Needed a new low price qaulity bed for my elderly mother who doesnt hear well or get around well.Dustin was so nice and patient other stores once we told them our budget were rude and hurried....and still took us to most expensive beds. This was my first time going to a mattress store for a pillow, and I can’t believe I waited so long! The experience was really wonderful. Thorin at Mattress Firm greeted me immediately, asked me some great questions to narrow down what I wanted, and was quick to let my boyfriend and I try out all the options he thought best fit. They had just the pillow I was looking for (I went in for a different brand, but Thorin advised something even better), and he was kind enough to give us a discount for 2 pillows and set it up to be delivered directly to my house. Truly amazing experience, and the whole process only took 15 minutes!If you want better sleep, go there. I went in to the Mattress Firm in Bellingham on August 28, to look for a king size mattress. My wife and parents came along. We were greeted by a very friendly man named Dustin. We explained our mattress needs to him. He asked my wife and I a bunch of questions about our sleeping habits and showed us some mattresses based on our answers. We laid on a bunch of them and wound up selecting one: a nice firm Simmons Pressuresmart. Right now Mattress Firm is having a Labor Day sale. So we got a good price on it. Dustin did an outstanding job of explaining everything about the mattress, the delivery process, etc. Very happy with the whole experience-12/10-and looking forward to sleeping on the new mattress. Highly recommend this place!

I have to say we went there to buy ONE mattress and left buying TWO and we are NOT those people. lol However we rolled in on a Saturday night about 30 min before they closed. We were looking, but I was DESPERATE for my guy to get a new mattress as It felt like I was sleeping on cement with that old thing. Dustin was pretty awesome. He was super knowledgeable about the different kinds and made sure to work within our budget and not try to oversell us. He was super easy to deal with and made the whole process so much easier then I have seen so many others go through just trying to buy a mattress. This Mattress Firm has efficient, friendly, helpful service. Thorin showed me a couple different mattresses and he gave me great information about them all. Also he was really funny :) I appreciated feeling cared for as a customer and not being pressured into making any decisions. This is a great place to go as a first time mattress buyer. I didnt actually end up buying a mattress here - one thing to be aware of for any mattress shoppers at the minute is the mattress shortages. I wish Id known before trying the bed I really liked that it wouldnt get to me for months! I would recommend asking this when trying out beds. Otherwise the service here is excellent and I definitely recommend it!

I had a really stressful move and when I went in to buy a new mattress the last thing I wanted was to spend all day in a store. The Associate that helped ´me, Thorin, was quick to identify a mattress that felt like a dream to me. They have a bunch of questions they ask to narrow things down which makes the process smooth. He also educated me on some facts about sweat and mattress weight I knew nothing about … yikes.The only downside was the limited selection if you’re on a budget. I am very picky and ended up “springing” (lol) for the nicer model….a good bed is essential to good sleep which is essential to health and happiness. Don’t skimp! Though pricey, it has a 10 year warranty. They do offer multiple financing options if cost is an issue, though financing in itself can be expensive if you can’t pay it off during the interest-free period, so use your best judgement. I also got a “free” base, which costs $50 more to set up, but ultimately seems worth it. Optional warranties for everything that actually seem to have value. The warranty for the base is even refundable if I don’t have any issues with it.Good luck, sweet dreams!

My boyfriend and I went in to get a matress that would fit both of us before moving in together and neither of us had ever bought a matress before. I have had the same twin mattress for years. After hitting the gym and meeting a nice gal I finally decided to make some real changes. I went to mattress firm to get a better setup for my bedroom and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Dustin. He was extremely informative and gave me a good understanding of the different mattress and bedding options. It turned into a way more informative experience than I expected. Went to a different place and we were just laying on different mattresses telling each other how different ones felt. It’s a pretty typical mattress buying experience. My sales guy did a good job of respecting my budget parameters and not doing a hard sell. But still, just overhearing some of the other sales, you feel like you’re in a car dealership. Everything is negotiable so you never know if you’re getting a good deal. I hate that business model, so I’m glad I only have to do it once every 8-10 years.

We went to this Mattress Firm not knowing what we were looking for in a bed or all of the different types they have. We had been to a couple of other furniture and mattress stores but the salespeople or environment were...not the best, to put it shortly.Dustin helped us figure out what we like and explained everything in great detail. I won’t lie, the retailers were really wonderful, however, we had to replace our bed because it was a “dud” and after the bed was replaced our frame we got from them was completely not sturdy and they broke a picture on my wall without leaving any note or informing us of it.
