bearings needed to be packed. They found abnormal wear on one tire and did not charge me. These people are as honest as it gets.

I would give these guys a negative 5 if I could. My tire pressure sensor lit up so I took it here because it was closest to where I live. I spoke with one of the mechanics.He said you have to replace your 2 front tiresI asked are you sure thats what it is? The right rear tire seems to be low on airHe said Well check all four tires but you still have to replace the 2 front tires because its unevenI said OK fine. How much?He said 2 tires plus install, balance, and alignment. Thats about $440.I said OKI picked up the car and the next morning saw that tire pressure light is on again. I felt uneasy because I dont think they actually checked the back tires and I happened to have my 4 year old son in the car. My trust level for them started dropping. I returned the car back to them. It was almost the end of the day but I havent heard from them so I decided to call to check in. They said my car is done and that I owe them $35. When I asked what was wrong, they said there was a nail on the right rear tire. I picked it up later that evening. The cashier couldnt find an invoice because it turns out that there was none. He called his boss, then hung up, then started typing on the register, looked at me and said, thirty five dollars. I asked for an invoice but he said you would have to come back the next morning. He wouldnt release the car unless I pay. I needed the car back that night so I paid. I went in the car to pull a work order from that morning. I went back in the store to kindly ask the cashier if he can staple the $35 receipt with the work order from that morning. Since there is no invoice, this is just a way for me to match that receipt with something it relates to. He then hangs on to my receipt and calls his boss again to verify something. I ask for it kindly but he refused to give it back. I had to wait for him to finish his conversation with his boss before he gave me back my receipt. I usually dont mind paying extra money for convenience and peace of mind but I got neither from this shop. It was inconvenient, it was such a hassle, people are telling me its too pricey. I definitely got ripped off. By the way, they were using scare tactics for me to replace the 2 shocks for $1400. I usually dont take the time to write things like this but I noticed that this is the only shop available in the middle of Ralston. I just wanted to notify others to be aware.

Sometimes the receipts dont print out quite right, but then you can just go inside and the dude will give you a frosty fresh one. The gas is cheap and its easier to drive into this gas station than the one across the street, often.

Think they are honest and do good work.

These guys are garbage. Cant fix a car if their life was depended on it. They over charged my grandmother like no other and didnt fix anything. The guys dont know what they are doing the business should be stripped from.

SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!so i got flat tire last night and i change it with the spare tire myself. I went to Auto Repair in that shell gas station the next morning and had them fix my flat tire. They Charge me $40 to plug out the nail and fix it. NOT RECOMMEND to anybody and will never go there ever again.

This guy should be taken out of business. He failed me for a Smog Check and wanted to try and repair my car for an outrageous cost. I took it to my BMW mechanic and he laughed that the guy failed me and took me to another smog place that said my car was in great condition. DO NOT go here! DO NOT have your car worked on by Hassan Eghdami.

Receipts for gas never seem to print here. Also I have seen a worker smoking cigarettes nearby while I am pumping gas which is unsafe, and illegal in Belmont. I can’t comment on their customer service.

Went for smog check, had coupon and it was done in no time!!
