Battery kept dieing first was told need new battery. but battery was new still under warranty took back to store they tested it and was fine. Called Dave he said sorry cant anything till he gets new battery so I bought a new battery and drive it to him then after all that it was a relay in my trunk repair cost $200 + $125 for second battery all for a $10 relay

Davis is awesome literally awesome. I called them about a parking break malfunction and Sam the head technician literally saw me the same day I called didnt charge for the diagnostic check even told me he would only charge me an hour to test it because it shouldnt take longer than that and when I spoke to Davis about the price once we got it figured out I told him I would get paid Tuesday and he literally said no problem anytime Tuesday. This is a shop thats not out to gouge you or make that quick buck, they arent going to scam you they will tell you what it is how much and its honest work. I appreciate u guys!!! Davis Automotive couldnt be bothered to properly reassemble my truck. After checking their work I found missing and improperly torqued nuts and bolts. Also vacuum, pcv AND coolant lines with the hose clamps dangling/ not secured all the way. I wouldnt trust these clowns to fix up a PB&J.

I have had them do a few jobs on my Dodge Ram. They do good work at fare & competitive prices. Good communication from customer service.

My engine suddenly started smoking, and I knew Davis Automotive was near my house, so I took it there. I just moved here, so I didnt have an established mechanic, but I do now! I discovered coolant dripping onto my engine causing the smoke. I told Davis this, and they determined that the water pump went out. They got my car fixed within hours of me randomly walking through the door! They were even patient when I had to pay using cash, and three different debit cards(I wasnt getting paid until the next day, so I was scrounging). The best part, was that they didnt try to sell me on anything other than the water pump. Great service! Will be bringing my other vehicle in for breaks soon!

Super place to go if your car needs repairs. Had my Mercedes Benz S550 get a 4 wheel alignment and after taxes, etc., it was like only $65. Great work and Great prices!! All my oil changes are done here too. Best place in NW Washington for Mercedes!!!

I brought my car here and got my breaks done. They were honest and fast! The price was really good and they gave me a couple days to pay it because it was so badly needed. Which being a mom I really. Appreciated. Dropped my car off in the afternoon got it back the next day and paid my bill two days later very happy with the work and will be going back there for any other work I will need done in the future!

So I was purchasing a vehicle from a locap dealership and the truck was brought here for a pre purchase inspection. I was in contact with the mechanic and we went over a list of things that I wanted to ask. They were very vague about answering my questions. They assured me that nothing was wrong with the truck, no frame rust no loose nuts or bolts. Whatever have you.Exactly one week later, I had the truck frame inspected by Toyota and they informed me that the frame would need to be replaced, thankfully this was still under warranty. Davis mechanic told me not to worry about it. OK. The following morning I was driving to work and my left rear wheel and tire flew completely off the truck (I was going 37 in a 35mph zone, no bumps, no potholes). They obviously didnt do a thorough job of inspecting the truck. Everything came off. Shouldnt a mechanic who is inspecting a vehicle make sure that all the nuts and bolts were securely fastened?

Best privately owned shop in town for automotive repairs. Reasonable rates and doesnt tell you youre in need of something you are not in need of.

Not sure if I trust his ethics. I bring my vehicle in for brake pads and rotor replacement with a quote for $90 to switch them out (labor only). He asks if my calipers are good; I am caught off guard by the question because Ive never heard of calipers needing replacement. He says not to worry I will call you if there is a problem. He calls to tell me my calipers are bad and require replacement, the cost is $750. He has a policy to not turn the key to the owner if the vehicle is unsafe to drive by his standard, he will insist you tow it away. This could be something every mechanic does, but, its the first time Ive encountered it. I paid for the work, it was quality work. The reason I say Im not sure about his ethics is because my brake fluid was never low. I did visit him with my vehicle on the lift and I saw the caliper was wet with fluid.To Davis Auto: I recommend allowing owners to drive what you deem as an unsafe vehicle (if they so choose). Have them sign a waiver releasing liability. Otherwise, it feels like entrapment and leaves your customer with a feeling of shifty business.

Wonderful service! Cant give these guys enough props for how quick and easy they made my battery issue go.

Rip off... They charge $90 for a vehicle inspection... Literally all they did was plug the vehicle computer in and test for active codes... Obviously there were none because the check engine light was off. This took 2-hours, a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this shop for pre-purchase inspections. Other mechanics will do a more through job for a much cheaper rate. RIP OFF

Poor customer service. Left me waiting for four hours and failed to even touch my van. When I returned he took it right in and then increased his estimate for the same work three fold. He tried to do a bait and switch on me. I would not recommend Davis Automotive to anyone I liked.
