The service was incredible. Such nice ladies in there and they were fast. I thought the burrito had to much egg and not enough other stuff. They also do cream cheese in there bfast burritos too which isnt really my style but its popular. Overall I finished my veggie burrito and it was yummy

Ive been going to Zoom Zoom since I moved to Bellingham, and I love them. The owner and staff are so kind and friendly. The drinks and snacks are top notch. They have me addicted to their toddy shots! Give them a try, you wont regret it.

I was excited to try the breakfast burritos because of the reviews but mine was still cold when I got it and few things are worse than cold scrambled eggs. Beyond that no real flavor. Super nice staff tho.

I have bought the veggie burritos from this place before and loved them. Today I had to throw it all away. After a couple of bites I had to spit it out, as it had an awful taste. Initially I thought it may have been the salsa but the second bite without it was worse. Sad I spent $8 and is now in the trash.

Stopped here for a salted caramel cookie it was excellent. Also picked up some six packs of cider, from Lost Giant in bellingham. The elderberry and the dry cider. Very convenient to be able to get this as a drive-thru. Service was super friendly and knowledgeable and excellent.

Hands down the best coffee place in town - Friendly and personable baristas (to me AND my pup!). Consistently great coffee (Thank you for continuing to offer quality Fidalgo Bay coffee). While I miss the hilarious quotes on the (recently removed) reader board - they made so many of us laugh out loud - I love how you consistently look for ways to serve your customers better. (Local beer & cider? YES!) I will choose to drive across town for your coffee every time and plan my trips accordingly. God knows, youve set the bar high when I travel out of town and indulge elsewhere.

Really love Zoom Zoom, I work in the Lincoln Professional Building so theyre right on my way to work and I stop in at least a few times a week to get my coffee and a Griller (so so SO good). The owner is there quite often and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her business, her staff, and her products. Never had anything but a stellar experience here. The baristas are so sweet and I always get my coffee/breakfast very quickly and Ive never had a mistake. I was a little shell shocked one morning because I had to put my dog down that day. I wish I knew her name, but my barista that morning asked me what was wrong and I just blurted it out. She sat and talked with me for a few minutes, told me it would be okay, gave me a couple extra punches on my punch card, and was so genuine and kind it actually made me feel better. Thats not customer service its just being a good human that cares, and everyone there has been excellent humans. Cant think of a single bad thing to say!

This place is one of my favorite stops for coffee. Good coffee amazing service and even the breakfast/ snack food is good. Always seems to be a fun read on the Zoom Zoom Sign and also a question of the day on the whiteboard in the drive up window. The owner is Amazing and though the staff changes due to college course I believe the staff has always been great! I love it the kids love it and the wife loves it. Also a great spot to get your oil changed, car washed and a zoom zoom coffee. All 3 located in the same lot.

Best place in town for coffee drive through. I go out of my way to stop here.Coffee is spectacular, breakfast sandwiches are so yummy, staff is so personable and lovely. Calling ahead saves time and is easy.Thank you for being wonderful Zoom Zoom!

I have lived across the street from this coffee stand for years and have always enjoyed the food and the people who work there. I went this morning for the first time since the mask mandate started. Both ladies were wearing masks while taking my order. However, as soon as I paid, they both pulled down their masks. One continued chatting with me and the other went to make my food, both of them taking their masks on and off intermittently. As someone who works in customer service and who has had multiple false alarms with COVID-19 exposure, it made me incredibly anxious while I was waiting for my food and very disappointed that they didn’t appear to be taking the mandate seriously. I don’t feel comfortable continuing to buy food or drinks from here.

Excellent little place for expreso

I made an emergency stop on my way to work for my caffeine fix. Ive never been here before, but they can expect to see more of me! The employee was very kind, making conversation while she made my coffee. The coffee was very good, she whipped up a delicious iced latte very quickly. The prices were fair (I was headed to Woods and decided to stop here instead, and my wallet is glad I did).

I love Zoom Zoom! I lived across the street for a while and was a frequent visitor to their stand. Try their breakfast burritos! Service is always quick and fast. Everytime Ive been there during the COVID-19 pandemic theyve all been wearing masks, Im glad theres a coffee stop I can still feel safe supporting. Thank you zoom zoom!

