On this visit I picked up a brand new Portofino Stone Top Side Table that retails for $279. Habitat Restore price...$40!

Poor customer service. Manager Brian did not go above and beyond to provide great customer service. As a previous customer service representative some people are unwilling to be helpful. Too bad.

Did community service there and noticed that the majority of the employees steal the donations or go to the Register to pay $1 for items that are valued Hundreds or have there families come in and take all the good items for $1 dollar

Absolutely a great place to look for and find some fantastic furniture at fair prices. I’m always surprised at the unique items I come across every time I visit. I’ve seen a very old bedroom set that looked as if it came from a gothic 18th century castle . At the same time, another set made of solid cherry wood and very expensive and ornate agate tops on the end tables and dresser . All at unbelievable prices...if you have a place and taste for them, a real deal!

I visited here for the 1st time and I will be back. There are a lot of new items here and some used items. The prices are great!! I was looking for bunk beds. They had a brand new one all put together but it had already been sold and for an excellent price. They have cabinetry, beds, dining room tables, light fixtures, washers and dryers, exercise equipment and a lot more. I love these stores. They are to me better than outlet stores and for sure better than the Goodwill.

I wish I knew of this place when I started on my first home yrs ago!!

The gentleman brought our item from the back to the register, but left and did not help two ladies to the car. Then it took over 15mins for someone to acknowledge us that we were still waiting for help to our vehicle. Then they had a young lady roll it out with still no help to put it in our vehicle.

This is a hit and miss location. You can find bargains daily. Customer service is outstanding. I found my shutters, sofa and end tables here. End tables were still sealed in the box.

I ordered online and was able to come in and it was easy to pick up. They have great pieces at great prices. But things tend to go fast!!

I purchased a twin size bed, paid for it and put a Hold sign with my name on it, went back to pick up the bed and they sold the item to another person. Habitat did not follow their own in-store process and procedures!

Good re-store. Since the stock is always changing, you never know what you will find. Definitely a good stop to shop for something unique or to re-purpose when working on your home. There is an added benefit of knowing any purchases you make from this location will help the mission of Habitat for Humanity. Plenty of parking here too. Just look out for the birds that have taken up residence inside and occasionally buzz over your head. They sometimes leave deposits along their flight-path.

Customer service was great . I bought the item online and the pick up was fast and easy . The line to go inside the store was kind of long due to limiting the number of people inside the store . They have good items for 1/2 the price .

People are very helpful and openly knowledgeable. Its quite organized and you know where to walk to find your stuff if youve been there couple of times. Things also change fast. You can find good deals if nobody steals it yet.

Habitat was OVERPRICED!!!! A very simple metal chair was $125.00 !!!!!!

I go at least once a week, sometimes the pricing is off but keep in mind volunteers sometimes price things so just ask at the front and theyll tell you if its right or not. If its right and to much, keep going back to check if its on sale you never know when stuff is going to be marked down at this one - thats what makes it fun. I installed beautiful baseboards I made from their molding section, this one has the best selection. The staff is great and very helpful.

Used to love the place. Prices were good and staff was helpful and friendly, but now they are asking 300$ for a used donated ottoman? It wasnt a mistake it was priced that high. I asked. The prices are just way over the top now and some staff are not so eager to help anymore. What happened habitat? Used to love ya now I dont even think I want to be aquatinted with you any longer.😒

I never find anything of value. To much furniture and everything is expensive. I go over once in a while to see if there are any good deals but i end up going to Home Depot because it is less money and new.I would not doubt the employees place a high price on good items that way they do not sell, then they get first dibs.That is the norm for all.

Great store. Found appliances, solid wood flooring, and furniture at unbelievably low prices. I can really stretch my remodel budget here. The manager, Ian, is very helpful as are the rest of the staff. I love the text msg discounts.

This Habitst for Humanity Re Store is a cut above the rest. The staff and volunteers are wonderful. The store is very clean, neat and organized. The manager Ian is very helpful, polite and funny...

No longer a good deal. The habitat for humanity restores were once a great place to shop, you could get great deals on almost everything they had, but now theyve raised the prices on almost everything they have. Some items are priced just as high as if they were carried brand new at home Depot or Lowes.

Always fun shopping here.

Service at this location needs improvement. I understand this is mostly donations and volunteer based but you are still paying for a service or goods. Had an issue with old paint. Had an argument with the manager about said paint. They did not want to exchange it because that is purchased by Habitat but they dont know how you can contact the maker. Makes it seem as in your gambling for your good. I purchased 6 gallons and 1 was bad, you can be sure I paid a few bucks more and went to Home Depot for my additional paints.

Decent selection of used items. Prices are high unless you can catch it when they are trying to get rid of stuff. I prefer Goodwill.

This place has a lot of furniture. Not much of anything else except junk most of the time. Prices are way too high when you consider its all donated to them. They dont have to make a killing off the stuff.

I love their customer service and support for the community..They have lots of New and used appliances, furniture, kitchen, and much more to mentioned!! I highly recommend if your looking to remodel like a Superstar and save wisely!!

Great employees and love to shop there every two to three days. Prices are getting a little high but love the place.

Off and on, this place has good items with good prices, most of the time prices are fair, occasionally as my experience was, prices are ridiculously and stubbornly high, two used items I was ready to purchase, their price was just shy to the price of a new one, not a good idea, dont feel bad to just leave that stuff there and forget about it. A lame explanation to reasoning was also at play from management itself.

Great place to pick up great bargains! Stoves, refrigerators, sofas and carpets. Even clothing and housewares. However, one of the employees Ms. Gail doesnt give good customer service,she tends to snatch things away. She yells at other employees and customers too.

Ian the manager is bad with court volunteers. You talk to him and he clearly doesnt understand basic English. If he is wrong he will act like he doesnt understand. I recommend you dont do your hours here. He will slave you and treat you like he is better than everyone. Bad manger equals bad business. Dont do business here!!!!

I was looking for a lamp and found a good brass lamp at the store on Artesia in Long Beach. They have furniture, building materials, tools, things to use rehabbing, decorating etc. People who work there are nice.

I went in on Sunday 1/15 and got a deal on a 5 ft window it got it for $54!!!! The manager in charge was great and friendly. I went in today 1/17 and tried to buy a 3 ft window the manager in charge was charging me $45 which didnt make sense since it was much smaller. I told him that a day before I got a bigger one for $50 and he didnt care he was the only male manager in charge. Horrible customer service! Dont recommend going there at all the manager acted as if he was the owner of the place.

Great place to find used furniture and remnant building materials. I go at least once a month to see what they have. Oh and beniffits a great cause.

The place DOES NOT look any closer to the pictures shown. I wish it did. Some prices are ridiculous. I was looking for a door. They should measure and write it on, so people don’t have to figure out how to do it themselves when it is so packed.

Way too expensive for a resale store. Some stuff cost just as much as it would new. Im sure theres a good deal here and there, but the store in Torrance is more reasonable.

Whoever prices at this location needs a reality check. Trash doesnt warrant a $250 price tag..probably the worse location in the greater Los Angeles area including Orange county. I saw a glass table with scratches on sale for $250 and thought to myself is this a glitch in the matrix or is the manager an idiot. Terrible
