The store was fine but the phone repair service is a joke.Not only did they just straight up lie about not being able to replace a battery without also replacing the speaker (which cost more) they didn’t even have a speaker in stock so they just sent me somewhere else. Thankfully that place was 100% more helpful to get the job done and even called them (Best BuyPhone repairs) out for not knowing what they’re talking about since that’s not the first time people have been sent over because of random reasons that make no sense.I really doubt this location has an apple certification and I’m glad I wasn’t given the opportunity to spend unneeded money on a new battery and a new speaker.

Our laptop recently died so we went to Best Buy to purchase a new one. We have their service plan so we thought it best to get the new laptop with them.We purchase it with out issue.The clerk was wonderful. He told us to go over to the service counter so we could get the data off of the old computer transferred to the new one.Great.There were zero customers at the service counter. Walked up to the clerk working the counter and asked if he could transfer the data. He asked if we had an appointment, we said no we came over to him as directed by his coworker. he told us he could not help us as we had no appointment.I understand having an appointment policy, I do, we only walked over to him because we were directed to. He told us he could not help us because we had no appointment. We asked when the next appointment was, it wasnt for two hours. we asked if he was currently helping anyone who had an appointment, he said no. There were no scheduled appointments untill later.Um okay. Since you have no scheduled appointments and are not currently helping someone, can you check in our computer to later perform a data transfer?Nope, we didnt have an appointment.He would not help us with anything.Fine, we decided to return the computer and take our business elsewhere.He checked in the computer.The next day, with an appointment, we went to pick up the lap top. We s hi owed up 10 minutes early. When asked if we could pick up the computer we were asked if we had an appointment. YES we do sir. He looked up out info and proceeded to inform us that we were 10 minutes early.Seriously!?No paperwork or processing was required all we needed was for him to hand us our laptop. When asked if he was seriously going to have us stand there for ten minutes just to hand us our laptop he went into the back room and did not ot return for 15 minutes. Then, handed us our laptop.Thanks.

Didnt buy yet, but it is nice to have a brick and mortar store to go to where you can browse and compare the look and feel of different equipment. We were checking out laptops for school. I did find out that the store gives a discount on laptops for students, so big thumbs up for that! Good selection of laptops. They mustve had 25 set up for customers to handle.

Good Guys,particularly Geek Squad has saved me and my computer from computer disasters, printer ordeals,password puzzles and the latest in stream line hacking. I know enough about computers to be very dangerous, forging ahead when caution should be taken. I have found having Geek Squad in my tool belt just makes me feel a lot more secure-not uneasy and queasy. They have successfully gotten me out of all the messes Ive gotten into,well worth full tech support for us non- computer genius types.

Got this awesome tv yesterday, unfortunately the staff did not pack up all the materials. Have been trying for 24-hours to get the correct plug in for the power. The first time we drove back admittedly, they were closing and had just rolled down the doors. The second time they gave us a plug that was not correct Poor service and they give you a business card but the store isnt taking phone calls. Ive driven there 3 times now. If it werent for them being a national brand I dont know that this location would be in business. Probably best to order online and have it shipped.

Usually all these stores are the same, ask a question...get pointed to a section of the store. Well this store got a rating because on of the employees followed up and found we actually needed another item as well. She went and grabbed one for us. Definitely kudos for their customer service!

I called in to Citi Bank and it took 34 minutes to get an answer to a simple question. First person had an accent I tried hard to understand but could not. Not her fault she tried hard but wasnt able to communicate. The second person could not find my account. Kept asking question after question to verify. Made me feel as Id he was taking notes to steal my identity. (Im sure he wasnt but feeling is the same). The final person answered my question and found my account immediately. Trust is down. Train your representatives better. A $700 discrepancy is not a small amount.

This place is awesome! I dont think Ive ever seen such a massive selection of phones, tablets, fitness trackers, fridges, washers, dryers and everything!!And I was blown away at the computer section! Its hard to find a store that even sells desktop computers these days, but this place has a huge selection of not only desktops, but monitors of every size, even gaming mechanical keyboards, gaming laptops and at least 7 or 8 different kinds of computer microphones! It literally has everything youre going to want in electronics and more!

The young man with the blue hair was very helpful. He didnt sell me stuff I didnt need. There is a hard drive that fits directly into the motherboard. I wasnt sure if I had a slot available, so rather than sell it right to me without questions, he encouraged me to check the manual. I have been similarly helped by others. Great customer service!

Geek squad really tried to do the data transfer but bc it was a MacBook they weren’t able to but the fact that they tried meant a lot. Then they refunded me. Annnd then I thought that they scratched it but they were able to wipe it off and were super understanding. I felt like one of this customers that are naggy but they were so kind and helpful I just had to give them a 5 star review as a thank you.They also spent all the time I needed answering questions honestly. They didn’t push purchases on me and they told me not to go for the more expensive model. They were just honest and candid which is nice from a salesperson. Just really thankful for them. Ive dealt with the store manager several times about bad clearance products that dont work, services in their car audio division they wont perform, etc. The lack of customer service from the stores manager is astounding. On at least 3 occasions, Ive caught him in either lies or his employees trying to cover up policy to not schedule me for an appointment for vehicle installation or defective products sold as clearance. Worst Best Buy Ive ever shopped at and would not go back unless I was picking up an order or it was an emergency. Otherwise, Ill buy from a reputable retailer/store who stands behind their products or actually does what they advertise to install. 2-3 months out for an install is unacceptable, just because their labor rate is cheap 🙄 pathetic.

