This place is amazing! After striking out at Home Depot AND Lowes for both plywood and dimensional hardwood. This place had EVERYTHING! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff was icing on the cake. Theyll be my first stop for my next woodworking project.

I went in to buy doors. They have a lot of options and can pretty much fit anything you need or want. Plan to spend some time to get exactly what you want. Not cheap, but really high quality.

Theyre very nice and knowledgeable, more so than other contractor oriented stores, but their products are often TWICE as expensive as local competitors. No fault of the employees, thats just the business. Counter top here is 800 and 400 at lumber liquidators. Baltic birch ply is 88 here and 44 at Millwork supply.I cant recommend them because I dont want to pay double for my purchases.

I have used Windsor to purchase a variety of what they have to offer. I find their quality high, their integrity high, and yes the prices can be as well, but I have always felt I received an appropriate value for my money.

Great place for quality lumber products and service

Im just a student doing a personal project, so I had no experience or even measurements of what I wanted or needed.I was helped with tailored advice given to me adjusted to suit my experience level.I left to think about my advice and came back later when I decided. I got a small piece of walnut, but had to come back to pay for it due to a internet issue, no harm done.Each of the three visits I made, I was greeted by different people. Each person was kind, professional, prompt. Thats stellar.Will definitely be back. Its a clean and well organized space run by happy and competent employees.

Great folks, awesome service and selection of products. Found what I needed right away, then browsed for a lot of things I need (mostly want) for future projects. I thought they closed at 6:00 PM, they closed at 5:30. I was still wandering around at 5:30 and they were patiently waiting for me to finish up. They were very nice and Ill be back for my next build project.

Great team, but sometimes their supplier is unreliable on the hard to get stock and deliveries are delayed for weeks beyond original estimates. Three times now Windsor has had issues stocking my most frequently used material. My future plan is to buy enough stock from them to keep my clients happy.

This is a good business and a great group of professionals, I am a local contractor and woodworker and I find Windsor plywood invaluable to my craft. From special order materials to Festool and other good stuff this is a great place.

Got an entire laminate floor here at a great price, but also this place has sawn lumber, plywood (of course), and exotic woods. They will saw up plywood for you - very precisely - for a small charge. Great for a DIY project

Wish I could give zero stars. Dont believe these five-star reviews. When Windsor gets your money, they dont give a damn about you. We specd an expensive door, Rick was communicating well during the selection process, then after ordering, we didnt hear from him for months. He committed to a delivery date and then it was another month before it showed up. No explanation, no apology. If there was a delay from the factory, we wouldnt have known because nobody talked to us, and we tried using email and phone messages. Nothing. Then we had to order trim stain to match the door. Rick said hed order it. Nothing for two weeks. Had to track him down. Then he said he had it in stock. We asked why we hadnt heard anything. He said, Oh, I was busy. Really?? And since they’re not full-service (with installation, only supply) and we were relocating from across the country, Rick recommended an incompetent to do the install. Lousy service and knowledge from start to finish. AVOID!

Excellent selection of in stock base boards. I often send home owners here instead of the big box places. Very knowledgeable too.

I would give them less if I could. My husband ordered some lattice over the phone last Friday.. The salesperson looked it up, gave him a quote, told him it would be there on Wednesday and that my husband should get a call by Tuesday. Well today, Thursday, my husband went to the store and the person there told him that “ you aren’t going to get it because I guess it’s not available.” My husband asked him when they had found it out and the guy replied “ it doesn’t matter when, you just aren’t getting it.” The poorest customer service EVER!

Im aware that skilled craftspersons frequent Windsor Plywood, but Im not one of those. Im just a homeowner who undertook a whole house remodel. I purchased all interior trim and wainscot, all interior doors (including closets), all exterior trim, and quite a bit of hardware at Windsor Plywood. If I had it to do over again, I wouldve purchased other materials there too.Heres my one sentence summary: theres no better place in Bellingham to acquire excellent building materials at a fair price, with unparalleled customer service. You wont be treated like a dummy. You wont be treated like a pain. And you wont be talking to someone who knows barely more than you do, if that. The folks at Windsor Plywood know what theyre talking about, and they take the time to guide you through making the best homeowner/remodeler decisions.
