I purchased tires from American Tire Depot in 2018 when they were located on Rosecrans(best deal around, even beating the local mom and pop shops at the time which I always check first). Today I visited the Alondra location and had my tires rotated and balanced. Since theyre nearing the end of their tread life, the manager also gave me a quote for a new set that was comparable to the ones I had, which I enjoyed. The manager was friendly, and engaging. No fluff or filler. I will keep coming back.
I went to get my tire check because I kept getting a low tire pressure reading.I soon as in was waking in, I recieved a upsetting phone call so I was distracted as I walked in and the gentleman Edward noticed. I told him I just had a bad phone call and I went to have a seat in the indoor area. Later they found a nail in the tire and when I went to pay for the service, Edward said it was on him and that he hope I have a better day!!!! Wow!!!!! that was so unexpected and thoughtful. When I run across people like this it warm my ❤. Apparently he is not only a good business man but a understanding compassionate soul. Oh I got another nail in my tires a few later and he took care of it again. Edward has won my trust and when I need to purchase more tires I will definitely be coming to him. Thank You

The price was amazing, I was able to work with the price and get the tires I was looking for, and get a good price on them too. I was given the warranty and super pleased. Took before and after photos and , the car was looking, feeling and drove like a beast after. Got all 4 tires and they saved me from a torn tired from the inside, couple nails on the other and the 3rd tire had a big bubble/lump on it. I will diffently return when these tires are ready to be changed! Cant beat these prices!
Edward demonstrated subpar customer service and lacked professionalism. I have experienced better customer service at a used car dealership. Here is some advice you should take coming from a seasoned salesman who has sold countless “car related” warranties over a span of 10+ years. You should not belittle your customers if they decide not to add the warranty on the tires considering you haven’t made a decent attempt to build rapport with your customer. Focus on qualifying your customers first by asking them questions related to the type of commute that the vehicle will be used for such as personal use, or a company car, etc. and maybe even give first hand accounts about previous replacement issues instead of trying to intimidate the customer into buying the warranty. I will be reaching out to the District Manager Ever Cruz regarding this experience as this location may need to undergo a store audit.

Great service! Fred was very helpful he helped me find the right tires for my car. Plus, they have a great promo right now. I compared pricing from Costco Tires and American Tire Depot had better rates. It didn’t take them long have my car ready either. I would definitely come back!

I came from out of town to visit my daughter. She came to meet me but had a nail in her tire, it was one more thing to add to life. Not knowing whether it could be repaired, and then on top of that, the car was having some electrical issues. I was able to bring it in to American tire depot, and Edward came out to meet us and assured us hed look into it and take care of it.. I am sure he was a dad too. He was a real person to us, not a salesman.Within the hour they had done the electrical check and had repaired 2 nail holes and inspected the tires. No pressure to sell tires and there was no charge for the battery/ alternator test and repair of 2 nails. The service and lack of charge took a great deal of load off of my daughter. I certainly will be looking to them for future tire service and purchase. Thank you Edward.

These guys are amazing! Came in because my tire pressure light came on, they found a nail and patched in less then 10 minutes. They where all super friendly also great dad jokes. Definitely coming back for some tires when I need some.
Mixed thoughts...I bought tires here recently and though I didnt get the tires I wanted (out of stock) and purchased some other brand that was ok. After looking at my bill and what was advertised online was different. I ended up paying more than advertised. I realized this later after looking around for another set of tires from the same company. Then, after my tires were installed and I wanted to make sure my cars computer was reset on my tire sensors. So, I asked the mechanic about it and he had no idea what I was talking about. That is disturbing. A mechanic that has no knowledge of a modern cars tire sensor. Makes me wonder how they hire mechanics. I knew more than he did and explained that he needed to use a scan tool to reset the sensors that most tire shops should have. However, he was clueless. I smell backyard mechanics. I am a retired mechanic and if another mechanic has no idea what a tire sensor is, then what does say about the company.

I made an appointment to visit them tomorrow for a tire repair, but wanted to go in-person the same day to see if they could fit me in, as well as get a quote for a set of new tires (instead of the patch) and brakes. I was in and out in less the 10 minutes--not because they fixed the tire quickly, but because the front desk guy was so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to me that I got out of there and went somewhere else to fix the tire.