I 100% believe that their drive-in is excellent and the drinks are good, but I dont really know why they have a walk-in section at all. Even when its not closed because of their understandable (but extremely hard to predict and thus the type of thing that keeps it from being a place I want to go to regularly) interior ordering/seating area isnt open if only one employee is working policy, the staff always seem a little bit confused or outright stressed when anyone actually walks in. Maybe this is different during the hours Im not working or in class -- but for now, Im going to just walk on past Zoom Zoom and go up to the Fred Meyer Starbucks directly down Lincoln, which is always pedestrian-friendly and has always been open when they say they are. And I wont have to wait outside in front of an impatient car!

Absolutely hands down the best coffee and crew in town! You can pull up in the morning yawning and half asleep, after just 10 seconds theyve got you laughing or not wanting to leave. I once had a water balloon fight with the owner outside...shes the best!

We love the employees and the food and coffee are tasty and well balanced. Everywhere else seems to either serve weakly flavored milk (I swear they forget to add coffee) or the brew tastes burnt. Zoom Zoom is our favorite coffee stop!

I so badly want to like this place, but they have continuously let us down. I just moved to a new house and was disappointed that my favorite coffee stand is no longer on the way to work, but was excited to learn that Zoom Zoom carries my favorite chai. The staff is extremely friendly, but there are so many of them dealing with one order that my order has come out incorrect all but maybe two times. One girl takes your order, one fulfills it, one comes to the window to socialize, and one takes your money. Lots of room for miscommunication there. They try to make you feel like a regular, but it feels less than genuine. One woman came to the window while our drinks were being made and asked how we were and what we were doing that day, so we told her. Then she literally came back two minutes later and asked the same exact thing, seemingly unaware that we just told her. Clearly, she hadnt taken the time to listen. I stopped going there a little over a week ago, but today my boyfriend went through to pick up a drink for me and he described it as a nightmare. They made the wrong sandwich, fixed it and gave it back, then said goodbye to him even though they still hadnt fulfilled the rest of the order. They finally asked him to pull around and get back in the line to wait, so they could help other customers. I really just wish one person would make it their task to see your order through from start to finish. Its too scatterbrained in there. Theyve forgotten to punch my card twice on double stamp Tuesdays and to give me the discount on Trivia Thursday when I answered the question correctly (These two are obviously petty things, but it all adds up and reinforces my decision to spend my money elsewhere.) I dont mind if someone cant memorize my drink order. I have no problem saying it every time, I just dont appreciate when you act like you remember my usual and get it wrong every time. Ive been overcharged twice because they decided to make my drink a larger size than I ordered. Fortunately for them, the change isnt worth being late to work for. I didnt expect to leave such a long review, but in short . . . Ive found its much faster and more satisfying for me to leave a little early and go to Cool Beans instead.

LOVE the Caramel Breeze! I always get it, and everyone is always fast, friendly and extremely funny! Best coffee Ive ever had. (Also, Im very fond of their gluten free breakfast sandwiches.) I would have a coffee there every day of I could! My boyfriend has severe social anxiety and rarely talks to people he doesnt know, and the staff is so friendly and kind that he smiles, talks with them and makes eye contact. No small feat! Its not just the Mocha Shake they sell him, its the energy they give him. These guys go out of their way to please!

Their coffee is from Fidalgo, so obviously it tastes good, but their service is really disappointing. Every single time I have bought coffee at this shop they have messed up the order, even when they are not busy. The service is really slow, I literally waited 30 minutes for a latte and a breakfast sandwich during a fairly slow time of day. My friend ordered a breeze, their blended drink, which was basically melted by the time we got it. We had to remind our barista about the sandwich because instead of asking us if we needed anything else, she literally just stared at us awkwardly as we were off to the side waiting for the rest of our order. In addition to there being not very many customers, there were three baristas on staff, so there is no excuse for this. This is basically representative of the service I have received every time I have tried to buy coffee from Zoom Zoom. Very disappointing since they are so close to my house and would be convenient.