Great customer service, Horrible inventory. Sat on the phone for just over an hour on 2 different phone calls (yes I am aware its black friday) to be informed that they cant ship the TV i was trying to buy to anywhere in my area not even to the store because its not available in my area. Best Buy I straight up want to spend money at your stores and you just sale blocked yourself because you are not willing to ship a TV to my area. Good job! Do better!

Horrendous phone support although this isn’t unique to Best Buy. If you call a business and it takes 5 minutes making selections before they will even connect you to a representative then you wait on hold for countless minutes and never actually get through there is a major system problem. It isn’t the volume of customers that is the issue it’s the lack of the companies ability to provide adequate support. Having said that the in store representatives have always been helpful and courteous.

The first guy who helped me was no help at all, we went to buy a phone but he didnt give us any information. We got home and realized we didnt know how to set up the phone and transfer the info. I had the best experience with the mobile department at my last visit. What should have been a quick and easy process was made into an almost 3 hour horror show due to a Verizon authorized dealer on Sunset Dr. in Bellingham, who had tried to authorize purchases on my account the day before, without my knowledge or consent and then have it shipped to HIS store! Best Buy got everything resolved with amazing professionalism and tons of patience... and also for $500 cheaper! I always come here to buy my electronics because of the associates experience, knowledge, and above all else, truthfulness since they dont work for a commission! Best Buy also has a great price matching program, customer rewards, sweet deals, and The Geek Squad..just in case our devices are having issues.They now have another loyal customer for life as long as they maintain their spectacular customer service, which so far, I have experienced pretty much every single time shopping in their store!!

Easy in and out. I was looking for thermal paste and I found it with ease with no assistance needed. Numerous brands to choose from and priced very well. Used a gift card I had received a few months earlier when purchasing my girlfriends tablet for her birthday. All in all it couldnt have gone better. Its nice to see good prices other than online and having to wait for shipping. Im an American and I dont want to wait; I want it now. 😷

I took in my computer which was having problems. I went to speak to the person at the Geek desk. They didnt listen but did get a sales person. Sales person went right to a computer that was to solve my problems. The sales pitch was given at a very high velocity using terms I didnt know. The computer I was being sold was not in stock but I could go to Burlington to get it. The sales person rang up the charges and put me on the mailing list. I walked away. It was not about serving the customer. It was all about getting the sale.

The gentleman that I waited patiently to help me (he was busy talking about how he couldnt wait to get off work and get drunk). I was looking to buy a prepaid cell phone. I asked him which ones were the cheapest (due to having to budget) he informed me the cheapest ones wear sold out and he didnt know when they would get another shipment in. He then proceeded to tell me that they had a couple of cell phones that were unlocked. I didnt get my hopes up and asked him if they had a certain one that I had my eye on. He told me hed have to check but he doubted they had it in stock. He walked off to check band I stood there for almost 15 mins, I them proceeded to walk up to the counter to see if they had it or not. He rudely informed me that they didnt have it and that they only had two phones left

Almost impossible to get assistance, asked for help told by team member they would get someone for that department, 15 minutes later went upfront to ask for help again. Fifteen more minutes later called store asked for manager told they would try but manager did not answer phone earlier for another customer. But they did finally send help back after more than thirty minutes trying get it. Very poor customer service!

I got new speakers installed and within months the front speakers and sound started to go out when driving or making any slight turns, as if the wiring was loose. I ended up taking my car to a specialized car audio shop and after having my car looked at, I found out that the Best Buy installation team didnt even mount the speakers and didnt wire anything properly. It looked as though the BB Team plugged in the speakers and shoved the wiring into the doors and did an incomplete job. Pretty bummed because the speakers + installation was expensive and was not cheap to have fixed and re-wired. In addition, the BB Team didnt even mention that with my cars technology package, the speakers I purchased werent fully compatible with my cars amplifier and thus the front door speakers werent even plugged in, it was just the center speaker that was giving out noise. Shaking my head in dissapointment...

The only reason I bought my GoPro at Best Buy was for the exchange program, where you didnt have to wait for weeks of shipping to get a refurb.Best Buy changed their policy regarding this and now plays games with shipping, refurbs and wasting time, but the employees kept repeating the new policy like they couldnt grasp the bait and switch being pulled.When you build good will people purchase more from you, when you sell one thing then deliver another you get the opposite.

Received a 32 inch TV in April got the protection plan TVs has a line that’s going down the side of it. Call Best Buy store and they said you will have to call the geek squad. Call geek squad and after being on hold for 45 minutes they come on and say oh no we don’t pick up anything smaller than a 40 inch TV. You just go into the store and I’ll trade it out for a new one because it’s a small TV. Call the store back and I had to set up by appointment . Appointment was two weeks out. I go in today with the TV and the geek squad’s telling me that they have to send the TV for repair. I Let them know what geek squad told me. And I said that wasn’t right. And said I would have to wait 2 to 6 weeks for the TV to try to get repaired. It’s $130 TV LOL. After going over with them about this several times they finally gave me A card with a TV price on it and the prorated insurance. Because the TV was only two months old. Come home and try to call customer service. To let them know the geek squad in the store get squad are not communicating. And that’s a two hour wait. I’m in the back in the day when Best Buy was one of the best customer service stores you could find. Pray that’s not true anymore.
