I want to take the time to say how relieved I am with Harp Home Services. Jose came to our rescue today of repairing our fridge that’s hasn’t worked since the end of July. Thank You Jose! With getting the run around from Home Depot and the previous repair company they sent for the past two months I couldn’t be more happier dealing with Harp. When our appointment was scheduled through Frigidaire I must say I had my hesitations. I came to ease when I spoke and my Fiancé also spoke to Theresa. She was very helpful and understanding to our situation. She did explain that the parts and appliances are on an extreme demand and everyone is having issues with delays on receiving items ordered. I took the time to listen to her and then explain our situation. She gave us a window which any repair and delivery company does. We were notified 24hrs in advance that the window did need to be changed. I took whatever I could get knowing what we have dealt with in the past two months and wanted to get this situation fixed ASAP. She called this afternoon to let me know when the tech was on his way. From beginning to end I couldn’t be more happier with the job from both employees. I will definitely use Harp Home Services in the future. I also made a point to call the company directly before posting this. Thank you again!

I wanted to share my positive experience with you all. I have a Frigidaire stove that was only 4 months old and it decided to turn on by itself and started coding with that i called Frigidaire and they gave me a number to deal with a repair company. I made an appt with the company and when it came to coming they lied and said they were out my house when that was not true.( I have Ring) So when i called back Frigidaire I was given Harp. When i called and spoke with Teresa i was so relieved because she was kind and helpful. I was able to get my stove fixed without any issues or problems. Joe was also very helpful because when i told him what was happening he knew what i was going to need and order the part right away. This company showed up when they said and was promptly done within 10 minutes and finally i have a stove that works properly. If i can give them more stars I would . highly recommend.

Dealing with Harp Home Services was a very pleasant experience. Theresa who answers the phone is so nice. Very professional and tries to schedule you as soon as possible. Her mechanic Jose is extremely pleasant as well and quite knowledgeable. Fixed my machine in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I highly recommend them.Sharon

Hard to deal with Theresa. Theresa is a witch on the phone can’t give you a time slot to set up appointment only the day Not good for people who have to work for a living. And she just very angry when you ask for a time slot. Take forever to get parts been waiting a year to fix a refrigerator that was 2 months old when started to have problems. Terrible terrible company to deal with. Theresa needs to retire or take happy pills. Remember the customer is always right.

Theresa was in constant communication with me regarding my appointment, and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Tech showed up on time and had my replacement part on hand. I was afraid I’d be without the part for an extended period of time. A+ for sure.

Was on the phone with a Frigidaire rep on a 3 way call and the lady was rude and stated that she didn’t want to work on a unit that was diagnosed by another company. When asked why ,she said that the other services should do it. I guess that’s why they have 2 stars.

Rude customer service from Teresa on a Frigidaire appliance. Unfortunately I don;t have a choice on who repairs my refrigerator and this was the company Frigidaire selected. First the changed the date of the appointment, then the time, then they no-showed and called me a liar over the phone. Just crazy people!

Would give 1/2 star if I could. I had to use this company because its the only one our building management uses. Our super called and told them the problem with my microwave. They couldnt come to fix for five days... not a good start. Had to take a day off of work because there has to be someone there during the repair for liability purposes. Repair guy showed up and said he couldnt fix it because he didnt have the part (he knew what the problem was because our super told him). I dont know why he hadnt already ordered the part, but he hadnt. So theres another 7-10 business days without a microwave. We told them we would be out of the country when the part came in. Both my husband and I called to try and get this problem solved. Susan, the receptionist was rude, interrupted, and yelled at me. I had to ask, Can I please finish my sentence? Unacceptable. I offered several solutions: 1) Take note of when we would like the part installed since we would be out of the country when the part came in, 2) go ahead and schedule appointment for part installation to be changed if part doesnt come in on time or 3) guarantee a slot so we didnt have to take another day off of work. Was told all three of these options were impossible due to their computer system. Both the receptionist and the manager said this. What!? What kind of business is this!? Who can afford to take this much time off of work for a microwave? So, I had to take ANOTHER day off of work for a job that took literally 3 minutes to fix. The only reason they would even get 1/2 star is because the microwave is fixed now.This business is horrible and a joke. My super mentioned that another tenant had complained about how terrible they were just 2 days after my awful experience. I am emailing my management company to request a different company to be used in the future for ALL of our buildings.

I the phone rep was So BAD I couldnt even get an appointment scheduled. They wanted to charge me for services beyond what was covered by my warranty. The rep was rude- and then hung up on me.I called the office then next day and spoke with the office mgr- who knew of my conversation. She did not help--- I then told her about this Google reviews- how bad her company rated- She said not to believe it, she services thousands of customers, without complaints.I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

DO NOT ORDER ANY PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND THE PARTS. THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I AM CONTACTING MY BANK AND REPORTING THE CHARGE AS FRAUD. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSSINES BUREAU

Home Harp Services is the WORSE. They are contracted out by Sears for appliance repairs. They lie, never show up during the time frame they give you and there is absolutely no customer service care. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Ive filed a complaint with Sears. Next time you need to call for repair ask Sears to only refer you to A&E Factory for your repairs!Please disregard the 1 Star review. I could only submit a review if I chose a star.

