I dont come to the mall often. Came just to check out the new fall scents. Ive always loved this store! Always great selection of items. Staff is always super helpful! Love their products! Great for gifts too!

Typical bath and body works store , theyre pretty much all the same, employees even act all the same and actually kind of creeps me out sometimes.

Went into this location this morning and received some of the best retail service Ive ever experienced! They didnt have the specific scent I usually get, so every single sales representative jumped to my aid and gave different recommendations. I could not have been more difficult, not knowing how to describe what I wanted, but not accepting anything they offered, yet their positivity and attentiveness didnt waver in the slightest. They ended up hooking me up with a marshmallow scent (from the BACK you guys!) that is perfect! I am walking into town smelling INCREDIBLE, a new woman, with the confidence of 1000 suns. Phenomenal customer service! Their entire team deserves a gold star!

Very happy that we have one in Whatcom County because it makes exchanges and returns 100 times easier if you ordered online, but wasnt satisfied with a particular product, or if your shipment was damaged, etc. You can just return it to the local store instead of shipping it back to the company (which is just a huge hassle)!!They also have an amazing return policy, and different deals and/or coupons going on constantly.The store is average sized, but always very clean with attentive associates, who are always willing to help you with a smile on their face!Ive been shopping at this location since high school (1990s), and it is still one of my favorite stores at the mall today in 2020!

This store is my absolute favorite when it comes to candles and body care. The scents are strong without being over powering. The store is very cute and staff is always friendly.

RACHEL was a great help to us, got us through quickly and professionally. That was after the fact that the girl Emily the Manager... was giving us a very hard time. And telling my mother to log into her email to use the coupon. When we had the code and barcode on hand and ready to scan. Not to mention my mom is a regular, Emilys service was super UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE and she should not be in the position of Person in Charge She even denied the use of coupons we had. As soon we declined her service, we moved over to Rachel’s till and she helped us the right way. Maybe the roles should be reversed. Rachel should be Manager. Emily should hit the road or get retrained by HR. Not only was she rude to me and my family. Every person agree and before. GET IT FIXED. GET HER FIXED.

Love their Warm Vanilla Sugar and their Japanese Cherry Blossom product lines. Just the right amount of attention while not being overbearing of Sales Associates. Always ready to assist with helping customers find good gift ideas. Have questions about a product they all seem to have just the right amount of information. I enjoy this store and the Sales Associates immensely.

Only have been To this location once but while there with my grandmother last week my grandmother suddenly out of no where became very dizzy and disoriented and the sweetest employee (that I fortunately never caught her name) was so amazing. Offered to call anyone if we needed, called mall security to have them bring her a wheelchair, got her some water. And even let her use the employee restroom. She really went above and beyond and was such a sweetheart! The store it self was very clean, well stocked, and clutter free!

If I could rate the staff and experience I would do negative 5 stars.The store itself is great and products are great.Ask the staff any questions they roll their eyes and then laugh at you or laugh while rolling their eyes. Manager is just as bad, a young girl that obviously has no idea what she is doing. She was the worst. Allowing her employees to treat customers like this. She does not lead or lead by a good example.Terrible terrible service.I witnessed this to at least 5 people in line ahead of me.So bad!!!

Best smelling lotions around. I enjoy the aroma therapy line the best especially the eucalyptus spearmint. As a man I can treat my dry skin without smelling fruity. Love the food smelling lotions on the misses though. Also they have great smelling candles, hand sanitizer, and air fresheners. If youve never been there, let the helpful friendly staff talk you into a few good smelling samples.

I used to love going in this store until they changed certain scents. I dont know if its a store policy but I do get followed around by staff. Not sure if its because I am indigenous or that I like to try or smell the new scents they have. Doesnt help that when I have my son in the store, he likes to grab and hold onto things him being autistic.

Im obsessed with this store. The staff is very friendly, and is always welcome to helping you pick out your favorite products. There is such a wide variety of candles and candle holders, wallflowers (with the most adorable plug-in covers), body care, bath fizzies and loofahs, mens body care and cologne, car fragrances, gift sets, hand sanitizer and the cutest holders for them! They also offer free gift wrapping which is unheard of anymore! Or you can take the wrapping home and do it yourself if you have other stuff to add. Oh and did i mention the wonderful cheerful staff that makes you feel at home. :) plus if you sign up for their emails they send you really good coupons (free items, discounts off, etc) on top of the deals they already have going on in store!

Mmm my second favorite bbw, get what Im saying? So, I maaaaaaay have a small addiction to scented candles and this place is always willing to help me get my fix. Every time I go in I wonder how many candles get accidentally broken. I wonder if that smell will still be there if they ever close. I hope they dont. Either way I love bbws.

Such an amazing experience. The customer reps got me in and out and helped me find exactly what I needed.

The only reason i go to our mall anymore is to go to Bath and Body works. They take care of their customers and make sure that i always get what i came in for. If they dont have they can isually order it for me. I love the girls and guys that work at my local store.
