I had my daughters prescription sent here and it was 3 items . One of the items they contacted the dr about bc it had to be sent a certain way so you would think that they would go ahead and fill the order for the other 2 items while waiting on the last one right?.... wrong... the fax with the other 2 prescriptions magically vanished. So I called the Dr again and the nurses had to call the pharmacy to see where the prescription went and then they had to fax it over again. After that I waited about 30 mins for them to get it in and I go to the drive through and she still didnt show the other prescriptions for my daughter! Then she looks and says oh we just got them in it will be another 20 mins..... keep in mind its 6:10 and Ive been dealing with this since 4:30!!!! I know Im not the only customer but come on, what kind of pharmacy is ok with peoples prescriptions going missing? Never again will I use this pharmacy

Went to this pharmacy. My med after insurance was $128. Went to another walmart pharmacy was $28. Bellmead guy did nothing to try to off set the cost and acted like he could care less. Will never go back

HANDS DOWN the *BEST* customer service and compassionate pharmacy employees in Texas. Our family has been displaced due to Harvey and they were not only kind but able to retrieve our prescription from our local pharmacy which has been flooded in under a few hours. Thank you Justin and the rest of the pharmacy team for your help!

Have received pain meds short 10-60 pills several times! Make them count them out in front of you because if you dont catch it until youre already home they will say that they checked the video and did an inventory and you are wrong and nothing you can do about it. They are great if you are getting anything other than a controlled substance.

I have been coming to this Pharmacy for the last 2yrs. And I can tell you as of yesterday it will be my last!! Idc what kind of medication a person takes, lying,giggling,and deception shouldnt exist behind that glass!!! For 2 straight days it was one excuse after another as to why my meds wouldnt get filled. The real kicker is they made me sit 45 mins saying its being filled rn.. then it went to they dont have any. Then we cant fill a partial,then its I will give u 2,and lastly oh we found some!!!!!!!! Classless and down right Disrespectful Pharmacists!! I will be talking to The people above .

The worst customer service ever!!! Put on hold twice for 20 min each call and no one ever got back to me and a third call, I was hung up on..... Each time I was never able to let them know what I was calling for.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They are in desperate need of reorganization.Service is poor and time consuming.Be ready to get your meds in 15 to 20 minutes.(x3)... Yep.
