Our church has been doing business with Michaels for many years almost 10 years. We are very happy with the product and especially the service. If I call with a problem with our machine (as out of toner) someone is here the same day and some times in a just a couple of hours. We will not go anywhere else. Why would we with the service that we get? Michaels will be good for your business as well.

This place is hands down the best place for your office equipment and equipment services. Michelle and rick who I normally deal with are TOP NOTCH!!! Service is prompt and friendly, Best place to call if your looking to avoid office equipment related anger issues.For example your printer is telling you that its has a paper jam and you have looked everywhere and there is no jam in sight... Michelle is highly sensitive to the needs of clients and isnt shy about telling you when you really need something different or when you dont and what you have going is already a great solution for you. Made an appointment, agreed to their $150/hr charge and they never showed up!!
