Parking is a nightmare. The staff was very knowledgeable however they were out of a few things and were very busy which is understandable.

Omg! They recommended the waffle churros bites with the dulce de leche - it is amazingly delicious! I have seen this place plenty of times, but my son went and wanted to go again - and man oh man! Sooooo good!

Pretty good for what you get. Im not extremely blown away because it seems like the products consist of a lot of filler...For example, the shake I got came with two ice cream flavors, two toppings, and a drizzle. Id say the shake was about 40% ice cream and 60% toppings, which made what I was eating taste like a sickly sweet cereal (many/most of the toppings are cereals).I rate it 4 stars since the ingredients themselves all tasted great, despite the extreme sweetness. I may be biased since this was my first time there, perhaps this item just wasnt the one for me. May be back to try the boba.

Excellent 👌 place to go if you are craving for ice cream, I mean delicious creamy taste real freshly flavor ice cream. I took my family and they loved it so much that we now go back every time we craving for ice cream.Excellent customer service, Very clean and smells really so good. Definitely a MUST TRY!!! Literally every item we ordered on the menu was amazingly BOMB.. The customer service was soo good, they made us laugh and it was so welcoming. Yall gotta try the Churro Waffle Sandwich with whatever fav ice cream of your choice, TRUST it will not disappoint. Owner was super cool and again a must try spot for ice cream. 10/10!

Completely ripped off. Ordered on door dash and they include a bunch of toppings. I figured ok, 10$ a pint it now makes sense if they hook you up with toppings. I got my order with some plain peanut butter and cereal.... Seriously? So i called them back and they are aware of the problem but offer no solution or write a message on doordash. The ice cream with 2 toppings is not worth it. Horrible customer service, product and price. First and last time buying this garbage

Best ice cream around town. Must try with the waffles! We drove home 15min away and the waffles were not soggy at all everything was delicious and beautifully displayed. Definitely, going back for more.

My family and I stopped by for some ice cream, and the employee was not welcoming at all, on his phone while we were ordering, and not a help to our questions either. Waffle makers were dirty and he didn’t wash his hands before prepping not to mention Covid is around. Employee was going back and forth from his phone to the food station and had his gloves on while using the phone and prepping food. Ice cream was good but customer service was not which is unfortunate.

I placed an order online and they gave us all the wrong flavor. A flavor I can’t even eat but they didn’t want to replace it after I showed them the screenshot of what I ordered. I don’t usually give bad reviews but I don’t think it was right that they didn’t want to take responsibility for their website glitches or mistakes.

They have smaller cups if you’re just wanting a little something sweet and that have large waffle + icecream options if you’re feeling ambitious.The quarantine family pack is a good deal with a little bit for everyone with 4 scoops of icecream and 4 waffles.

We went to Cravings on Saturday afternoon with the family because of the reviews I’ve read and let me tell you they were right 👍🏽. This was some of the most delicious ice cream we’ve had with tasty but not overly sweet combinations. One of my kids got the Cookie Monster which was super delish, my oldest got the Strawberry cheesecake shake, yum! My son got the Macadamia with waffles..wow! I had to have the frozen lemonade with watermelon, Tajín and Chamoy! Mmmmmm! Went with the intention to support small business in my community but turned out to be a win-win! Great customer service. Good job Cravings!! We will most definitely be back soon.

The best lil ice cream shop in bellflower. We walked in and Carlos was very welcoming, he showed us the menu and help us pick out what we wanted.
