Mill Pond Auto Body is one of the friendliest and most professional body shops I’ve ever been to. The employees are wonderful, caring and treat you like family. My car was hit overnight while parked, and Mill Pond was able to fix the car in under a week, it looks like the damage never even happened! They took care of the insurance and car rental agency set-up for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs their car taken care of. Ask for Maureen!

Best auto body shop I ever went to. These people didn’t just fix the car as a business but took care of me as if I was a family member. I probably won’t go to any other body shop on the island. They did fantastic work and had one of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced in Maureen and her crew. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone that’s been in a accident or just want some body work done along with brakes and oil. Hope they stay around forever!

They are amazing ! I was referred by a friend to go there. From the moment I got there, I knew this was where I needed to be. First I met Maureen who is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. From there I spoke with Joe and explained what I needed done to my car to bring it back to life again. The elements had taken its toll on my Volvo and it was time to give her some TLC and boy did she get the royal treatment and without breaking the bank ! I found my forever place. They listen to you, they are professional, the quality of their work is outstanding. They are not looking to sell you something you do not need like some places I have gone to in the past. No one wants to have to have their car repaired but Mill Pond makes it the best experience it can be! They have great customer service, do a thorough job on repairs, and go above and beyond to make it easy for you to get it done. They worked with the insurance company for me, set up and returned the rental car for me, and even put the car seat back that they had to take out!

Joe, Pete, Maureen and the entire staff at Mill Pond Auto body are first class. Unfortunately in life, accidents happen. And when kids are inserted into the equation, those accidents happen more frequently it seems. Anyway, my sons car was hit ( yes,....again!! ) and Joe and Pete were tasked with the repair. Its like the commercial,... Set it and forget it. We drop the car off, and its fixed better than new in the amount of time promised. No hassles, no BS. They deal with the insurance companies, and the adjusters for you. Its literally painless. Theyve been in business a long time and have a great reputation. That doesnt happen when you rip people off. They are top notch. My family and I highly recommend them.

Do not use this body shop. Joe is as shady as they come. He pushed us to put a light hit through insurance and then quadrupled the amount of damage by ripping the car apart aka damage enhancement. Once that was done, he forged a payment instruction letter so the insurance company would send him all of the money directly. Joe told us the original damage was going to be about $3K. By the time he got done ripping my bumper off and breaking a headlight that wasnt broken, the damage became $12K.
