I wasn’t sure what to expect buying my first canopy, but it was pretty fantastic. We had an issue with the first one that came in and they re-ordered/re-installed. Always kind and understanding. After getting a fiberglass splinter off the first one we made sure to get carpet in the replacement (make sure your canopy has carpet inside, I didn’t think it was important…it is). We are so happy with the LEER canopy we chose and want to thank Aaron for his excellent customer service!

Went in needing T locks for our truck cap. Had tried online elsewhere for over a week and couldnt get them in time. I went in on a hope and a prayer that they would have the parts I needed. They had the ones for the back but none in stock for the side window so they built one for me out of parts. The customer service was top notch! Cant thank this team enough for going the extra mile for me.

After pricing similar caps (across different brands) ended up purchasing at Rain Cap. I liked the shape of the LEER and the customer service was on point. I’ve Purchased a few things for my truck from these guys. This time I was buying a cargo box for the wife’s car. The guys had the cargo box on the car and I was out the door in probably 20 minutes or less. Always great customer service here and I like spending my money locally. If you’re looking for any car or truck accessories give these guys a call first. They have quite the impressive stock of different accessories.

Bc of covid it took a while to get canopy, not at fault of this establishment. The owners are on site daily and working there butts off to get people there products.Sweet people and hard working!I recommend a canopy service and stoping for lots of truck and car accessories! I didnt know how much was in there showroom till we went in for a canopy, but they have so much more from hitches, to slide covers, to steps and more. I will go back

Just spoke to a woman and she was not very helpful, normally you can give make.model year and get a quote just for weather tech mats and seat covers but she said No they have to.see the vehicle! Everyone else I called gave me quote off the bat. I guess they dont really need the business 🤷

I had Rain-Cap outfitted my work truck in 2011. It was great service then. Today I had then install a 5th wheel hitch. I went to 5 other places to ask about information and prices on a 5th wheel hitch. None of them spent anytime to ask me questions or even explained to me what was needed. Arron at Rain-Cap took his time and explained everything to me. The price and time to install was exactly what he quoted me. 2nd time dealing with Rain-Cap is a pleasure. I am from Vancouver Canada. BTW the install was top notch.

Not sure how this place stays open. Have called in on a couple occasions, and it seems like if you have a question, you should have never called. They seem to only want people to place orders to fill their pocket, and are not interested in helping people out. I was calling to see if there were some accessories and work to be done on different caps, and they werent interested unless you dish out thousands to them for a new cap. They could have simply said that it wasnt possible and ended the conversation simply but twice they have hung up on me, and I am not sure why they think that this is okay as a business practice. Your business is not special, in that your services can be found in any of the surrounding cities, so it would be wise to treat potential customers with a bit of common courtesy. Strongly recommend making the drive to work with someone better.

I had my own parts for these guys to install and they were not only willing to do it, they did an excellent job and were friendly. Defiantly going to be my first stop for truck accessories. (Front bumper, front receiver and dashboard)

Havent needed them to help me with much but they carry the best wiper blades ever. Get PIAA wipers for all your cars. They are amazing. Rain-cap seems to be the only place in town that carries them and they have all 3 styles. I use the original Super Silicon, they seem pricey but these guys also carry the refill blades so when your wipers get streaky you can just get new blades to put in. No messing around with clips and a whole lot less wasteful being that your only throwing away rubber and not all that metal.

Not sure if they thought I was a dumb millenial or something but the staff here treated me very rudely, were pushy before, during and after the sale, and even bad-mouthed me to each other while I was speaking to them on the phone and they had apparently placed me on hold. Im very sorry for any grievance you guys at Rain-Cap believe I committed towards you, but your behavior was unacceptable and youve lost my business. Please treat other customers better.

Hope for the hopeless. Purchased an awesome 15 year old S-10 perfect in every detail except for the fascia that covers the gasket on the canopys rear door. They actually had all the discontinued parts in stock. Im very pleased.