The staff at American Tire Depot in Bellflower were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I ordered my tires online and they were ready the next day which was impressive. The prices cannot be beat by the big box tire stores. However my experience was not worthy of a higher rating. Service was incredibly slow even with an appointment. After an hour of waiting I asked for my keys back, so that I could leave because they had not even started on my car. They said they would take it in immediately. Which they did, but it sat for 15 minutes and it took the guy an hour to change the tires.The excuse was that they did not have enough staff working due to breaks and lunches etc. Once they finished the tires they hand me the keys and said that they would be unable to perform the wheel alignment because the alignment guy was going to lunch and it would be another hour before they get to it. I took my keys and left, bad experience, I gave 2 stars because of the low price for the tire brand I wanted, otherwise it would be 1.
The guy at the front desk was rude and wasn’t much help at all so I left to another the tire shop down the street which had better pricing and they seemed to actually care about helping me with my tire situation.
Friendly staff and affordable. Got me what I needed. Only complaint is that I came in to get an alignment the day before I got my tires installed and somehow I lost a lug nut and cap that night after the alignment.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The older man at the desk today Saturday 4/3/21 treated the customers poorly. He was rude and highly incompetent in providing services. He left another customer job incomplete(wheel alignment, he told the customervhe never asked for one) and another customer wheel was also busted. I am glad I didnt hand them my keys.

I was looking for a set of 235/75/R15 tires for my 93 Ford Explorer. I checked out a couple places near Paramount and the prices they gave me were way over of my budget, that is until I called American Tire Depot and spoke with my guy Edward. He didnt have them in stock but assured me that he would have them the next day. Since the minute I walked in he had this friendly attitude and demonstrated flawless customer service skills. I came to American Tire Depot in Bellflower to get new wheel bearings for my truck. The service was great!!.....not only did they change my bearings, but they did an inspection and caught what I wasnt aware off. I needed rear breaks which was just nearing the metal. They gave me a great deal on new rotors and breaks and possibly prevented rear-end collision 🚗🚗🚑😯😯 thanks guys for your service!!!!
Made an appointment online but was not received at the store. The waiting area is outside with no cover. Service was good.6/2/2021 Called to ask about what services they offer & whether they are listed somewhere in their website. I was getting condescending answers not sure if it was because already late in the day but customer service does need some work.

Called the day before to place a special order for a tire and was assured the tire was going to be delivered in the morning before 11am. I arrived at 11am and was made aware that the shipment had not arrived. Was told it was going to take 1 hour. It took the shipment 2 hours and 15 mins for them to deliver the tire. Not sure what the logistical issues were, but no one should wait 2 hours and 30 mins to have 1 tire changed...On a side note, the store rep was determined to expedite the shipment and find out what the issue was nevertheless.

Very friendly and thorough with vehicle assessment. Went in for a tire installation. As much as I didn’t want to get an alignment or power steering flush; it was much needed. Can definitely feel a dramatic change in the drive of my vehicle. In the end it was worth it. Appreciate the service of Junior and his staff.
Service manager is very very rude would never do any business with them I regret to say that the man is also a liar had my tires in for an inspection for a warranty claim and he has lied to Michelin saying that the tires were abused I know for a fact that is not the case
I came in with issues with my mother-in-laws front headlamp. I was hoping it was just a bulb, but it wasn’t. The settings in the headlamp needed to be reset. The employees made this happen. Additionally, my mother-in-laws rear wiper was broken. They ordered the part and had it installed. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and the price was reasonable. Thank you.

Had been searching around for run flat tires and the prices I was being quoted was outrageous so I thought. I had called Sams, Pep boys and a tire dealer that I wont name horrible phone customer skills. My luck changed when I called American Tire Depot and had my call answered by Edward. He gave me a tremendous amount of info and also the variety of tires that I could purchase that would fit my Mercedes C300 19 rims. After getting his feedback and guidance and matching the info I had from online posts I went with his recommendation on the Pirelli 225/40/19. He didnt have the tires in stock but assured me they would be delivered by 9:00 a.m the next day. To my surprise I recieved a call 9:20 informing me the tires had been delivered. I drove there met Edward and thanked him for his incredible customer service and for all the technical info on the variety of tires I was looking at. If your looking for a fair price, Great service and a genuine NICE guy you cant go wrong with American Tire Depot in Bellflower!!

Honest tire shop!I brought my car for a tire inspection, one on my tires had developed a deformation. I had bought these tires two years ago on this same place, since I have warranty on them and I was offered a new tire and only needed to pay labor, recycle and others fees.I was attended by Edward and he pointed at other issues on my car for future service. I am happy with the way I was treated and will continue to bring my vehicles for tires and service needs.

The directions to this place were a little confusing but once I got here it was definitely worth the trouble. Junior was extremely friendly, took care of my car right away, AND gave me a GREAT price. Very impressive for a Saturday afternoon. B&D alignment had me wait twenty minutes just to tell me they were closed and they were going to charge me $20 extra. Wish I found this place sooner.
