I can’t say enough about the terrific customer service I’ve received from Fred at Linens4Less. I ordered Songbird curtains through Walmart. Unfortunately one package was labeled correctly but the curtain inside was wrong. Never been opened so definitely an error from the manufacturer. A quick call to Linens4Less and it was out of stock. Fred took the time to recheck inventory and even returned items. He said it should be back in stock in about 10 days and he’ll send it right out and he did. No need to return incorrect item donate to local thrift store. Now mind you this was during the height of the flu pandemic and the store was closed.So cute.

Very different experience from the other reviews on here. Quality of the items was great, shipped immediately and I had them within just a few days, Great experience!

Make that another zero for my terrible customer service experience with this company. Out of (26) semi-sheer panels ordered and over $300 spent... (2) of the panels received were defective. They were a completely different color... off-white with a gray tinge instead of creamy ivory... and an inch shorter than the other panels!!! They actually appeared to have damaged by smoke. When I sent a request to customer service asking for replacement panels to be sent... I received an unsatisfactory response telling me that I could return the defective panels, but unfortunately there is no way for us to get you the same due lot as before. This makes no sense because the (2) panels were a totally different color... not just a shade off... an inch shorter... and a somewhat different fabric. Really, really, really awful customer service.

Zero for delivery ordered 10/11 and had to email them to find out where my curtains were and it’s now10/21. They claim the will be here 10/22. These curtains better be nice.

OMG....I totally agree with all the 1 star ratings here. If theres a zero, and minus (-) zero, I will give this rating to them. Customer service was so bad, shipping is just as horrible and I thought, okay, Ill be patient perhaps the product is deserving...I ordered an extra long curtain called Faith with green stems combined with tiny purple flowers on white. Perfect for our green themed master bath. The Faith curtain I received I was horrified, it had tiny black trees, no leaves more fitting for Halloween. Never again I will visit this place. They will probably charge me for return, not worth it!!!

If only there were a zero star option. Curtains that arrived poorly made with thread hanging from them in numerous places. In addition, they did not measure the stated length that was quoted on the Linen4Less web site. When I called, the gentleman stated You should have read out terms and conditions, in there we state all curtains have an approximate measurement ... Wait, what !?!? - NO, thats not how this works! If you say something is 24 long then, it should be 24 inches long. He then stated that yes, they would take them back but would not credit me for my original shipping , nor would they pay for return shipping.

I placed an order on July 3rd and then after I paid I recieved a message saying no one will be in the office until July 9th. Now its July 20th and I still have not recieved my order a customer service response.
