Excellent shop with a family, friendly, feel, and comfortable waiting area. Prices are better than the rest and theyre thurough, yet prompt, and honest, hard workers. Theyre extremely trustworthy and will continue to have my mothers car serviced there for as long as possible, barring any managerial/owner changes or other undesirables.

I had an appointment today and I left my car there from 4:30 this morning till almost 5 PM. My key was still in the Dropbox. This place is a mess. Ive been going there for 12 years or so now never had a problem when the girl Sandy worked at the front desk. Lately theyve been a nightmare to deal with. I will never go there again.

Great shop, we have been getting tires and other service here for years. Most recently I purchased two full sets (summers and studded winters) in anticipation of moving to alaska. NE Tire struck me a fair deal on mounting and balancing the tires as well as an alignment which has held true for the entire drive over the rough alaska highway. They communicated with me throughout the day while doing the work, very helpful because I was on a tight schedule getting ready for the move. Overall, Sandy and the techs at NE are accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