Worst ever, I am calling Frigidaire tomorrow to ask them to assign another company to my warranty repair. Its taken 2 months for a minor dishwasher repair under warranty that still isnt done and they are unresponsive and incompetent. Would not recommend Harp under any circumstances

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Most of the people I had contact with are rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. They are more interested with arguing with the customer than attempting to resolve an issue. The one positive is that I spoke with someone named Carrisa (hope I got her name right) she was polite and went above and beyond to attempt to solve my problem.

Rude classless trash! Just a terrible experience that i wouldnt wish on anyone. They rescheduled my 8am-12pm appointment to 3:30pm-6pm without notifying me. They said they did but there were no phone record or voice mail. So that was a blatant lie. When I called to voice my frustration the receptionist was ruder than rude and annoyed that I was even asking questions. I had to ask for a supervisor over 5 times before I was transferred someone else who was supposed to be a supervisor. They NEVER even showed up. When I called back the next day to find out what happened the same rude receptionist told me that she cancelled my appointment because I was rude. Holy crap. Really????? Anyway I just cost them their contract with Frigidaire. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS OF ANY SORT WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Read all reviews. The worst of the worst.

Our Electrolux French door fridge began having issues three months after we bought it (for $2650). The ice maker for the ice dispenser quit making ice. We called Harp Home (they are the closest authorized Electrolux Service company), they sent a guy who looked at the fridge as if he met some one for the first time in his life and declared there was nothing that could be done about it! We believed him and decided not to fiddle with the dispenser as there is another, proper, ice maker in the freezer drawer. 15 months after the purchase date the fridge stopped working altogether. Called Harp Home again and they sent another guy who said the fridge needed a new compressor, freon refill, new computer board, and new ice maker for the dispenser. After 5 weeks waiting and many telephone conversations with Electrolux Customer Service and Harp Home people (who kept lying about what was ordered, what came from the manufacturer, what was back ordered etc.) three guys showed up. Only one of them knew what he was doing. He said the compressor didnt need replacing even though he brought a new compressor (the one we waited for the whole month) and thus no freon refilling was necessary either. He only installed the new computer board, which was all that was needed. It turned out they had not reattached the freezer drawer properly, which I noticed as they were pulling out of my drive. I called them back and he reinstalled it. The following they I noticed that the ice maker (the one they installed) of the dispenser was not working. I had to call Harp Home again. They sent some one to reinstall the thing. All throughout this ordeal we were treated like idiots and lied many times about everything, including when the technician would arrive - they did, three hours after they were supposed to show up. The technicians were incompetent (with the exception of one) and didnt seem to care if we had to live more than a month without a fridge in the summer. We had to purchase a new fridge, which we put in the garage. In fairness to Electrolux, they sent us a $100 check as a rebate for our purchase and also covered all the labor and part costs even though our warranty had expired.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Frustrating experience. It is hard to know where to begin or what to focus on. They sent a service guy to look at my air conditioner. His diagnosis was that the compressor needed to be replaced. Lucky for me the compressor was still under warrantee. I was happy to pay for his labor.Then received a call from him that it was not the compressor but something else which was not covered, and was that ok with me. There was a heatwave expected so I said ok. The parts were expected to arrive in a week to 10 days. After almost two weeks, I called for the status only to find that the parts had not even been ordered yet. Even though I had given him the go ahead, he apparently never gave my go ahead to the secretaries. So I had to wait another week to 10 days.Meanwhile the expected heatwave arrived and it was necessary to purchase another air-conditioner to tide me over.Long story short after a month the service guy returns, puts the parts in and it still didnt work. It was at this point that he tested my outlet and told me that it needed to be a 220 outlet for the air-conditioner to work. Since my electric board was flooded during hurricane sandy someone else had screwed something up with that outlet. Not their fault, but I could have been saved a lot of anguish and money if he had tested the outlet first. At this point I dont even know if the parts were even needed. And why did he change his mind about the parts he needed from something covered under the warrantee to something else in the first place?I am aware that mistakes happen, but I want to state that in addition to all the mistakes, their customer service department was unhelpful, unsympathetic and inefficient.

Please go anywhere else but Harp! Waited patiently for service man to show up after making an appointment a week prior. They actually sent a phone message the night before stating service man would arrive the next day between 2:30 - 5:30 pm. I called the following day at 4:45pm to see if he would still be coming. The rude rec eptionist told me he came to my house at 12:15 that day and I should have been ther! (duh - I work thats why I specifically asked if they could come after 1:30 pm. She proceeded to tell me thats not their policy and I was wrong. She actually argued with me that I was at fault. Never asked if she could help by getting me another appt, or even excusing the fowl up that was clearly on their part. She was horrendous!!!

Like the other reviewers say...use someone else PLEASE! They are one of the worst companies around. They initially told me it would take about 2 weeks to get the part. It is now 2 months later and I am still waiting for the part to come in. When I called for the 4th time and asked for a manager the person on the phone told me that no one was available...of course...this is the type of service you can expect from this company.

HAVE TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR...BUT CANNOT EVEN GIVE THESE PEOPLE A STAR...SEARS MADE A BIG BIG MISTAKE SUBCONTRACTING THEM FOR REPAIRS....SOME ADVICE TO PEOPLE IN THIS AREA WHO CALL SEARS FOR REPAIR ..ALWAYS ASK FOR A SEARS TECHNICIAN EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT A BIT..THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, UNRELIABLE AND UNRESPONSIVE...SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS
