Someone hit my car when it was parked. They did an amazing job fixing it.

I strongly recommend against utilizing this facility. As an employee in the casualty insurance industry, I am deeply disheartened to learn that this is the service being provided to our customers. On two separate occasions I have had issues with repairs being completed on time, as well as being up to repair standards. The employees often take on a “this is just the way it is” attitude, and offer little to no assistance. It has been over one month and the latest update I received was that a date for completion could not be provided because everyone is “short staffed.” The employees do not communicate with one another and provide conflicting information. I have been in direct contact with Tony the manager who provides the same subpar service. If you are looking for quality service please do not consider this facility.

Ive had 3 different accidents with 2 different trucks...and they have always repaired my trucks with excellence...I will NEVER take my truck anywhere else...trust me....dont take your vehicle anywhere else...they are the best..

Consistently great work and service

My Honda Cr-v was damaged in a hit and run. Christina at Somerdale and Frank from Gieco made it easy to get everything fixed. They arranged to have the rental dropped off to me when I dropped my car off at the shop; they got to me right away--no waiting. They kept me up to date during the week the car was being fixed and painted. Somerdale washed and completely cleaned the car inside and out--my teenage daughter drives it and well, it was a mess. Work was fine, paint was fine. Id do business with them again in a minute.

You will be waiting forever for your car to be completed. They give you one date and then it gets pushed back over and over again. It’s not like they even call to tell you. You only find out when you call them to ask what’s going on. Terrible service. All they do is make excuses and you never get answers. The work on the car was sub-par as well.

The reason I gave them 2 stars is based upon incomplete work, screws and clips were left out from my bumper, my radiator splash guard was left out,battery hold down bolt was not installed, if I have to say something good about Somedale, the paint was matched up very well I suggest you take a video of the entire car before you take it in
