Camille was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She helped me with shipping two large packages that needed to be shipped immediately. She also answered all my questions. Such a professional!! I will be going back because of her!!

Let me make this very clear. Anyone who goes to a regular shipping terminal, UPS, FedEx, DHL, even the post office- and does not utilize this jewel of a shipping store named Pak Mail is really missing something spectacular.First, the diversity of all the different carriers they use make it a real “One-Stop Shopping” experience. But that’s just the beginning.If I had to say the one point that impressed me the most is that the employees in the store, especially Kevin, acted like it was his own money that he was spending for the shipping charges. And the very fact that Pak Mail has access to all these different competing companies, puts the shipper, you-at a great advantage to get the best price. And Kevin is an expert in knowing the best deals of every company and what their specialty is and where you can save the most money with the best service.He was incredible in weaving and bobbing and trying everything possible in order to save me money and get me the best rate with the best service. This guy just wouldn’t stop--he had more ideas, and very creatively so-until he ended up saving me well over half of what I was going to spend in a UPS store. Don’t ask me the details-I’m still trying to figure them out-but I do know the shipment went out perfectly wrapped and everything went smoothly, the only difference is that I saved a lot of money.And by the way-it’s not only the money I saved, it’s also the atmosphere, the professionalism and attitude and the enjoyment of being in that store—the whole experience was wonderful.I know, I know,- it’s only shipping-but I’m telling you,- this place is SPECIAL!You will thank me for sending you there, no doubt about it!

The store hours say that on Saturdays, the location opens at 9:30. I have come every Saturday morning at 10:15 for the past 6 weeks, and every single time, theyre still not open. A few times, Ive waited around until an employee comes to open and its always the same employee. His words to me every time are something along the lines of yeah, were open at 9:30, but Im just running slow today. But this employee is consistently opening at 10:30. Today, I waited until 10:25, and two other random people came by and were also disappointed. It seems like Im not the only who also believes this is an issue.Every other employee at this location is great and goes above and beyond. But I just cant get over the lackadaisical attitude of whoever that one employee is. Unless I leave work early, the only times I can come by are Saturday mornings and theyre never open on time. Incredible place and will help you with any needs when theyre open, but its partly ruined by their inconsistent hours.

Shipped a large hard to pack item and was taken care of fantastically by Brendan. Will definitely go back there again and again.

Fast, friendly and easy. Convenient hours, open till 7PM. I gave 3 stars rather than 5 because I had to write the detailed contents of my box. That seems invasive to me. Its none of anyones business what Im mailing so long as it isnt hazardous or illegal. Also, its can make a package a target for in-house theft, which, despite internal deterrent measures, still happens. I mail a lot of packages and this place is the only one to ever require details beyond hazardous, flammable, perishable, fragile etc. That really bothered me.

I couldnt help but notice someones unreasonable reason for their three-star review... Apparently, she has never been to any shipping center (i.e. UPS or Fedex) prior to this one. Each one requires a basic description of the items being shipped... I dont work at any of them, but I dont like the idea of ignorance defeating good observation-taking skills.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS STARS I WOULD...OFFICE STAFF AND MANAGERS LIED FOR THIER DRIVER WHO PUT LIVES IN DANGER TODAY..WHILE NOT MOVING DOWN NEWBRODGE RD,,,MAYBE ON HIS CELL .. I LEGALLY PASSED TO CONTINUE WITH TRAFFIC AT WHICH POINT HE BAGAN SPEEDING AND ALMOST HIT ME WHILE HE THEN RACED TO PASS 6 CARS...WHEN WE ALL GOT TO NEWBRIDGE AND HEMP> TPKE,,,HE SAW I WAS ON PHONE WITH HIS OFFICE GETTING HIS LICENSE PLATES HE TRIED CALLING ME THRU THE WINDOW THAT HE JUST ROLLED DOWN TO GET MY ATTENTION TO HARASS ME....HIS OFFICE LIED...HE PULLED OUT OF TURNING LANE TO FOLLOW ME TAKING PICS OF ME AND MY CAR IF YOU DONT GET PACKAGE ON TIME TODAY THIS IS WHY ... IM CALLING UPS TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP AND MY ATTORNEY... DONT EVER USE THEM.. I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF PACKAGES ON HIS TRUCK WERE DAMAGED
