The staff were super helpful. My heater wasnt working, and they had suggestions for getting it working again and even showed me some things to try.

Customer service is definitely lacking. Not very helpful, I expected more from Napa. I knew more about what they had on their shelves than they did.

I had quite a few lights in my car come on all at once and they were the closest to my location. I’d never been to Napa before today, but I will be coming back. Ryan was very helpful and he explained everything in a way I was able to understand. He didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I don’t know much about cars and tell me a bunch of bs or try to make me buy a bunch of unnecessary things for my car either. 10/10 experience and I left feeling way better than when I came in. They saw me pulling in one minute before closing, ran to door to assure me they were still open, and then stayed a few minutes late and missing the start of the super bowl. They didnt have what I needed out front but knew just where to find it in the back. Bravo, great service.

I brought in a really (1.5 volt) dead battery for disposal so I could buy a new one, guy behind the counter asked if he could have it for a few days to try to revive it. Sure, why not, nothing to lose. Day and a half later he calls me up and says its good to go. This guy put a day and a half of work into fixing my battery so I didnt have to buy a new one, five star customer service if I have ever seen it.

I was surprised, alot of made in USA stuff, prices were right, people were knowledgeable, not a bunch of kids, I will continue to use them

I stopped going there because when I got a fan clutch it was supposed to be reverse thread. Took forever to get the old one off because we were going by the one we were sold. They tried to give me another one with the same direction. Went to OReilly and they asked whether reverse or not and bought it there

Unhelpful, unfriendly, and I am unlikely to return. Walked in said hello, only to be greeted by five blank faces. Repeated myself upon closing the distance. Still nothing. Being the only potential customer, it seemed i was inconvenient to them. No niceties, or how can i help you, nada. Ive detected a trend with Napa; exorbitant prices, incompetence, and a general unwillingness to actually assist. Will not be giving this one my patronage. Sorry for disturbing your computer time Nappy guys.

Bellinghams hidden gem. This store is my go to for years now. They have the parts in stock almost all the time when I go there. They help me with advice when I need it. The service is great with short lines and knowledgeable staff. Their facility is clean and tidy. Great location close to freeway ramps.

They seem to be the best pars store in town, yet still do your homework before you buy anyplace. Just had them suggest I cut an exhaust gasket for use in my vehicle as they didnt have the right size.. I almost lost a finger trying to cut it, and it doesnt work after cutting... they should know better than to give this kind of advise! Other than that one off.. they are very helpful and usually get you what you came in for or let you know who in town might have it.

I had a great experience there. I was an aggravated girl trying to roll down the highway with bad windshield wipers,making a tricky commute much worse. I go into NAPA, no line (bonus) the gentleman at the desk receives me,gets the wipers,asks if he can install them for me,he does this,I pay and off I go!! Go out of their way to make sure you have the right part. Example: went in today for a parking light bulb. Clerk actually went out to the car to make sure it was the right one. Installed it while he was looking. No extra charge. Exceptional service!

My son bought a used car this weekend. In it was a NAPA battery that was punched out as being purchased in January of 2014. The battery went bad and will not charge. It is July of 2014. They told him that without the paperwork they will not warranty the battery. Nice! This is why I buy Interstate Batteries.

NAPA employees are the nicest and most knowledgeable in town. SCHUCKS or OReilly or whatever that other auto parts store is called now, is packed full of jerks. Shop NAPA only. Christmas, Valentines Day, whatever you need they know how to get it done RIGHT. NAPA RIGHT.

I bought a whole new brake set for my car. Calipers, pad, rotors and new lines from NAPA. It was time. I only went with NAPA because where I lived before they were the only ones around within a moderate distance.I went through about 8 months after purchasing the brake kit and both of the front remanufactured cailpers started leaking through the piston boot all over the brake pads, rotors, my wheels and tires. Went in to warranty the calipers and the now saturated brake pads and all seemed ok. I also bought some brake fluid and a can of brake parts cleaner.Until I was rang up at the register....I was in shock at the price thinking he overcharged me for the fluids I was buying. Then he explains how the pads are not defective under warranty even though they are now unusable being saturated in brake fluid from the defective calipers they sold me. So I have to buy a whole new set of brake pads because of it even though the ones I took back were nearly brand new. Money I dont really have.Im not going to curse and rant like some people. Im merely giving you a perspective of what WAS a good experience from NAPA that turned sour when it came to a warranty.I will not be using NAPA any time soon.If you want a good warranty against issues like this go to AUTOZONE.

Bought a starter for our Suburban here. Got home to Blaine (30 minute drive) and installed it. Turned the ignition and Nothing! After much troubleshooting I pulled it and installed one from OReillys (cost $25 less than Napa) and it started on the first try! This isnt the first time Ive had brand new Napa parts fail on me but it will be the last! I got a refund for what I paid for the starter but wasted an hour driving round trip to return it plus about 2 or 3 hours installing the faulty starter, troubleshooting it and then removing it.

This store has a large inventory of parts as compared to most stores up here. The service there tends to be nice, if not a little transactional but cant complain too much if they got what you need.
