The staff here are very friendly, that’s why I give 2 stars instead of 1. However, the work here is not very good, I’m curious how it got the top rated reviews.I took my Porsche Macan here to fix the noise from muffler two weeks ago. After half day, they told me the noise was gone and then charged me $220 for adjusting the bolt. The noise was never gone and even worse after 2 days.Pls be honest to your customers, and don’t waste my time if you can’t fix the issue.

High quality shop with great service. My family has been bringing our cars here for years. Just brought in my 2010 Mercedes for an inspection & service B. Great communicators - they even saved and showed me the old parts that needed replacing so I could better understand what work was done and why.

Ive been to this service last week to do my 50K miles check up and oil change. They made everything so quickly and efficient. Like the quality of service. Definitely will come back when I do need to do another oil change. Thank you very much!P.S. Also they have a nice cute dog on a reception who has a lot of energy! That was very welcoming!

I was pleased with the service I received. They made it convenient for me to drop off my car after-hours and also pick it up after hours. My Smart Car seems happier since it had its maintenance check.The only person I had direct contact was Maria, by phone, and she was helpful.I appreciate the way they accommodated by schedule.

Brought my Mercedes in for a service A and had it back later in the day. I was given a quick tour of the shop and a detailed overview of what was done and what I should consider doing in the future when I came to pick up the car. They cleaned a small animal nest out of the car that I didnt know was there. I will be back for services in the future.

German Auto Kraft is the place to go to if you own a European vehicle. This is what they specialize in and they are every good at what they do. They are very professional and help you every step of the way. You can ask as many questions as you want and it is not a bother to them, if anything they prefer you to so you can understand your vehicle. I highly recommend GAK if you have a European vehicle, they will take amazing care of your car.

I have tried couple of other Service Center around the Bay Area for my BMW. German Auto Kraft is completely different. Staff are really nice. I went there for my regular Oil change but they thoroughly did the inspection of my car. They gave me the detail of each parts that are in good conditions and recommendation for others parts. They asked me before changing other necessary parts. They wont do anything without your permission.I am truly amazed with the German Auto Kraft service.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for years - for the major stuff. Recently took may car to another mechanic for an oil change (thought it would be super quick), never-the-less, may car was damaged (mistakes happen). But I was rather distraught. I called and Janine was so helpful, she calmed me down, gave me instruction and options over the phone and really made my horrible day a bit better. May car was fixed before the other mechanic said he could even get the parts necessary! Maria and Janine kept me informed of the progress with my car, and really went the extra mile to help me with the situation. The mechanics are top notch, the office staff is so incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole operation knows what theyre doing. If you want the job done right GO HEREOh. And my defrost and heater went out in this polar vortex winter, and German Autokraft got that fixed right up for me. So toasty and warm AND I can see out my windshield within seconds. THANK YOU!!!

I recently had my Lexus detailed and serviced at German Auto Kraft.. The owners, Bogdan and Jeannine, as well as the rest of their staff, were very courteous and provided excellent customer service. The work was completed on time and on budget.I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the shop which to me, demonstrates pride in their work and respect for your vehicle.I intend to return and have German Auto Kraft restore my car to the like-new luster they so carefully gave it as soon as the winter doldrums are over.

I have been bringing my Mercedes cars to German Auto Kraft for over 20 years. They have always been professional and helpful. When my 1973 Mercedes needed a part that wasnt readily available, they would search the secondary market for it; and if they couldnt find it, they would modify an existing part to make it work. The staff has always been very accommodating with a ride to work or home if I needed it and even helped me sell one of my cars when it was time to do so.

I’ve been bringing my Audi RS5 to GAK for the past few years and they’ve always been outstanding. The service has continuously been prompt, friendly and professional. I’ve appreciated the fact that they were flexible and would usually have availability to look at my car on relatively short notice and could communicate personally with either Maria or Jeannine whenever I had a question or a concern. This is especially important since the parts for my car can sometimes be very hard to come by. When i met my husband he was bringing his Mercedes to German Auto Kraft. He loved their work so much that i started bringing my Jetta to them. We now have Mini Cooper that we bring in for regular maintenance. They have always been very thorough and have communication. They have worked with me on making larger issues more affordable or breaking things up and prioritizing. We keep cars for a long time and as they get older the maintenance can become very expensive.We greatly enjoy their work and will continue to bring our German cars in.Thank you guys for your honesty and hard work.

By far the best auto repair shop I have experienced. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I took my CLS 550 to autobahn, Mercedes dealership for service and they told me the motor mounts were loose and needed to be fixed immediately. I did not want to pay dealership price so I took it to auto craft for them to take a look at it along with brake replacement and general look at my vehicle. They told me the motor mounts were fine and the price for the other repair was the surpriseingly fair . I strongly suggest if your vehicle is in need of service this is the place to go. I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else. THEY ROCK

First timer. Took our 2003 BMW 325i. Top-notch customer service & care. Quick turnaround on an overheating issue that could have been disastrous for the vehicle. Bonus: theres an Enterprise car rental across the street.

I came to Jeannine to get a pre (or in my case post) - inspection done on a used Mercedes that I picked up, and the team at German Auto Kraft went above and beyond to make my experience quick, painless and excellent.The facilities are extremely clean and presentable, everyone was professional and friendly.They were able to detect even the smallest paint coverups and did a thorough job with the inspection. One of the worst experiences I ever had. Would not recommend, the way they deal with customers is unbelieveable. I got yelled at.

My morning started out terrible until I found this shop. On my way to work my oil malfunction light came on. I went to my regular shop Shulba. The sign says they open at 8:00am. I waited and I waited. Know one showed up. I sat there fuming for 25 minutes. It never opened. The place looked closed down - vacant, there is garbage outside, a dead tree blocking the entrance. The garbage can is knocked over, It looked run down. Needless to say, I was now late for work, worried about my car and on the verge of tears.I drove across the street of course without an appointment and Im sure, looking frantic. The women owner is smart and professional. She took care of me and would not let me call an Uber. She gave me a ride to work. I was promptly called and my BMW was repaired the same day! (Oil sensor). You can tell a woman owns the shop. The office and garage are immaculate. There are magazines for women and men. It really has a feminine flare. It is nice to support a small family run business. When I picked up my car another customer delivered a bouquet of roses to thank her. That is a testament to customer satisfaction.I highly recommend this shop. They are efficient, honest and have excellent customer service. My BMW has never run better.

I have been a customer with German autokraft for last 12 years. I have taken my 318is / 328 and 335i without fail. I stopped going to dealers after coming to know about them. Working with Maria and Janine has been a pleasure. They have accommodated me every time without fail even when my work schedule is tight or when I fail to keep up my appointment due to hectic schedules.As far as service goes and quality of service - I have had no complains . They are excellent and very professional . When they replace parts they keep and show what work was done. German Auto Kraft has worked on my 2003 BMW M3 for over 5 years now. In the span of this time, they have replaced the transmission, clutch and all associated parts, differential, rear suspension (RTABs, shocks, etc.) and done regular services on the vehicle.I have yet to have a quality of service problem and all major components that were replaced have performed to OEM spec without any problems. I would definitely trust them with any high-end German automobile, as they have also worked on a couple of my close friends vehicles as well.I will continue to use their services as I have not had any issues thus far and most importantly they have my trust, which is extremely rare in this day and age in the vehicle repair industry.
