I find they make it convenient to drop off your vehicle. If my schedule is early morning, I can drop off my keys in an envelope, with my information and slide it in the mail slot. I was contacted in the late morning of what the testing revealed, and what the cost would be. After my approval, my vehicle was completed for my pick up in a timely manner. The staff is excellent to work with. I will recommend this shop every chance I get.

Took my car in for a flat tire and they did a full inspection on my car for free. I was able to see the results of the inspection through a link they texted me. They took pictures of everything and fully explained what it was, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait a little. I really appreciated that and will be taking my car back for new brakes soon.

This family-owned and run business offers prices that are very fair, often better than competitors and certainly better than the dealer. Even with the lower price, you still get excellent, professional, service, parts and repairs that last. In addition to all of that, their diagnostic and reporting system provides images of all the diagnoses and any repairs needed, before and after pictures. So you can see for yourself what they recommend for attention/replacement and you have a document with pictures of all the repairs you’ve paid for. This is super handy. I i’ve been going to Krafftcare for many years and highly recommend them!

I had been having issues with my Chrysler Pacifica running loudly while idle. I had mentioned it a few times when I took it into the dealership for oil changes, etc. and they always told me that it was normal.I was tired of hearing Thats normal, and thinking I was crazy, so I took it into Ken at Krafftkare. Within 24 hours he had an answer and a fix for me, and for what would have cost me 4 x just as much just to figure out what the problem was, Ken was able to fix it, have it back to me and for a reasonable cost.Will skip the dealership from now on, and just go straight to Ken!

I was sent details of everything they checked on my car via text message. Then got a follow up phone call to answer my questions. I gave permission for repairs to be completed. All was completed that day as promised. When I picked up the car I was given a print out of what repairs were completed and what was needed in the future. My car is 10 years old with 150,000 miles.

They were nice understanding they fix my car and put it under the machine to make sure anything else was wrong with the car and I say this place I will recommend to anyone who need they car fixed.

Took my wifes 05 civic in to get service on a check engine light for a emissions test. Kraftkare diagnosed the problem and sent me a detailed vehicle overview.They fixed the issue, took the car in for the emissions test, and the bill was less than the estimate. I couldnt ask for more from an experience. Staff was very kind and professional. Definitely will be returning.

AWESOME, AWESOME & AWESOME! I called at about 10:45 to see if they could take me between 11:15 and 11:30 for a tire repair because I had nail in my tire. I then asked what time did he think he would be less busy and he said after 2:00. I thanked him and said I have to come during my lunch hour. He said bring it in and we will make it work. I got there at 11:15 and I was leaving 30 minutes later. Cant ask for anything better than that. Very nice and polite. I think Ill be coming here whenever Im at work and need someone close from now on. I work in the area but live a lot farther.

Excellent care.I took my 2000 Astro to three other mechanics and spent over $1500 trying to get the engine running smooth.Yhey fixed it with a cam b shaft sensor shim kit.The part was less than $15.00 and the labor was around $200 but they did alot of other stuff too.And it took less than a day. MyStraight and honest mechanics are a treasure to find.By the way, I have done a trip to Dallas And a couple to southern Illinois and it is humming like a top.Almost 300,000 miles on it.
