Phenomenal is all I can say about this people. Rachel was very helpful from the beginning. Ard himself the owner was simply awesome. Please see the attached photos of before and after. We have an old Lexus and really did not want to spend much on it, but we do want it to look reasonable and not all banged up. We took it to 3 other places in town and got estimates on it and all 3 places gave estimates that cost almost the 1/3 to 2/3 the price of the blue book value of the car itself. We had two cars to fix and we took them both to Ard and he gave us repair cost a fraction of the lowest estimate out there to fix BOTH cars. In fact, the price Rachel estimated was already low enough, and Mr. Ard looked at the estimate she gave and even lowered it further for us without us even asking. They worked on the cars very quickly, calling us to pick up the first car within a week (I was shock when I received the call). Then we left the 2nd car and it took him just 2 1/2 days to finish it. Best.Service.Ever. My 2001 Jeep had a windshield replaced and the Tech dropped black glue on the hood. Safelight was very nice and said Ard Paint & Body would fix it. Donnie, the Owner, came and got it, kept it overnight, then brought it back. Not only did he fix the hood, he also fixed some minor dings and a scrape on my bumper. It also looks like he buffed the whole vehicle and polished my headlight covers. All without my asking. I am blown away by the level of service I received. My Jeep is my baby and only has 62,000 miles on it. It had the typical dents and dings you get from people who arent careful in parking lots (or who just dont care about others property). It now looks Brand New. I really wish everyone conducted business the way Mr. Ard does. Do yourself a favor and go see him. P.S. The business is not actually directly on Pine Forest, its on the next back street. You can Google it.

This paint and body shop does incredible work. They are done quickly so you can get back out on the road, and itll look as good as new. I had a pretty big dent replaced in a car, and when I came to pick it back up I couldnt even tell there had been a dent there before. The work is fantastic and you couldnt ask for more. Great customer service!

Cost to do work was very fair. Service was expedited . The same service would cozt twice as much and would take 1-2 weeks. In 2 days done.Ard and staff very friendly.

Denny was an hour past our scheduled time to look at my car. He lied and told me he would be there in 10 when I pulled up on time and called him. I looked around the filthy shop and found a vehicle being painted outside, under a tent with no side, allowing particles to make their way into the paint. It was so dimly lit and dirty I was already over thus guy. After 45 min and no calls from Denny I left to run errands. He begged me to return 20 min later when I finally arrived and I stopped by on my way home. I told him I would be there in 5 minutes and the idiot was in the bathroom with the door open when I got back and was looking for him. He made plans for my car and made promises to get parts and keep me informed. He never called me and when I called him he always had an excuse why he did not attempt to get parts. Unprofrssional, dirty and far from dependable. I the end I am glad it did not work out, satisfaction was not going to be found by his junky shop. I was referred by a friend to Downs in Milton and found a lifetime warranty by clean professionals.

Donnie and crew at Ard paint and body do excellent work at a reasonable price. Dont let the rundown nature of his shop fool you, they know what they are doing and will ensure that you walk away happy with your car repaired to like new condition.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ard Paint and Body. The work that was performed on my Hyundai was top notch. Donnie and Rachel are very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and treated me with friendliness and warmth.
